Ett fantastiskt hus! Rent och fräscht med stora ytor till umgänge. Det enda som vi inte förstod var hur brant det var mellan huset och havet. En backe som kräver tränade ben! Åker mer än gärna tillbaka!

A fantastic, well-kept villa with beautiful views, a lovely pool and nice facilities for a holiday with family and friends! We loved the location and visited the local beaches and restaurant a lot. The recommended private chef for a dinner at the villa was great. The owners, Vlatko and his family, were just next door and so friendly and helpful. If the chance ever comes, we will definitely be back!

Villa Pocrnja is a fantastic villa in Tice about 5 miles from Omiš. It is beautifully maintained and has a glorious view out to Brac. There were eight in our party and so we had plenty of space and enjoyed all that the villa had to offer, in particular the lovely pool and the games room downstairs. The owner and his family live next door and so are on hand if you have any questions.

Beautiful and clean vacation home. The pool was delightful, salt water, nice size and good temperature. Great location up a hill, small shops nearby where you could get your daily supplies. Perfect hosts, very helpful! We had a great stay and hope to come back some day.

Overall a fantastic experience. Villa was exactly as described and pictured. Location is excellent. Perfect if you want beaches and access to smaller towns/cities. Definitely need rental car. Hosts were pleasant and live next door if you need anything.
