Beautiful and serene place to rest and retreat in Sacred Valley . Services are great . Very authentic colonial Spanish architectural designs and preservation of the old church , have their own museum with collections of old artifacts. They arrange private car transport to pick me up from Ollantaytambo town and to drive me back to Cusco .

This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. There are general signs of wear and tear and neglect through the property. From the lights in the grand entrance hall being absolutely full of dead bugs, to guttering sagging and patch works of bad paint jobs all over the place.
This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.

A charming property in an idyllic location. Spa and restaurant teams very hospitable and welcoming. Concierge very friendly. Pool was cold, hot tub barely warm- these facilities could be improved since the location isn't really close to anything so you want to be able to enjoy the property. Our first room was great. Unfortunately, the 2nd morning there was a leak in the roof. The moved us into a significantly upgraded room, which was nice, except that night we discovered bugs were somehow getting in and the room was swarming with little gnats and a big hornet. When we asked to move again, the experience/service wasn't great- excuses were made, they tried to talk us into waiting while the room was cleaned, even after we showed them pics of every surface swarming with 100's of bugs. It was a great inconvenience, kind of ruined our last night when we were exhausted after a full day tour. I was disappointed the last day wasn't comped or at least substantially discounted since it really wasn't a great last night. The first 2 nights were ok though, room was as advertised.

Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.

Everything was perfect! Staff was really nice, specially Lucia who asked everyday if we needed something and was ready to recommend activities. The room was so complete and clean. The maintenance was really good. The best part of all was the spa which made our experience perfect.

Yes, the room was clean and staff were very nice. I liked the situation of the hotel with the Andean mountains surrounding it. I had a porch on the ground floor and a peacock and his partner came to visit me. I liked that very much.

Aranwa looks like it has been a fantastic hotel, but it isn't anymore. The premises are fantastic, but not well maintained. Food was absolutely terrible, we almost couldn't eat it. Breakfast was also terrible. And this is quite shocking since all the other food we god in Peru has been amazing. The location in the Sacred Valley is nice but not a must. For going to Machu Picchu I would consider staying in Aguas Calientes instead. And the WiFi didn't work.

Hotel magnífico ( um autêntico museu) e q pode ser um verdadeiro paraíso! Contudo com zonas de refeições a precisarem de ser rapidamente remodeladas. Inexistência de ar condicionado no quarto ( hipótese de aquecedor elétrico ou ventoinha !!!) o q nos obriga a dormir de janela aberta e diminui bastante o conforto.

We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo estuvo fabuloso en el Hotel, el servicio la comodidad, las instalaciones espectaculares, sin embargo la cama para mi gusto era muy suave y las almohadas muy grandes. Por lo demás vale la pena el pago.

Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.

A charming property in an idyllic location. Spa and restaurant teams very hospitable and welcoming. Concierge very friendly. Pool was cold, hot tub barely warm- these facilities could be improved since the location isn't really close to anything so you want to be able to enjoy the property. Our first room was great. Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.

Yes, the room was clean and staff were very nice. I liked the situation of the hotel with the Andean mountains surrounding it. I had a porch on the ground floor and a peacock and his partner came to visit me. I liked that very much.

We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel magnífico ( um autêntico museu) e q pode ser um verdadeiro paraíso! Contudo com zonas de refeições a precisarem de ser rapidamente remodeladas. Inexistência de ar condicionado no quarto ( hipótese de aquecedor elétrico ou ventoinha !!!) o q nos obriga a dormir de janela aberta e diminui bastante o conforto.

Aranwa looks like it has been a fantastic hotel, but it isn't anymore. The premises are fantastic, but not well maintained. Food was absolutely terrible, we almost couldn't eat it. Breakfast was also terrible. And this is quite shocking since all the other food we god in Peru has been amazing. The location in the Sacred Valley is nice but not a must. For going to Machu Picchu I would consider staying in Aguas Calientes instead. And the WiFi didn't work.

Our stay at Aranwa Sacred Valley was one of the highlights of our trip to Peru.
