AC/Heating unit did not work properly, was very humid in the room, everything felt damp. Bathroom sink faucet leaked around the handles really bad when turned on, also the faucet spout was so close to the sink, you could barely get a toothbrush under it much less your hands. The toilet leaked a bit. And the last day we stayed, the only ice machine did not work. But it was a clean room otherwise.

Our beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice but there were long black hairs on the wall of the shower -- no one in my family has black hair. I was too tired to deal with it last night and no staff was availble this morning to request a cost adjustment for the room. If the property wishes, a partial refund on my given credit card would be welcome.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and room for the price we paid. Clearly remodeling was recent. The only problem we had was with the toilet mechanism being broken. We arrived so late at night, we didn’t want the management to come fix it, however we left a note for them at the front desk. The other concern is that at check out, the keys were just left at the counter and no one was at the desk. We don’t feel this is secure. Going in and out of the building, we never saw anyone at the desk either.

The hotel is dated but kept up well and clean. The only issue we had was with the guy at the front desk who was very unfriendly. He seemed very put out every time we asked a question or when out key cards quit working. No thank yous, no "have a good stay, no smiles.... nothing.

I booked the hotel at Expedia as "pay at the property." Upon arrival, the hotel couldn't find my reservation, and offered me for a room at the same price with the Expedia price. Few days later, I got x2 charges from the hotel. After making a claim to the hotel, I got a refund. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Clean, easy check in and check out. Allowed us a bit later check out, which we greatly appreciated, we were on motorcycles, and it was storming. We waited till it stopped! Very kind!

Not sure if it was language barrier/locale but staff was unfriendly, cold at best. Location not easily accessible, was a specified entry/exit, at night it’s very hard to access based on location from highway unless you drive thru gas station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Decent place to stay in the Rochester area. Close to the airport. Rooms were reasonably modern and well-maintained. Quiet room and firm bed. Even the breakfast was decent. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place seems like great value. We would definitely stay here again

The building is about 20 years past it's prime, but the room was pretty clean and the beds comfortable. Their breakfast is poor. Only sugared cereal, mini doughnut packs, English muffins, juice, and coffee with some not very edible apples. We only saw the front desk person when we needed them as I think they may have cleaned the rooms and done laundry as well. Very basic tv package. We would not likely stay there again.

Only sugared cereal, mini doughnut packs, English muffins, juice, and coffee with some not very edible apples. We only saw the front desk person when we needed them as I think they may have cleaned the rooms and done laundry as well. Very basic tv package. We would not likely stay there again.

My check in/check out and stay was good. The hotel was quite, the price was good, the location was perfect and not far from where I needed to go/be throughout my stay. Only wish the hotel would have a better breakfast set up/better/more Breakfast choices otherwise I have no complaints about this hotel.

Room was OK. Comfortable mostly clean room, no red flags to write about. The breakfast was a skip as the bagels were moldy. No one to was available to talk to about that.

The entire facility was in dire need of repair. All the linens and towels looked pretty old, but I will say everything was clean. There was no cable TV but the staff did work hard at getting an antenna connection hooked up. The included continental breakfast was pretty bad.

Continental breakfast was pitiful. No juice options available, toaster did not work properly. Fruit choice was a banana or a clementine. Lids available for coffee were not the right size for the cup

We were looking for a cheap place to just spend the night. The room was very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. It did come with breakfast, but there wasn't much to pick from.

The room was quite clean, but staff was primarily missing - From the 3:00 check-in to the morning exit, no person was at the desk. We needed to stand and wait for the person to show up. I believe he may have cameras set to show the front entry. When we went to checkout, a sign directed us to leave our keys and a receipt would not be produced for us. Breakfast was as minimal as possible. Not even bananas. Again, no human employee was visible. The one thing I will say - the cost for the room was very reasonable.

Fixtures and furniture/carpeting had an older style look, but appeared NEW. Nothing was worn, and looked impeccably clean. We had a king bed room and it had a beautiful red velour bed covering and lace trimmed sheets. The carpet was a deep red and felt soft and cushiony under bare feet. The elegance of the whole (very large) room rivaled $300 hotel rooms I've stayed in, and this was under $100. The TV had TONS of channels to watch. A very quiet hotel with many close food options. Serves a complementary continental breakfast.

This hotel is very clean and the room was fine. It appeared to be operated by one person during my two-night stay—front desk and breakfast area. The person wasn’t particularly friendly, and it seemed that we (me and other guests in the breakfast area) woke him up when we tried to obtain coffee as the machine was empty when we came for breakfast.
