The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services. • In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure. • Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted. • Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual. • Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration. • At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table.
