A nice quiet and relaxing place. They have a dock on the lake I walked to and worked out on every morning. And at night I sat on the dock under the stars. It’s also off the main highway so the road to the inn is a quiet road and you’re not suddenly pulling into traffic. Overall great place!

this little motel is a hidden gem. it might be just a bit outdated, but it makes up for it by being very clean, comfortable beds, and being very well maintained. The motel has parking right outside your door. The lake is so pretty and has great sunset views in a very relaxed "summer camp" atmosphere. I would stay here again!

Old school motel on a lake. Perfect place for a relaxing night away from home. Nice lakefront property with boat ramp and nice dock. Cool little place in between Melbourne and Orlando.

Understanding that this is not The Ritz, Lakeside Inn gets a lot right. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Refrigerator worked fine, as did the AC. TV offered a wide range of channels. WIFI signal was strong and consistent. Bed was comfortable, though could have used a few pillow options. A small thing but I liked the power strip on the side of the headboard, so you could plug in your laptop or whatever. OK, usually there's an outlet on the base of the bedside lamp but as I said, this ain't the Ritz....but they came up with a simple, workable solution. Grounds are very nice. Lake is lovely and I enjoyed strolling out to the end of the long dock. This is a nice, quiet spot.

We've stayed here a couple of times because it is located close to family. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. They used to have a small lounge but this is closed off. The lake is beautiful as shown in the photo but there aren't any amenities other than the dock to enjoy the lake.

This is a very old property of 10 rooms. It has been well taken care of. But its best feature is that it really is along a lake. There is a sitting area by the water and about a 50 foot long dock, all for your use to enjoy do beautiful sunsets.

Usually at a highly rated accommodation you expect a lobby, front desk, ice machine, vending machines; and possibly a washer & dryer, pool, breakfast, brochures on the local area, etc. None of these were present at this exceptionally well renovated 50's era motel on nice lakefront property. The proprietor was very nice and provided me with a couple buckets of ice. There were two small rooms with a king sized bed crammed into one of them. The other was pleasant with a fairly large refrigerator; a microwave, couch, TV, & table. Both the TV and the internet were great. Parking was right in front of the unit. The property was about 6 miles out of town.

We were very happy with our stay at Lakeside Inn and Cafe. The property grounds were beautiful, with an amazing view of Alligator Lake. The sunsets were to die for. The staff was very kind, with a super easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. We are already planning another trip back to St. Cloud so we can stay at Lakeside Inn again.

It's a good location close to St. Cloud. I did have a little trouble with the TV, but the staff helped with that and the window A/C makes more noise then I care for. And it does take a while to get any hot water, be patient. I would stay here again.

It's not just this hotel, most, in my experience, don't invest in good quality, comfortable mattresses. Lets face it, that is what they are selling, a place for people to sleep, away from home, but most go cheep.

Loved the back to the 50’s feeling. Bed was comfy, shower was fine. Sat out on the deck looking out on the lake with a glass of wine. Very relaxing. Wish the traffic was further away, but all in all we were very comfortable.

What an amazing hidden gem in St. Cloud!! We arrived at 6 pm and office was dark. We called the number and was told the gentleman was in the hospital and what our room number was and where to find the key! We stayed 2 wonderful nights. It's quaint, but we loved our stay! Fridge/microwave/storage/ample plugs, etc. We pray the gentleman is recovered now. We plan to visit again and again when we visit family. 5 stars!!

We found a hidden gem booking this property. It is nestled in a remote, quite neighborhood away on the lake. It is located about 10 minutes from shopping and dining. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, which is hard to find these days in hotels.

This is great place to stay for the night for the price. The property was clean, it’s an inn that’s been updated. Rooms have a kind of Key West look to it inside. You walk around the back side beautiful Lake view, has a cafe that was closed. However it has ann outside porch area facing the Lake. Again this is an older Inn that’s been updated. Not a resort, but nice hidden treasure has a romantic feel to it with Lake Sunset view amazing. Only two minor things. First: Gas station and convenient stores miles away. So make sure you pick up snacks etc. Second: Even though I got checked in fast when I got there which was great. The lobby and cafe was closed after I checked in at 5pm and was closed again at check out, no complementary coffee. Lol… Other than those two things. I have no problem staying there again. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through. Township people were polite and helpful.

This place is a gem. The ambiance around the Inn is spectacular. Serenity. If you are looking to get away to a quiet place on the water. This is the place. Minutes away from the local supermarket and coffee shop, i.e., Publix and Starbucks. I love this place.

This is an old-school Florida motel. It has the charm of days gone by. It is lakeside with places to sit & enjoy the view. Our room had a beachy theme. It was clean & quiet. It's close to all the shops & restaurants without feeling like it. Check-in was easy. Gentleman was friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the lakeside inn because it was on Alligator Lake, very quiet, and close to Harmony and our family. There us plenty of places to eat but loved eating lunch at lakeshore with great water views. Owners were friendly and accommodating. We will come back again.

This place is a gem. The ambiance around the Inn is spectacular. Serenity. If you are looking to get away to a quiet place on the water. This is the place. Minutes away from the local supermarket and coffee shop, i.e., Publix and Starbucks. I love this place.

We found a hidden gem booking this property. It is nestled in a remote, quite neighborhood away on the lake. It is located about 10 minutes from shopping and dining. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, which is hard to find these days in hotels.

Average stay, If you traveled 20 years back you may enjoy, this place definitely takes you back to the 80's hotel stay with a real key, small t.v, not much updates, we like the 1 level park rite outside your door hotel, We were a little disappointed looking at the photos before we arrived to actually being there, They really need to update advertisement, says it has a Cafe but owner said its been closed since COVID. So we had to drive back into crazy town of traffic to find dinner. Cheap cost hotel you get what you pay for. I would probably Not stay again.

We've stayed here a couple of times because it is located close to family. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. They used to have a small lounge but this is closed off. The lake is beautiful as shown in the photo but there aren't any amenities other than the dock to enjoy the lake.

This is great place to stay for the night for the price. The property was clean, it’s an inn that’s been updated. Rooms have a kind of Key West look to it inside. You walk around the back side beautiful Lake view, has a cafe that was closed. However it has ann outside porch area facing the Lake. Again this is an older Inn that’s been updated. Not a resort, but nice hidden treasure has a romantic feel to it with Lake Sunset view amazing. Only two minor things. First: Gas station and convenient stores miles away. So make sure you pick up snacks etc. Second: Even though I got checked in fast when I got there which was great. The lobby and cafe was closed after I checked in at 5pm and was closed again at check out, no complementary coffee. Lol… Other than those two things. I have no problem staying there again. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through. Township people were polite and helpful.

Could not stay!! First had to stand on chair to turn on wall AC. Bed can only sleep 1 adult. Ceiling fan made noise entire time in over the small bed and fan is REQUIRED in that room. I won’t mention notes of spotty hot water. It’s a shame because the location is very nice!

this little motel is a hidden gem. it might be just a bit outdated, but it makes up for it by being very clean, comfortable beds, and being very well maintained. The motel has parking right outside your door. The lake is so pretty and has great sunset views in a very relaxed "summer camp" atmosphere. I would stay here again!

This is an old-school Florida motel. It has the charm of days gone by. It is lakeside with places to sit & enjoy the view. Our room had a beachy theme. It was clean & quiet. It's close to all the shops & restaurants without feeling like it. Check-in was easy. Gentleman was friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again!
