Los chicos de recepción y los del bar son unos genios!!! Y mas que hablo español

Poco amable, tuvimos que esperar todos a las 15h para entrar y haciendo cola. No nos dieron las bebidas que decian que teniamos incluidas. No volveremos. El camarero el unico simpatico y amable.

I checked in and was handed a key card and a roll of sheets. The luggage room wasn’t locked. I went up to the room (no elevator) and opened the door. It was an all male room. (I asked for an all female room). I went downstairs and told him the issue. He gave me another key card. I entered, and the bed I was assigned was occupied. After an hour, back and forth with Expedia, and I gave up. There was a possible empty bed, though it looked used. It was also a top bunk - not great. I made my bed, went to the bathroom (3 of the seats were falling off), took a shower and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I found used food packets and a French fry next to my mattress from a previous tenant!!!! I got the hell out of there.

They made us wait for 1.5 hrs to check in. The girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude as if it wasn’t her job to solve whatever problem they had. They finally gave us the room with no sheets nor towels, without mentioning there was still rubbish from the previous guests. Location is good but is not worth it.
