All around a fantastic place to stay! The price was unbeatable. They are one of few places with a pool AND hot tub that is indoor, making it available during cold months. The evening staff was less than inviting although not rude. Only complaint would be the parking lot is tiny. My request for a first floor room due to physical restrictions was granted, which I appreciated. Definitely would stay again.

Breakfast was very good - hot and with lots of options. But otherwise the facility and atmosphere was not great for families with little kids. Room had terrible lighting and heavy bleach smell. Hot tub was not working. Pool towels are by request only, and everywhere there are signs about theft, checking IDs, etc. The lobby and breakfast area has these big gambling/slot machine type games for 21 guests. Our little kids did not understand why these bright colorful machines are not for them to touch or play. Just not the vibe we were hoping for. Not a terrible stay for one night, but we won't stay here again when there are other options available.

Old and dirty, had to get 10 keycards throughout our stay because they kept messing up and couldnt get in our room, breakfast was horrible, 2 of the 4 slot machines not working and hot tub juts barely work. This hotel needs ALOT of upgrades!

Everything was good except the hot tub was out of service, which was part of the reason I selected this hotel. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and the gym. Breakfast was great.

The overall stay was good. It would have been nice to have towels available in pool area. A microwave in breakfast area so people can warm food such as the biscuits to melt butter. There were some repairs needed in pool area: walls, hot tub had no jets-didnt seem to work, room doors have areas around them that allows light in from hall. Pool water could have been a bit warmer.

Right off the highway...easy drive anywhere. Little bit away from the busy strip. Movie theater across street and parking lot. Clean hotel, spacious room. Nice people staying there and working there. Clean carpet and nice view....stayed on 3rd floor. Ice machine on one floor. Nice, indoor, warm clean pool. Hot tub good but small and jets barely moving water

My room was infested with ants. They were on the tables and then in our beds. It started getting really annoying when they would bite. Told 3 housekeepers and 2 front desk staff members. They all said maintenance would come look and do something about. Never happened. Couldn’t switch us to a different room cuz the room I had was a 3 bed “suite”. Not clean. Breakfast was not the best. Front desk wasn’t helpful at at. So 5 nights of that. Won’t be staying again. DO NOT recommend unless you are absolutely desperate!

The rooms were outdated; in my opinion based on other hotels I’ve stayed in. Tv is small, no coffee maker in the room. Parking is inconvenient. The hotel is close to the local mall, a nice theatre and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Lobby needs a good painting. But every thing was clean. Beds were comfy. AC was on when I checked in. Stayed alone female traveler and was comfortable in the atmosphere. Didn't get the breakfast. Only bad thing no coffee pot in room. The towels were nice and fluffy. Bed slept good. The staff are amazing and super sweet.

It was okay. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pool was really nice and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The breakfast was really good. We also liked that coffee was available all day in the lobby. However, we have stayed at several Baymont hotels and this one just didn’t measure up with the others. The beds were not comfortable at all. Everyone in my family woke up with achy backs each morning we were there. Also, no coffee pot in the room, we had 6 people in our room and only 4 towels, the tv wasn’t able to be turned so you had to sit at a certain angle to see it. We had a room with 3 beds and the way the furniture was arranged we couldn’t hardly even get our luggage in and around the beds and tv stand. All in all it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. I’m in the middle somewhere.

The staff were helpful and friendly. One of the beds was old and uncomfortable, sinking to the middle. The other beds seemed ok. Someone had spilled food outside our room prior to checking in and it wasn’t cleaned up very well. Wi-fi was slow. It was an ok hotel on a budget and close to everything we wanted to do in the city.

This hotel is at a convenient location right off the highway. There’s also a Starbucks inside the grocery store that is right across the street! The hotel is on the older side I’d say so the areas like the pool could use some updating. The beds in our room were comfortable, the room was a little dark though with the only light really being from the lamps. I appreciate the sink and mirror being separate from the toilet and shower but the space was a little cramped. And the downfall with the shower is no conditioner was offered. I wish I had known that before the trip. But over all the place was quiet, everyone at the front desk was super nice, so I would recommend a stay.

