This hotel was a little older. Obviously the pictures they use are not the same. The hot tub has been closed for a while now in fact it’s not existent. The gym doesn’t open until after 8 AM. We would have liked to do our work out before breakfast and before we left. Breakfast was OK lady who was serving was not very pleasant at all. Lady at the front desk when we checked in and out, both ladies were pleasant. The lady when we checked in gave us a great recommendation for pizza places. All it was a decent stay. Would have liked to known that the hot tub wasn’t there, that was being reason for booking this hotel. The indoor pool however, was still up and running.

I booked this hotel for me and my kids. They where looking forward to swimming in the pool after a day full of soccer games. After we arrived and checked in we saw the pool was closed for renovations. Witch is fine if it would have stated anywhere. I could have booked a different hotel and not have to disappoint my kids.

I booked because it showed there was a hot tub. Upon checking in, I look in the pool area and notice the hot tub is cemented in. I asked 'what's with the hot tub?' I received the answer 'It broke a couple of years ago. The pool us heated with jets.' Then at 11pm getting ready for bed. The picture falls off the wall. Broken glass on the floor. The lady didn't want to clean it up(the shop vac was to loud and she was accommodating us by moving us.) The manager on duty when we checked out could not any sort of credit because we pre-paid thru Expedia. Needless to say...won't be staying there again and wouldn't recommend if you want a hot tub or warm pool.

Hotel was in a convenient location, with restaurants nearby. The hallways and elevator seemed to be a bit dirty, the bed linens looked clean but pillow didn’t have a very fresh scent, and the carpet in my room felt like something had been spilled on it. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but I probably wouldn’t book there again.

Will be submitting pictures of my rooms cleanliness. The floor was dirty behind furniture. I even saw spider webs. Electrical outlets were loose and looked unsafe. The outlet behind the nightstand had a lot of dirt and when I wanted to charge my phone, the outlet was very septic in using because of the dirt. The ceiling had cracks in the Sheetrock. Another thing that I found weird was that I had to show my key to eat breakfast.

Super awesome staff!! Our room was clean although I did notice what looked like some mold ontop of the tub/shower wall. But for the cleanliness, amazing staff, and various breakfast options- this was an amazingly priced hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

I was simply doing an overnight stay in Springfield for a business trip. Check-in was simple and quick, as I had made the reservation via Hotels.com and prepaid. The front desk person was friendly but was not very professionally dressed. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The room and bathroom were dated, for example the bathtub was old and the bottom was discolored so a mat had been put in the bottom. I was in a room nearest the elevators and the noise level was not great, due to foot traffic and people in the halls. As is my practice, I always take my things with me to breakfast (carryon size luggage, laptop bag), so that I can check out immediately after breakfast, rather than having to return to the room. After fixing my plate of breakfast and sitting down to eat, I was informed that I could not have my luggage in the area and would have to leave in the lobby area. Due to this I simply left without eating my breakfast because I was not going to leave my personal items in the lobby out of sight. I was told that it was a fire hazard and that nothing was to be on the floor.

Breakfast was just typical hotel food. The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. the matteress was old and cratrered, The parking lot light was outside the room window and the curtains did little to block it. This was average to a tad below average. Will not book this hotel again.

Walls are so thin that you can hear next door guest. We stayed couple of nights and we had loud guest next door who was in around 1 or 2 am in the morning and was talking on this phone, our restful sleep was disturbed both nights. We had out pet with us and it restless as well.

This hotel is an older facility, a little wear and tear. The suite is two regular hotel rooms joined together, with one of the rooms containing a couch and desk. The A/C in the couch room wouldn’t cool below high 70s, the A/C in the bedroom worked well. The front desk staff were just great, very nice to talk to. The hotel has easy access to I44 in both directions and there are many food options nearby. You’re 4 miles away from the Springfield, MO Buc-ee’s - so you have a great excuse to start and end your day with BBQ sandwiches!

I stayed at this property because of it's proximity to the airport. It was a convenient location to shopping and meal options. Breakfast included, free parking, and pet friendly were the best perks. The staff was very courteous. The negative for me was I never managed to get a wifi connection during my 2 night stay, so there is room for improvement there.

Stay was fine. However, as my daughter and I walked in to get some breakfast, we were confronted by staff telling us our carry-on bags were prohibited in the dining area. I was told I must leave my carry-on bag unattended in the lobby.... I asked the manager if that was in fact the policy. She confirmed that I was a fire hazard if I had kept may bag with me. I pointed out that the dinning area was half empty and with plenty of room all around. I also pointed out that airport restaurants accommodate Federal law requiring me to keep my carry-on bag with me at all times, even while eating at a table... so how is it that I'm not a fire hazard then? The manager continued to force the issue and so we opted to depart without a meal. It goes without saying... I was not in any way a fire hazard. As a traveler, I felt strangely out of place rolling my carry-on through a Baymont hotel.

