No cuentan con servicio de limpieza en habitación durante la estancia; éste se lleva a cabo una vez que se termina el hospedaje (check out). El estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad, dependiendo la ocupación (cantidad de huéspedes), en caso de no alcanzar se tendría que estacionar en la calle, no cuentan con presio o sitio en convenio para resguardo de la unidad (pensión).

Friendly and easy central location. We had a large 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Only thing missing was laundry service.

Un lugar acogedor, el personal amable y educado, nos brindaron un espacio de estacionamiento al lado del estudio, desayuno incluido.

En general es confortable ,se comporten los baños pero no significó perdida de tiempo solo si que sugiero que haya mayor limpieza y que sea constante por lo mismo. Los cuartos limpios y con lo necesario ,las almohadas un poco incomodas ,la seguridad es buena ya que existen candados ,camaras y proteccion para el huesped,hay espacio para recreacion, y se sugiere que haya mas espacio para estacionarse.

This is a place for people looking for an affordable option; you have common areas, and even showers and toilets are common (showers are private, but still in a separate area). They have a kitchen you can use, also shared. Rooms are small, just with the necessary (bed, drawers, and mirror). TV is also in a separate area; the concept here is to have your own bedroom with minimal furniture, and everything else is shared. They also offer breakfast at big tables, so you have to sit with other parties. They always have a person in the premises, and the doors are locked for the public; so you feel safe from the exterior but have to be comfortable sharing spaces with people.

Downtown Treasure Place is great and a bang for your buck. You get a free, traditional Mexican breakfast every morning between 8 AM and 11 AM. Also, you have an outdoor patio on the top of the hotel, a foosball table, a ping pong table, a treadmill, weights, and a pull-down machine to have fun in the hotel. Then, the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Mexico City Metro stations, Guerrero and Tlatelolco, respectively. Finally, there are shared bathrooms, so you might want to bring your own soap/body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to take care of yourself. :)

The rooms are filthy, especially the restrooms. Me and my wife literally took a shower elsewhere. The beds were hard not comfortable. The sinks smell bad. The showers had hair on the floor and drains. No warm water. The towels were unclean hard and crusty. The floor turned my socks black. The pictures are nice but when you get there is totally different. Don't come unless you are ok with what I explained above. Find somewhere else. The manager was rude also.

The lack of hygiene in the washrooms (not in the rooms) is too obvious. Other than that, they provide good service.

My family and I recently stayed at your apartment. At first, everything appeared perfect the place was clean, well organized, and full of natural light. However, during our first night, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bite marks on his back and front, which were very itchy. After inspecting the bed, we discovered two bedbugs that we killed; both had visible blood, confirming an infestation. This was extremely upsetting and disruptive, especially after a long flight and with young children to care for. My husband had to move to the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately checked the other two bedrooms where our children were sleeping and, thankfully, did not find any signs of bedbugs there. The next morning, before we left the apartment, I reported the incident to the staff member on duty. One of the staff members overheard my complain and stated “it’s always one room that has this issue” I was shocked and intended not to put too much mind to it. She informed me that she and her colleague would inspect the apartment and spray the affected area while arranging for an exterminator to properly treat the problem.

La estancia fue mala porque se fue la luz dos de los tres días, no había agua caliente, la cocina esta sucia en el área de parillas, el internet es inestable. El personal es sumamente amable.

Pros: great value for the money, free filtered water, owner / management helpful and on site 24/7. Cons: Room not super clean (hair on the new sheet), shared bathroom / shower is also not super clean but tolerable, kitchen needs maintenance, the area is sketchy after dark if you are woman traveling alone.

Rating: 3 out of 10 — and that’s generous. Only one staff member showed any attentiveness on day one. After that, the stay quickly deteriorated — we discovered bedbugs in the studio. When we requested cleaning and fresh bedding, we were told it would take 8 to 15 days. Seriously? We tried to relocate, but everything nearby was fully booked. This place urgently needs to revise its hygiene protocols. Bedding and towels were not changed throughout the week. An exterminator is absolutely necessary, and smoking in the garage should be prohibited — the fumes seep through window cracks into the living space. To make matters worse, the female staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Hospitality should never feel hostile. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend operational changes before anyone else is subjected to the same conditions.

A converted factory hall with many small rooms. Nicely done and friendly staff but unfortunately the air supply to the rooms was not considered during construction. There is no ventilation in the rooms. Few rooms have windows, but these open out into the hall. Not for fresh air fanatics like me.

It’s not a hotel. It’s like a shared kitchen, bathroom and showers, with your own room to sleep. They do have hotel rooms called “departamentos” but not what Expedia offered me.

