The A/C in our room was a little noisy as it turned off & on at night....but all in all, a great stay, clean comfortable...noce pool area with lazy river, pool, swim up bar and double waterslide. Nice area for smaller kids to play.

There was construction everywhere. The one steak house we wanted to go to was under construction and closed. The kids zone was under construction and closed. The pool was closed so they sent us to another hotel we could use and they were also under construction and closed. It was noisy and freezing.

First time staying here and it’s nicer than the other casinos I’ve stayed at in Lake Charles. Ventilation in the casino was also good, we are non smokers so some places are terrible in comparison. Food available even for being limited due to construction was good. The water park looks like it would be fun for the kids during the summer.

A very safe and clean place to stay. I was just surprised to know you had to request your room to be cleaned if you were only staying a couple of days . I was told they only cleaned the room if you were staying 3 or more days.

This hotel/casino is in the middle of nowhere and that’s okay. The hotel rooms are very nice and well kept. The AC system is a bit loud but other than that it was fantastic. The casino was fun and the staff was the nicest staff of any casino I’ve visited. The slots or hit or miss but I did hear people winning and the tables were hot and cold but the people made the experience. Overall I would definitely stay and play here again!

Hotel is attached to Coushatta Casino. Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable and shower was walk in with rainwater shower head as well as regular shower head. Price was extremely reasonable.

This hotel is pretty nice for the price. The direct access to the casino is great and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding is terrible and I froze because the blankets are super thin like a sheet. The brand of the bathroom amenities smelled great and the 2 showerheads is really nice. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We had a great time at Coushatta with just a few hiccups that I feel could have been better handled. The good stuff: the hotel is very nice and clean. They keep the casino very well ventilated so the smoke smell is not bad at all. Hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds we nice. The showers were amazing as were the products they supply. The not so good. The fire alarms malfunctioned at 4am! At first it was just sounding in the hallways which was bad enough, but then it came into the room and was horrifying! You can't even think straight with that loud, piercing noise! My friend in another room almost fell out of bed, which would have been terrible as it was his 75th birthday. By the time I finally made it out to the hallway it stopped. At 5:15 they go off again! I guess sleep was not on the agenda. In the morning I stopped by the front desk just to ask if any compensation would be made to the hotel guests for the hassle. I was told they could not do anything about my room rate as I booked third party (will book directly next time!) but they would apply $50 food credit to my room. Shortly after my friend asked also and was told no, they were not going to do anything. I found that very rude and it was obvious that the manager had told them no way after I spoke to them. A little courtesy goes a long way! The next day when checkout came I got my receipt and no food credit. I had to argue to get it. Front desk needs some better manners. They were the only bad part.

It was in the 30s and the fan motor on the HVAC was so loud. I had to turn it off. It was so cold. I was shivering cold all night. I guess I understand since it’s a holiday weekend and staff was short. My last visit here was really great. I’m very disappointed.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. Once again, the staff is amazing! From checking in at the hotel, to the security team, pit bosses, dealers, cleaning crew, bartenders, wait staff and restaurant workers, everyone is awesome! Super friendly and very helpful staff. I can't wait to plan my next trip.

We stayed here on a guy’s golfing trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel is first class. It was a 4 minute drive to their golf course. We plan on staying here for all of our future trips.

Hotel is attached to Coushatta Casino. Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable and shower was walk in with rainwater shower head as well as regular shower head. Price was extremely reasonable.

We have stayed there before and had a great time ..but this i did not like the hotel was joined to the casino but was way to far to walk and the bed was horrible to hard and lumpy. And there was not anything to eat in the hotel.not even room service.

This hotel is pretty nice for the price. The direct access to the casino is great and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding is terrible and I froze because the blankets are super thin like a sheet. The brand of the bathroom amenities smelled great and the 2 showerheads is really nice. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We took my mom gambling for her 75th birthday. The hotel and casino were lovely. We had lunch at the Terrace and dinner at the Noodle house; both were excellent. Dasia was our server at dinner and Tanya our server at lunch. They were very friendly and welcoming.

The entire casino smells like smoke. But I was most disappointed that when I booked. I did not know the pool was closed. and The hotel bar was closed. There was only one restaurant in the casino. I was told I could use the Grands Pool. The staff have been wonderful !!!

The website made this place look amazing. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. The atmosphere just didn’t suit me. I felt a bit out of place given the overall vibe of the property and the clientele. Most of the restaurants and gift shops closed surprisingly early, leaving limited options in the evenings. The steak restaurant was not only closed, we couldn't even find it. The pool area, which was the entire reason we decided to stay here in the first place, was closed during our stay. This would have been fine if there was some place where we could have sat outside. But nope. Oh, and there was also ongoing construction that made it difficult for us to relax. Ultimately, we decided to take a financial loss and cut our trip short. We left a day early because it was miserable. This stay just didn’t meet our expectations, and I don’t see myself returning. The one upside? There was free soda, coffee, and Icees on the casino floor. I did like that.

Hotel was great. Loved the pool area! Restaurants in the hotel weren’t open. Restaurants in casino were open but it was pretty smoky in there. Didn’t want to take kids in there so we didn’t.

First time staying here and it’s nicer than the other casinos I’ve stayed at in Lake Charles. Ventilation in the casino was also good, we are non smokers so some places are terrible in comparison. Food available even for being limited due to construction was good. The water park looks like it would be fun for the kids during the summer.

We stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday, and overall we had a great experience. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to offer some type of room decoration or birthday package, especially for guests traveling from out of state. It would have been so nice to have something special waiting in the room when we arrived, and it would have saved us from having to bring decorations with us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was helpful and courteous, casino was the best we have played in in LA. Parking was outside only, but plenty of spaces available. Room was comfortable, and best of all they had a shower, not a tub that is so dangerous for us that are older. The casino had a good mixture of newer style slots, and old style three reels.
