Atrium Studios by Xtay - Studio com cozinha completa próximo a Arena Opus

Photos don’t do justice to xtay .It was a spotless building with luxury finishings and everything was automated .However if I had any questions I could contact them via chat and they would always respond kindly and fast .The room was gorgeous .Everything was thought of and it was very clean .Very spacious and comfortable.The building was right on the middle of a park where families spend their days .Well located too .Would definitively recommend .

This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again.

Quarto extremamente limpo e organizado. Fácil acesso para quem estiver em algum evento no Pedra Branca.

Localização é excelente e o quarto limpo. Contudo, o ar-condicionado fazia muito barulho, não sendo possível utilizá-lo. Isso não era problema exclusivo do quarto em que nos hospedamos, nos outros quartos também havia barulho. Além disso, conseguíamos ouvir barulhos dos outros quartos. Os cobertores estavam com um cheiro desagradável, como se tivessem sido guardados molhados. O vaso sanitário também apresentava problemas, estando solto do chão, mas conseguimos usar. São problemas que podem ser facilmente resolvidos. Espero que sejam ajustados para os próximos hóspedes.