We’re staying in a family suite with three rooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen that has a microwave. For the price, it’s definitely great value. However, the soundproofing on the side facing the main street isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

Está bien pero tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado

El lugar está muy cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio. Nos gustó mucho la variedad de desayunos que hubo durante nuestra estancia y el trato siempre fue amable, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp y por la misma aplicación de Expedia no siempre era la más rápida. Nos quedamos en el departamento 2, que está en muy buenas condiciones, el único detalle es que controlar la temperatura del agua en la regadera no es lo más fácil, o salía hirviendo o helada. Una sugerencia sería también señalar cuál era el shampoo y cuál el jabón, pues estaban ambas jaboneras en la regadera sin forma de distinguirlas. El otro tema que tuvimos fue con el wifi, nunca fue estable, se iba y regresaba y no cargaban bien las cosas. Creo que esto fue un problema temporal, pues cuando leímos las reseñas antes de reservar nadie comentó nada al respecto, pero en nuestra estadía lamentablemente nos tocó así. La ubicación del hostel está súper, la estación del metro Guerrero queda a unos 10-12 minutos caminando, hay un Bodega Aurrera en la misma calle y múltiples negocios de comida alrededor. La zona no se ve como la más bella de toda la ciudad, pero por lo que vimos está tranquilo. Eso sí, es una calle bastante transitada, incluso en las noches, si están en una habitación que dé a la calle, lleven tapones de oídos. En general, volvería a regresar sin problema, incluso después probando las habitaciones con baño compartido (el departamento donde estuvimos tenía baño privado) y lo recomendaría ampliamente. :)

There were many people who would come in drunk all night! If you want a peaceful place to sleep , this is not it. Everything echos very badly. The male staff member was VERY nice. It says that “breakfast is included,” but it is NOT for vegetarians. One morning I asked if I could just have some bread or beans or cheese and she looked at me crazy and refused to serve me and my boyfriend anything other than one meat dish. She was very rude. However ONE day out of 7 , a nicer lady made us bread with a Tony bit of beans on it. I was disappointed in the breakfast and the fact that the water for the shower was cold for both my boyfriend and I, and there was throw up right at the door that we both stepped in. No shampoo, no paper towels in the bathroom, not much ability to sleep. A bit sketchy, overall.

El lugar es muy original, lo que no me gustó mucho es que ponen música todo el día, y los cuartos no tienen ventanas, no hay ventiladores o aire acondicionado.

Camas duras, solo un ventilador en el departamento con dos cuartos. No había extension si conectabas la tv ya no podías conectar el ventilador había demasiado calor definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar

Todo bien, nos encanta ir es uno de nuestros lugares preferidos cuando visitamos la ciudad, pero la nueva gerencia no nos dieron indicaciones de cómo se entregaba el lugar y posiblemente eso lo podrían mejorar, ya que cuando se entregó hasta ese momento me dijo algunas cosas y sentimos un poco menos cálido el lugar en cuestión del trato a comparación de otras ocaciones que nos hospedamos con la antigua gerencia, pero todo bien

There was only one nice person on this hostal Iram he will do anything to make you comfortable stay, first when we arrived they said it was no parking available and when I mentioned that in the post they offered parking and the reason why we chose this place they said they will move around if not the car will have to stay out side in one night we saw someone braking in to a car outside so not to safe to leave it out, we got also small roaches in the kitchen, the wi fi didn’t work and no signal inside of the rooms, Iram was the only person in this place to try to fixed by changing the modem 3 times

The staff are amazing, super friendly. The place is ultra-clean and - I love walking around to discover things - it's close to pretty much all you need, great for a solo traveller.

I enjoyed staying here for two weeks. It is clean, comfortable, secure and lively. The staff is warm, understanding and responsive – adding a value far beyond the very reasonable nightly rate. The wide variety of rooms have varying degrees of privacy, so there is choice. It was really comforting to wake up to laughter in the mornings.

Hotel bueno dentro del precio, muy bien ubicado a una cuadra del Metrobús y cosas para comer y comprar.

Todo estuvo muy bien, puntos por mejorar el agua de la regadera no se puede regular y hacen falta ventiladores, la última noche si estuvo caluroso, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a apoyarnos, a orientarnos sobre como llegar a los lugares que visitariamos, el desayuno muy rico, cafe y te incluido, en general nos gusto mucho el lugar, si volveriamos a visitarlos... el metro bus a dos cuadras, el metro a unos 7 mins aprox, la zona la sentimos segura.

Excellent and close to the metro station. Walking distance to Reforma

We loved our stay here. The fact that there is a kitchen space and eating area made all the difference. All other spaces are regularly maintained and cleaned. Breakfast is served fresh and hot.

El equipo de trabajo excelente, los desayunos deliciosos, y el no tener los baños dentro de la misma habitación no es problema son amplios y limpios. Disfrutamos muchísimo los días aquí, recomendado 10 de 10 Gracias esperamos volver pronto
