Hotel Vibra Algarb

Honestly, the hotel and property is fine. I've stayed here before a few times. But I made the mistake of doing ONE bag of laundry here. I left it with the front desk and in most hotels everywhere in the world this might be 25-30 dollars max anywhere I've done this. Maybe 35-40 if you do some dry cleaning. One bag of laundry was 97 euros....97.... That's like a 160 dollar bag of laundry for t-shirts, socks underwear. That's absolute highway robbery and I'll never stay here again just for that. There are better hotels in Playa Den bossa for the same price.

The single occupancy was extremely small and while it purported to have a sea view the direct view was the rooftops of the nearby buildings. I appreciated the staffs willingness to accommodate an upgrade to a double that afforded a pool and actual sea view. There was no beach lounge chairs provided by the hotel and the best lounging area was either to pay $10 euro per day for a third party rental or reserve the lounge or daybeds of the restaurant adjacent to the hotel at $70 - $100 euro per day. All in all while loads of fun those arbitrary costs and conditions overshadowed the stay.

Comme je viens de leurs écrire , le lavabo de la chambre endommagé a l’arrivée . Hier m’a chambre plein de cheveux de la femme de ménage . Et le nettoyage laisse à désirer ! Le parking a l’hôtel est pratiquement inexistant! Seulement 20 places se parking pour un si grand hôtel. La réceptionniste a été très agréable . Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien . La vue est sympathique. Par contre les murs entre les chambres sont très fin et on entend la conversation la chambre à côté !

Really great hotel, lovely location and had all the facilities and extras we wanted as a family with young baby The beach with private access was good. Pools were clean and easy. Restaurant and waiting staff were really good Location was an easy taxi or bus from the airport, and the local area of Figuertas was perfect - not too busy but lively enough to enjoy

Whatever you do don't get them to do a bag of laundry for you. You'll go broke. One bag of laundry was 97 euros. Found that out like a smack in the face when I went to collect it. No where on earth is hotel laundry that expensive and that's robbery.

Property was ok. Staff weren’t the most helpful. Aircon was not working in the room so was just extremely uncomfortable and staff couldn’t help with this. Electric panel fell off the wall on arrival. However, Food was excellent. Lots of choice. Pool is small and you have to keep moving to follow the sun as it gets blocked by the big buildings next door. Lunchtime DJ was also a bonus!

The lifts were old and one was not working. The food of all inclusive was average. The lock of the door was not working properly.

I don’t believe this hotel should be rated 4*, the food choices are quite limited, 3 adult rooms are incredibly tight, no space to move around the bed. Also have to pay €2 deposit for a cup at the pool bar, €20 deposit for a beach towel which the hotel will only accept cash for, which involves a near €5 transaction fee at their ATM if you have to withdraw euros

We did not have an iron in our room. To get one, you have to pay a deposit, which is fine, but the problem is that you also have to pick it up yourself from the lobby and later return it there to get your deposit back. They also don’t accept cards for the iron deposit—you must pay cash. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean.

Location: great Breakfast: excellent quality and diversity Pool and pool area: great Hotel General condition: very poor/beaten up. Cleanliness: very very dirty. Bedroom bedsheets: stained, poorest quality, too short for the mattress, you would wake up touching a disgusting mattress protector because the sheets wouldn’t stay in place. Bathroom: very very very dirty. Towels of the poorest quality, towels stained (not 1, but 3 different sets had stains). Toilet water tank cracked, bidet awfully disgusting, the shower is inside a tub (normally no problem) but in this case it is a tiny tub with all wall and floor rounded, a huge slippery risk/unsafe. Hotel hallways: walls dirty, marked with scarfs of luggage and use… Would not recommend it at all based on the lack of basic higiene, and basic bedroom comfort.

Doesn't look like the photos. The hallways kind of look like a jail and the beds are extremely hard. Shower head had very visible mildew on it. Overall, it just very unclean looking; I could not wait to check out.

