Love this Hotel!

The room was sparse. They used older air/heat units that worked. The water out of the sink ran brown at first. The shower temp was unregulated and was either burning you or freezing you. You did not have to touch the handle it changed temp on its own accord. The ice maker did not work on our floor. I will never be back.

The staff and hotel location were perfect could not ask for anything else. It was concerning that on one of your busiest weekends you had one person working breakfast. He was taking orders, cooking, running the food, bussing then washing the dishes. He had a great attitude and did a great job but as a company not fair to him or your guests. Our room was spacious and clean but water was hard to regulate. It was either very hot or dropped out cold. Also you have holes cut in the walls to run wires and no covers or patches. The rooms did not feel complete. Again staff and location was excellent but room and staffing issues stop me from giving you a higher rating. Thanks.
