I loved the room. The bed was quite comfortable. The gym was great. Plenty of choices for breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no housekeeping on my second day, and no fresh towels. I was busy, so I did not call housekeeping to request new towels.

Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was good. They were quite busy and had difficulty keeping up with restocking, but food choices and quality were good. The valet service was disorganized. Cars trapped in.... So I just recommend you give yourself enough time to stop at the valet and to have them get your car.

This is not only a place to sleep but an experience. The room was immaculate and huge. It was like being in an apartment. It was quiet and had everything I would need if I were staying longer. The restaurant food was extremely good. The Pimento Cornbread was indescribably delicious. The bartender was attentive although there were several patrons there. He did an awesome job, especially being by himself. I've stayed at some great hotels but this one tops them all! I will be staying here when I'm back in town!

Staff was very nice, when I walked into the hotel all I smelled was sewage. The sewage smell was also in my room and I had to pay for parking. First mornings breakfast was really good, second morning the ham was very dry the potato pancake was soggy in the middle and hard around the edges. Not very good at all.

Great downtown location with several bars/restaurants within walking distance. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel and our room were clean. We would stay here again.

Nice room but cleanliness was poor. The room was dirty when we first got there. Hair was in the shower. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Very nice view but couldn’t enjoy it because the windows were dirty

Great location. The property backs up to the Mud Hens minor league baseball stadium. You also have a great view of the Maumee River and the bridges that span the river. Downtown Toledo has made some fantastic upgrade! The hotel is clean but for some reason they never mop the elevator floors. You cannot be dog friendly and not mop the elevator floors frequently.

The location and view were great, amenities were fine. However our room was really poorly maintained and hardly cleaned. There was trash left from the last occupants in the living room, and used towels left under the vanity in the bathroom. It also reeked of smoke. Glad we were only there one night - won’t be back.

The rooms do not get daily housekeeping. Also, there was no Kleenex, toilet paper was basically gone, the body soap and shampoo containers were empty. Beverage in lobby lounge was not cold. The advertised rate of $25 went to $32 per day. All my complaints were resolved timely tho

Customer Service was not good. Tim was rude over the phone. We called a few times. Made him aware room service hadn’t cleaned our room and it was day 3. We also called for towels a couple times and toilet paper. He said if I wanted it I needed to go down and get it. I asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned or if I needed to call and put in a request. He said “Alright! Alright!”. He didn't want to hear I guess. Do better.

The staff was very nice and the room was great. What was not great was the air conditioning not working. Our room was very warm. Staff did provide two fans but that isn’t air conditioning. Of course we were not told until we checked in which made it impossible to change reservation

The hotels air conditioner was out during my 3 day stay. My family and I drove from Georgia for a wedding and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The room was 80 plus degrees with no accommodations what so ever to make the situation better. The hotel was nice and clean just but very uncomfortable.

The property was beautiful! It well exceeded my expectations! The suite was huge with all the amenities of a small apartment. The restaurant was good and affordable. My absolute favorite thing was that the property was attached to the concert venue and I never had to step outside. I wished I had known how awesome this property was. I would have booked another night.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the front desk and valet staff were great. Our rooms were comfortable but very noisy close to the elevators. Could here people talking through the bathroom vent and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The breakfast staff were abrupt, borderline rude and very slow to bring hot food out. We waited for coffee, potatoes and they ran out of food and the menu didn't match what was printed in the room. Overall we will stay again but with limited expectation.

We paid for an upgraded suite with a view. At 12:43 am a dog in the next room started barking and whining and then kids started talking. Apparently very poor soundproofing in the walls. I realize the hotel is per friendly but I time no the rooms should be separated from other rooms if the sound carries that bad. Barking went on for some time until we both finally fell asleep.

It’s a beautiful property, however the front desk staff were so unfriendly. When we called to ask for recommendations for food services the ONLY thing they said were “door dash” and hung up. To make things even worse the fire alarm went off at 7:27am Saturday morning, and remained going off randomly until we checked out around 10:30am. This was clearly not the properties fault, but it was definitely and inconvenience to work around, since we were rushed out, then back in, and had to deal with flashing lights the entire time while trying to get dressed and ready to go. Overall I think the staff were the most disappointing aspect, not friendly and didn’t even make eye contact when checking in. The people maintaining the breakfast area looked down the whole time as well, and didn’t even acknowledge you existed. You had to clean your own table from the last people who used it as well. I’m from the customer service industry and this says a lot. The valet service was amazing, very timely and friendly!

The fitness center was very well equipped and clean. There was no one at the front desk when we came to check in and when we went to check out. We had to wait or call. When they showed up they were very helpful, but we were anxious to get in our room when we arrived and get to our destination when we checked out and the wait increased the stress level.

This hotel was AWFUL. The customer service was rude and barely helpful. We had to switch rooms two times due to cleanliness (blood on the walls and a bloody soaked towel, USB ports missing from room (ripped out of where they were). When we told the front desk her reply was "This is why we can have nice things." We did not even receive an apology.