Staff incorrectly lusted check in/check out dates for the group reservation but it was easily resolved with a phone call from the event organizer. Other than that one bobble, the staff was very nice and friendly. The highway is a bit noisy, but it is also very convenient to access. There are large, grassy areas for pets. The poop bag dispensers were empty but we bring our own so no problem there. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Waited at the "Please Wait Here" sign for quite a while, as the staff chatted in the back room, visible right through the doorway and ignored me (then another guy). Finally just went in and helped myself, just to get a snarky "can I see your room key?" when she finally came out to check on the service area. Food ws the typical free breakfast assortment... really watery eggs, stale bagels and muffins, and cereal... and really bad coffee (tasted burnt and too strong).

Had a nice gym and indoor pool, was quiet and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that although it is in the center of a busy area, it was surprisingly hard to find. It is on a service road that confused both me and my GPS

Room very clean, lobby not so much. Beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with great staff.neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, although no incidents happened. Wouldn’t want to go out alone at night. Easy to locate from airport if using GPS - the sharp turn off Glenstone from freeway threw us a bit, but could see the sign to guide us.

This was a stay while on a road trip, just me. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything worked (hairdryer, shower, tv, etc). Staff was welcoming and helpful, explaining hot breakfast details clearly. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, and included real scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes (yes, pancakes!) and fried potatoes as well as the usual cold cereal options. Would enjoy staying here again.

Stay was fine. However, as my daughter and I walked in to get some breakfast, we were confronted by staff telling us our carry-on bags were prohibited in the dining area. I was told I must leave my carry-on bag unattended in the lobby.... I asked the manager if that was in fact the policy. She confirmed that I was a fire hazard if I had kept may bag with me. I pointed out that the dinning area was half empty and with plenty of room all around. I also pointed out that airport restaurants accommodate Federal law requiring me to keep my carry-on bag with me at all times, even while eating at a table... so how is it that I'm not a fire hazard then? The manager continued to force the issue and so we opted to depart without a meal. It goes without saying... I was not in any way a fire hazard. As a traveler, I felt strangely out of place rolling my carry-on through a Baymont hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted with the smell of marijuana being smoked outside the main entrance. At breakfast they were taking names and room numbers before allowing you to get food (I understand this may be necessary for outsider guest from sneaking in but I have never experienced this before, felt very unwelcoming). When trying to pack up car had again had smokers everywhere around the vehicle. The car smelled bad for hours afterwards. Please find and enforce a different place for people to smoke.

The staff was great! The fitness room was nice! The Mattress was comfortable The bathroom and other areas in disrepair. The breakfast was subpar! Only ate there once in 5 mornings. (I’ve always eaten breakfast at every hotel I’ve ever stayed at) I would not stay here again.

Pretty sure I've done one of these before, but I can guarantee my opinion would still stand. It's one of the greatest places to stay if you need a comfortable bed. A nice big TV, cold refrigerator and a microwave. I guarantee you you will find yourself in a really nice environment!

My reviews are based on the fact that I am disabled and I use and electric wheelchair- though i do have limited mobility. Hotel was good. It was clean and staff were nice. Good location worth restaurants and Walmart near by. They did give me an accessible room. Was pretty much a standard room with what they call an accessible bathroom. It was very strange there was plenty of room but would you go into the room there's no light switch near the entry door you have to go into the room next to the sink to turn a light on and that is a big problem to me. It was a large handicap shower and they gave me a portable shower chair to sit on obviously I can't use my wheelchair if it's battery operated. When I took the shower sprayer off of the hook part of the decorative silver metal cover fell off onto the floor the shampoo and conditioner are in a squirt bottle that's attached to the wall impossible to reach when you're sitting in the shower chair not to mention my conditioner was all clogged up and the pump didn't work and you can't take it apart to open it up because it's bolted to the wall so that was a disaster. The shower didn't drain properly and it spilled out onto the floor and was literally puddles. See the pictures I've attached. My entire bathroom was a swamp and I had to use every towel to try to stop it up it was not very accommodating to a disabled person who was there on their own. I can't tell you about the free breakfast because we didn't go to it

Everything was good but the mattress. Soft and indentations on each side of bed where it was worn. Tossed and turned all night. Didn’t like my pillows either. Tried fluffing them and went flat. I could have dealt with pillows if mattress wasn’t worn so much. Sorry