We enjoyed our visit at Baymont. The indoor pool and good reviews are why I chose this hotel. My daughter loves to swim. The room was very clean. The walls do seem thin because I could hear other people talking. My main complaint is the beds! Ugh those were not new like one review stated. The bed sagged in the middle so it wasn’t very comfortable. I’m used to my fancy Nectar bed at home.

They were not clear before booking that I’d pay a deposit higher than the room itself. They also would not take a card over the phone. I had to drive to pay for it. When my friend arrived they also asked her for a card to have a deposit

We prepaid our room prior to our trip. When we arrived, we were confronted by the clerk with a mandatory $150 deposit because we "prepaid with a third party." None of the acknowledgements, conformations, communications from the hotel prepared us for this requirement. We had some unexpected expenses and so cash flow was minimal. I was not prepared. I was very upset. Neither of the desk clerks cared about anything but me providing the $150 deposit. It was too late for us to find elsewhere to stay. My wife and I just wanted a 2 day getaway to this area as we enjoy antique shops and lamberts restaurant which is close to bass pro and we enjoy for the awesome displays . The hotel is very clean and convenient to almost anything in the area and totally recommend and reasonably priced!

Pretty decent hotel with okay breakfast. Didn’t visit the pools. Springfield is a larger city so if you want to be downtown, this may be too far. The staff were extremely accommodating.

The breakfast seemed fresh and the buffet had a good variety but need more fruit. The juice machine needs some service though plus there was no milk machine. The biscuit and gravy was delicious plus the yogurt.

Breakfast was very good - hot and with lots of options. But otherwise the facility and atmosphere was not great for families with little kids. Room had terrible lighting and heavy bleach smell. Hot tub was not working. Pool towels are by request only, and everywhere there are signs about theft, checking IDs, etc. The lobby and breakfast area has these big gambling/slot machine type games for 21 guests. Our little kids did not understand why these bright colorful machines are not for them to touch or play. Just not the vibe we were hoping for. Not a terrible stay for one night, but we won't stay here again when there are other options available.

Pro: because we were just needing a bed to sleep in this was fine. It was relatively cheap. The hotel staff was responsive to the problems, so that is a positive. The treadmill in the workout room worked and was nice. Con: no coffee pots in rooms (this is the first and only hotel that I have ever heard of that doesn’t have a coffee pot in the rooms). The coffee was completely out downstairs and they only have one carafe (also a first at a hotel). Con: pool was pretty cold, hot tub very hot, very odd path to take to get to pool and hot tub. The doors on rooms are very loud. The breakfast was completely out of food at 6:55. Breakfast runs from 6:30-9:30. I went to front desk and They did get some food put out within 10 mins so that was good. Overall: this hotel is old, run down, needs updated. Our room had a vintage 1980s alarm clock. Lol. We will not stay again and probably would never stay at a baymont. It was just for a night to sleep but I have paid less for a hotel room and had way better service and experiences than here. If you just need a bed then I guess go for it. If you want more than that - steer clear.

When I inquired about this, I was told they had "supply problems." My suggestion to send someone to a nearby store to purchase eggs was met with no response. Given these issues, I do not recommend this property. Look elsewhere for a more comfortable and well-equipped stay.

Walking in to room after check in was like walking into a bleach factory. Floor was wet like it was just shampooed but dirty beyond words. No coffee maker in room and only coffee during breakfast time hours. Satellite tv spotty at best. Shower was still dirty. Hallways were extremely warm when walking to and from elevator. The bed was the worst, was like a herd of elephants had slept on it and broke it. Really not happy at all with the stay. When checking out the receptionist “acted” concerned but I’m pretty sure she gave two craps less. Will not be back for sure.

The humidity in our room was awful. It smelled very strongly of mildew the floor almost wet the entire time we stayed. We felt uncomfortable walking without shoes on. The pillows were great! Must ask for clean towels every day otherwise they will only change them every 3 days. Breakfast was pretty decent, waffle maker, biscuits, eggs, etc. But again, the floor in the dining area was disgusting, slimy and sticky at the same time. Front desk girl could NOT handle cash. It was painfully awkward to watch.