Great location! Poor cleanliness of rooms. Poorly built - you can hear your neighbours snoring and every word of their conversation. If you looking to rest after some partying then forget about it. Good service from most of the workers

The property was reliable and clean. The staff speak proper English and communication is easy. Taxi arrives within 2 minutes.

I asked to have room cleaning services they never did. Room was terrible dirty. Staff unprofessional.

The property was very dirty. Dirtiest hallways I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Floors were not cleaned. Mold around the air vent. Cleaners came every day to change roses and bed sheets. Clean building.

Las zonas comunes están mucho mejor que las habitaciones. En mi opinión lo que no nos ha gustado fue el estado de suciedad de los raíles de la mampara de la bañera ya que estaban en muy mal estado. Mucho moho y suciedad de anteriores huéspedes. Esto no me ha gustado nada. Recomiendo mejor limpieza dado que es desagradable. Las habitaciones no tienen ningún tipo de insonorización se oía hasta los ronquidos de la había ración de al lado. La comida era excelente y el personal del comedor muy profesionales y amables así como el resto del personal. Por otra parte, teníamos todo incluido y en una ocasión no tenían nada de nada para picar en el bar. Con un niño y en un día lluvioso no es lo que se espera de un todo incluido. Esto no es exactamente para lo que hemos pagado. El chico que hacía los masajes es magnífico.

Beautiful view

Location was great for me in regatds to where I wanted to be close to. Walls are quite thin, you hear whatever is going on around your room if you prefer a more quiet experience. And room was small compared to photo, fyi. Good time though

The room was very old, very outdated infested with ants , no hot water, shower head was broken, no blanket on the bed and the tv remote didn’t work. The room was gross. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Needs a serious modernization, upgrade……

Lobby, beach and pool and great. Rooms are very small and very basic. Bathrooms are old and no space to walk.

The walls between rooms are not soundproof. The room next to mine had the TV playing loudly until I finally had to call the front desk and they had to send security to tell them to turn the TV off at 3 AM. You can hear people talking, the toilet flushing next-door, very disappointing.

The people who work here are very rude- I asked for help getting an uber and they sent me to the wrong place almost making me miss my boat to Debía. When we arrived they were also rude telling us to move our car when we wanted to check in- instead of telling us where we could park they just kept signaling and telling for us to move without telling us where we could park- well apparently there is only enough parking for about a dozen cars.

Amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly & made my birthday trip superb! I would completely recommend anyone to stay here on their trip to Ibiza. The staff & vibe rocks!

Bad AC everywhere. the temperature in the rooms is not comfortable. the pillows are big and hard blocks. no soft at all. we had to call twice for them to check out tv that never connected to the internet. the help never came.

I would never be here ever again. I had a flood in my room, and the manager was not accommodating at all. He told me I needed to wait in a puddle of water that went from my room all the way down the hallway I have pictures to show he refused to change our room. It took him an hour and a half to send someone upstairs to clean the room and to unclog the drains I would never recommend this place to anyone or never stay here again. The manager was very unaccommodating and nasty to me and my guest. The room was very small. The view was not in Ocean view. The cost was overpriced. There was mold on the flooring of the bathroom. It smelled of mold and dirty rags. They did not want to replenish our towels once we used it even though we gave them the dirty ones back overall experience was horrible.

Bien situé et excellent service

Initially after reading reviews I was hesitant to book more than 5 nights, we planned on staying 9 in Ibiza. On our 3rd day my husband and I were so impressed with the service from front desk staff, bar tenders by the pool, cleanliness of the place, beach location and walking distance to all the clubs we were going to, we booked another 4 nights. Breakfast was included, only made that a couple days due to late nights. Great selection, omelet station and everything you would want in a buffet. We did a half board for the other 4 days which means both breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a large selection to and had a good variety's Blended Drinks are around 12 euros, This is avg and to be expected, be sure to tip Kevin he will take good care of you. There are convenient stores across the street where you can get wine, water, snacks at a reasonable price. Towel deposit, this works because if you’re done with your chair you will take your towel with you, we never had an issue getting chairs. Walk towards HI Ibiza and there a ton of great restaurants reasonably priced. Restaurant across the hotel was lovely too. The other ones on the block are okay. Is this hotel a 5 star white glove service no, but there were so many positives that I mentioned that we will stay here again and recommend to our friends to do so as well. Thanks!

