Door key would not open. Could not open the door. Mgr failed to open the door, thus wife and l had to leave to our appointment and we were not able to use the room, no shower ,no relax time before our appointment. Terrible service, very disorganized and when we came back at 11 pm Parking was far from our room, and Mgr took a while to open the broken door

heads up, if you're trying to relax with family go somewhere else. the reviews about this hotel must be fake. the only good thing is the location, but I couldn't stand the smell. I had to book a different Hotel 24 minutes away from my destination

Absolute most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. The front desk agent was rude and non informant. The door to my room DID NOT close completely nor lock efficiently. Even requesting a different room desk agent shrugged her shoulders like she couldn’t believe that was my complaint. Overall highly recommend staying severe anywhere but here. Especially if you have children or pets.

This place was sketchy at best. Not a great neighborhood at at. Homelss camping across the steet. Folks up at all hours making lots of noice. I was luckily by myself but would not bring the family. The room itself was just ok. Wood flooring was coming apart in places. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Overall the room was clean. I would not recommend this place mainly due to location.

Great property in a not so great location. Felt safe and the property had one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen. Only down side was a homeless encampment outside. Not their fault and the property was kept clean and neat.

I don't Understand How This is the only Hotel that, Even When You pay in Advance, Acts Like You, the Paying Customer, never Paid, and that they don't have Any Rooms Available, only for You to have to Stand in an unsafe Neighborhood for Hours Before they Finally Admit that You did pay, and that they Do have a Room Available, that You Already Paid for, Absolutely ridiculous, the worst, checkin Out of All Hotels they will take Your Money and Act Like You never Paid and Act Like they don't have Rooms Available

The rooms were ok. The service was no good. Ask for towels and clean room didn't. This happened every day for 3 days. Night time very noisy and a lot of vagrants around

Not located in the bed of areas but very convenient. Love that it's Close to shopping clothing, grocery and convenient store. Plus restaurants. Close to pretty much everything. Room are clean staff is friendly. You can tell they are doing updating to rooms. And really good for the price. I've stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. And the noise comes from the busy street that's all. I recommend staying here also the bed are comfy. I stay with my 9 year old daughter.

The room was very run down and in a poor condition and stank really bad. The bathroom was dark and had inadequate lighting to shave. The property was very noisy even late at night. And the smoke detector was missing. I'll never go back there.

Bugs in my bed. Yes, bugs in my bed. Reported and was told to “come back in the morning” as they had no vacancy. They never came to check the room. Itchy scratching everywhere. Bugs hid under mattress when confronted.no accommodation made, no inspection, no refund either.

Honestly should not do business in that state. Spray paint on the walls, TV didnt work. Shower didn't drain. Akin to a murder motel.

The parking and the lady in the office (Pati) were the best two things on that property. The housekeeping lady did have the bed made, but they give one wash cloth, two drying off towels and a step out the shower towel. I shouldn’t have ask for a roll of toilet paper when the room was just cleaned. They should mop the floor in the restroom, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was broken and very outdated, the mattress had a sink in the middle of the bed, the tv was ghosting on all channels and we had to call because they were not trying to give us the room. It was very deceiving that the pictures were not accurate with the room we received. For some reason they said we did not have a reservation on their end and they did not see it until we made a phone call which was hard to make because we could not obtain a number to reach Hotel.com.