Complicated place to find out where you check into. Valet was also not clearly labeled. Not sure if you were there for the convention center or if the valet was for the hotel. Checked in later at night. Got to 14th floor and all 4 cards did not work on door. Went back to front desk and he seemed irritated. Tried to redo cards but had to go up with me to get the cards to work. Evidently for the second time that night. I asked him before he left if we could have an extra blanket and pillow for pull out bed. He told me there was a bag for pull out. He told me to go look for it which I did and there was not one there. So he said he would bring one up. But I never did get the extra pillow and blanket that I wanted. He told me there was a pillow in a blanket in the Bag. He also told us that we had to keep all of our towels and we couldn't any more for bathroom. We did not have a bathmat so we had to use a towel. So had literally 1 towel for our stay. 😞 Beds were fine, kitchen nice. But there were dishes in the dishwasher from last people. Also no waste basket for kitchen area and livingroom. Coffee creamers were curdled.when used in coffee. No dirty laundry bags. Overall room was nice. Could have had much better house keeping. And definitely someone at the feont desk who was more accommodating and friendly. View from room was beautiful, not a lot to offer with in walking distance. Restaurant in hotel was already closed at 10 pm and bar was closed about 30 minutes after.

Customer Service was not good. Tim was rude over the phone. We called a few times. Made him aware room service hadn’t cleaned our room and it was day 3. We also called for towels a couple times and toilet paper. He said if I wanted it I needed to go down and get it. I asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned or if I needed to call and put in a request. He said “Alright! Alright!”. He didn't want to hear I guess. Do better.

Convenient to meeting location, valet parking was great and the restaurant was really good. The service was friendly and attentive. Toledo has really upped it’s game!

Very nice room and staff was helpful when we needed help with a couple things. I was very impressed with the breakfast bar and the staff went out of there way to be polite and helpful.

I liked how it was within walking distance from several things downtown. It also overlooks the river and lots of colors shining at night. Parking was easy, except if there is a hockey or baseball game going on. We ended up using valet parking which worked well. Overall, great place to stay in downtown Toledo.

It's a great place to stay! Location is great to explore Toledo! The restaurants were endless! Great food too! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go! Also a great breakfast at no extra cost! It's a win win!

Great downtown location with several bars/restaurants within walking distance. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel and our room were clean. We would stay here again.

Phenomenal staff. Beautiful clean and safe Hotel. Absolutely love the Hotel is connected to the Huntington Center, very convenient for events. Love the security that you cant get back into the hotel without a key. Kind of noisy outside if your room is facing Monroe street but wasn’t too bad once asleep. Definitely pay the $25 for Valet Service quick easy parking. You get a text and can request the car so its ready upon check out. Overall a wonderful experience and will return

This property is beside Hensville Park and is absolutely perfect if you are going to a MudHens game or event in that area. We self parked in the garage under the hotel for $15. Rooms were clean and had amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, iron board). Keurig Coffee maker with pods for coffee/ decaf and tea. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet was well managed and restocked. (Eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, French toast, Hashbrowns, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal coffee & juice etc). Hotel gym was clean & well equipped. My main issue was check-in. We arrived after a very long drive at 4pm (check-in is 3pm) and room wasn’t ready. Seems like an insignificant issue but in our case it this was really frustrating. Staff were apologetic but we simply had to wait.

My family stayed at this property June 30 through July 4. The location is perfect, convenient to all of the downtown attractions, and no more than a 10 minute drive to attractions outside of downtown. The mudhen’s ballpark is literally around the corner. The suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of downtown and the river. We chose self parking over valet, and we found it to be easy and probably more affordable than valet considering how often we went in and out of the lot. We did not try the restaurant in the lobby, but we did do the continental breakfast every morning. Pretty good selection and variety but a little redundant, I was surprised they were no pancakes or waffles in the four days we were there. But there was still plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Toledo.

Comfortable, spacious room, lovely view of the river. Valet parking staff were conscientious in explaining about a charity run happening the next morning. Breakfast buffet was the best we've had in a hotel of this level. Breakfast staff members were cheerful and efficient.

Staff was very nice, when I walked into the hotel all I smelled was sewage. The sewage smell was also in my room and I had to pay for parking. First mornings breakfast was really good, second morning the ham was very dry the potato pancake was soggy in the middle and hard around the edges. Not very good at all.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The suite was large and just enough space for a family of 5! The gym was the largest and nicest gym I have seen in a hotel. The only bad part was there was free breakfast, but there was only 1 staff member and she couldn’t keep up with clean plates and filling the food.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the front desk and valet staff were great. Our rooms were comfortable but very noisy close to the elevators. Could here people talking through the bathroom vent and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The breakfast staff were abrupt, borderline rude and very slow to bring hot food out. We waited for coffee, potatoes and they ran out of food and the menu didn't match what was printed in the room. Overall we will stay again but with limited expectation.

This is top tier for me. It's the best hotel to stay in. It's like an apartment. What gets me is whenever I walk into a room, it's as if I was the first person ever in that room. This is my favorite place to stay. The breakfast was great as well. I always enjoy my stay at Homewood.

Our room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the riverfront. The hotel restaurant/bar was a great stop after returning from an evening out and about.

Disappointing especially at the price and then having to pay almost $38 to park. After a long day and checking in later at night we pulled out the sofa bed to prepare it for a much needed sleep. Come to find out there are no extra sheets, blankets, etc. for the bed. Called front desk to request and was told nobody was on staff to bring them to us we'd have to pick up at front desk. Total inconvenience to change on out pjs and venture downstairs when all you want to do is go to sleep. Bigger disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The attendant was very eager to please but the buffet itself failed. Food was not hot, had to wait for scrambled eggs (which of course were hot), sausage was very salty, potato cake things were horrible, chicken something for tacos (?) looked days old, no pancake or waffle option, toaster took forever and had a missing knob. Overall, our less than 12 hour stay was a disappointment.