Nice location and away from super busy street

Great location, 10 mins from airport and only a 40 minute walk to the main town. Loads of food options around the hotel, would recommend.

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Vibra Algarb! The location is unbeatable – right on Playa d’en Bossa with direct beach access, and just a short walk from restaurants and nightlife. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Vibra Algarb to anyone visiting Ibiza.

Nice location, great pool area with daily DJ music, some noise from airplanes flying over many times a day, breakfast buffet was good and rooms were clean. Ok for the money. There are masseuses by the pool which is highly recommend (Diego).

Hospitality was great, location was perfect and the actual room itself was clean and up to date. Overall a beautiful place to stay with lots to do around and even more to eat. Should be mentioned for people sensitive to noise- the rooms are not sound proofed and the walls are thin. Don’t be alarmed by the fridge not being cold they’re more like outdoor coolers.

Très bon compromis hôtel/prestations/prix. Hôtel proche de l’ushuaia, commerces, restaurants, arrêts taxis ! Chambre avec vue mer (même partielle c’est top) question propreté il ne faut pas trop regarder dans le fond de l’évier et se traîner au sol… Mais globalement ça allait. Restaurant avec buffet à volonté matin, midi, soir bien garnis et bon. Le pool House est à l’ombre des palmiers, ambiance techno lounge génial, quasiment en bord de mer, du Ibiza rêvé en somme ! Personnel, on alterne avec des gens très sympathiques et d’autres méprisants, désagréables… Mais c’est validé et recommandé !

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. I chose to do the all inclusive package. Pros: there are two separate bars that are included in the package. The drink selection is fairly limited, but was fairly OK. The pool was nice but slightly small based on the number of people present it was very convenient that the beach was a very short walk, so I spent most of my time at the beach. Some nightlife was pretty close to the hotel, which was nice at night. A taxi to the other side of the island was fairly expensive, but nothing outrageous. Cons: the rooms did seem a little dated. Paying two euros for a token/plastic cup for the all inclusive drinks seemed strange. There was definitely limited seating in the dining area. But the food was OK. After a couple of days, I started eating at the other restaurants on the island and not the hotel, even though it was included.

The hotel is not bad for a short stay, really simple and convenient. We had breakfast included and was very good quality for food and enough choice. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, specially the pillows, like you are sleeping on rocks, i would’ve loved if the rooms would have kettle and some tea. The pool area is nice but quite crowded, nice music, the drinks quite expensive.

Our recent stay at Vibra Algarb as a family of four left much to be desired. We booked two interconnecting rooms for four days, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas. First impressions were mixed—the hotel is large, but there isn’t much to do within the premises. For an all-inclusive hotel, we found the dining options severely lacking. There is only one restaurant included in the package, where you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu becomes repetitive quickly, making it boring, especially for longer stays. While there is a second restaurant, you have to pay extra, which seems unreasonable given the all-inclusive tag. The state of our rooms was disappointing. One of the TVs was broken and appeared as if it was about to fall off the wall due to visible cracks around the mount. This raised concerns not just about comfort but also safety. Additionally, despite repeatedly requesting an iron and ironing board for three days, we were told they had run out. It’s absurd that a hotel of this size does not have enough basic amenities like irons for its guests. The hotel also boasts a program of daily shows via an app, but this was poorly executed. Although the app promised shows three times a day, only one actually took place during our entire stay, which was quite frustrating. However, the worst part of our stay was the incredibly thin walls. If you’re a light sleeper, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Walking distance to Hi Club and All Inclusive. I wish they extended the time for dinner as it closes at 9:30pm

Lovely location with excellent views. The food overall was very good. Some nights the red meat was a bit too fatty for me. But overall a good chose of food.
