This was supposed to be a non-smoking room (with a $100 cleaning fee if one did smoke). It reeked of smoke. They did give me a mostly used air freshener to use when I went back to the front desk. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom and everything just generally needed a GOOD scrubbing. The sheet was stained. The coffee maker looked rather disgusting and the cups were not wrapped. The highway noise picked up a lot around 6am. The pool, if one were interested, had no water in August. On a positive note, the a/c worked, there was a fridge and microwave and a LOT of rooms were available! I was a late check-in for one night and tolerated it. It could have some potential if it were seriously cleaned, but I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Pictures were deceiving. Ceiling was rippled, outlet badly damaged, pictures on wall was ready to fall (frame was too heavy for hook), pool was not functional, car parked outside kept honking (someone playing with lock on key fob) door would close completely

Quick easy check in. Bed was comfortable. The towels looked stained and the bathroom door and other areas were visibly dirty. Otherwise good if you need to sleep close by work.

Sadly, my room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. The linens were clean, so there’s that however, the whole place was super-dusty, a broken lamp, dried shiny liquid on the television screen, door and floor. I had to wipe everything down before I could try to relax. The bathroom and sink area was okay. I couldn’t find another place last minute so I stayed and they were nice enough to allow 3 dogs. I don’t know if it was a fluke but it wasn’t good and the proximity to the road made it loud all night.

I waited In the small entrance for a while before someone came out of a door and into the tiny lobby. The person was very nice. Told me to leave my keys in the room and not checkout at the counter. The room needed updating. It's three not four pillows on each bed. The place needed a pain job, and the mirror was a little beat up. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet/shower combo was tiny. If someone is obese, they could not fit in there. The tv did worked and so did the heater/ac. It was not lit very well. I would give it a 3 or a 2.5 out of 5.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a mattress topper which helped a lot.

Just passing through. Two adults and two 12 pound dogs. The room was very clean had plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom small but workable. First time in a few years when I stayed somewhere that I didn't have to pull the filters from the cooling unit and wash them to get the smell of cigarette smoke out.

It was clean & comfortable. The bed was great. No frills, but had everything that was needed. The room had good amount of space, hard floors, so no yucky carpet. Check in staff was friendly and gave me easy to follow directions to where I wanted to eat. The only down side is that the hotel is by the hwy. You can hear it, but it's not loud. I would stay again and I do recommend it.

Its inexpensive. Set expectations accordingly. We were quite surprised. Clean, comfortable, friendly. If you need a place to just sleep and relax. Totally the place. No frills. BUT plenty of food options on the road and up the road. Tators was a great bar/grill just up the road.

Room was okay for the price. If I was going to stay in the area for more than one day, I would have chosen a better place to stay. Hotel was advertised as Baymont but the address was for Regency Inn. There wasn't a motel named Baymont in the area. I was dissapointed because we had stayed in a Baymont and they had a good hot breakfast. Wasn't really impressed with the hotel but we was just going to sleep and spend the night and I had booked it before we had got there and couldn't get a refund.

Nice enough and clean enough for a 1 night stay but lacked a closet, hair dryer etc. that you would want for a longer stay. No breakfast either.

The girl at the front desk had trouble getting her face out of her phone. First room wasn’t cleaned, second room had people in it. The head of housekeeping (I believe) finally got me a room that had a fridge that didn’t work, no cups at all and tv was sketchy. The air worked ok and bed was comfortable.

Normally I always stay here for the past 6 yrs never had an issue until the new maid they have hired she's not friendly especially not pet friendly but very unpleasant overall. I usually have my dogs with me I always clean up after them and me I leave the room like I would want it as a maid myself. My most recent trip they said the one before I left it a mess which surprised me cause never been told that ever and even lysoled the room before i left so Im like im shock and then told I now have to pay a room deposit never had to pay before always just a pet deposit. And the cleaning has gone down with the new maid as well. I had only one set of towels there is always trash and things behind the table and bed now. And coffee pods from previous guests left in the coffee pod on the maker. The owners are wonderful people and I feel gave her the job out of sympathy but she needs to do a better job cleaning and work on her people skills or something. So after 6 years of loyalty to them with no issues or complaints I feel I need to find a different motel for now and I hate that I have to but
