You notice how clean the floors are when you step out of the shower and lay a clean white towel on the floor : ( that is my reason for the 4. Everything else was very clean. Needs a little updating but is fine.

The check in was bad. The person at the front desk complained about her job and said she was looking for another job. The lobby had a bad smell. The first thing we saw when we opened the door to our room was a large spider and we noticed a large gap at the bottom of the door.

First off, the room was fine. HOWEVER, the ad on Hotels.com was very misleading. I was not expecting an old-style motel from the ad. I was instantly transported back to my childhood - not in a good way. The continental breakfast and the breakfast area were a joke. There were two tables squeezed into a corner in the bad-smelling lobby. The ice machine had a smattering of wood chips in it, but no ice. On the plus side, the room was fine (the floor was a little dusty). The shower was hot and strong. There was a refrigerator and microwave. To top it off, we were awoken at 7 am by roofers! I understand that work probably needed to be done, but I shouldn't pay $90 and get no warning of that at all.

Charged me twice for room even though I booked through Expedia. They fixed it but it shouldn't have happened. Also, my parking area was blocked with construction materials - normally not a problem but it was pouring rain most of the time I was there.

Why Wyndham put there name to this is beyond me. It was very filthy. There was mildew or mold in the shower. Around the Toilet was black. Couldnt take a shower, nasty... We thought we could stay outside of Santa Fe NM.. But that was a mistake. Stayed here based on Hotels.com review of 7/10... big mistake. Could not look the door could only lockit using the upper lock.

This is possibly the worse hotel I have ever reserved. The restroom was full of mold! The reaction looked like a crack head and used vulgar language The room next to us had a barking dog and the owner looked like a home lose guy. He was walking outside his room looking spooked without a shirt. He scared the living lights out of my daughter

The room was not as clean as it should have been. I didn’t like the smell of the room when I walked in. For being part of Wyndham I would have expected the overall experience to be more appealing. The front desk worker who checked me in was very nice. I do appreciate that.

Well the person that checked me in was very pleasant. But that's about all the food o have to say. Very expensive for the kind of sump it is. The floor was dirty, I did get a few bites from bed bugs, which is terrible,but the worst thing was I went to shower in the morning and the water color was brown. I let it run for a about 5 minutes and no change. I did take pictures too. And before I went to shower I had made coffee in my room and the water was brown there too. NOT HAPPY AND I DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE WHATEVER

Bed was clean and comfortable. Just needs more bedding or thicker. We froze in our room 2 nights due to the heating was not working. Very loud environment close to traffic and you can hear through walls easy.

Fast very friendly check in. Room has been remodeled nicely. Comfy bed/linens. Hot shower, fridge, mic, coffee brewer, good tv and internet. Front desk guy was very nice and helped me with a problem the tv was having. Easy location to get to on the main business drag, lots of dining options. The only critique would be the super perfumy lobby.

This was a very nice little motel for the price that we paid. Staff was very friendly and assisted us in getting checked in a little early. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside would be that we were located on a main street And the traffic outside was a little noisy at times.

Nice enough place. We checked in late and left early so we weren't there very long. Staff was really friendly and the room was clean.

Wonderful manager named Maria who is very accomodating. The rooms and bed are extreemly clean and modern. Everything I wanted for my stay. I will definately return.

There was a police incident going on when we arrived at 9:40pm So we could not check in. Room was comfortable. Bed was clean. Floor was dusty/dirty. We returned a bit later and we’re given access to our room. Was very quiet all things considered.

Gentleman at the Front Desk (Sorry, I can't remember your name!) was very polite and helpful, both over the phone and on site. Room was cute, clean, possibly recently painted. 3 minute drive from multiple fast food options and grocery store.

Definitely older motel but quiet, clean and the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in at a motel. Only donuts and coffee for breakfast though. So plan on picking something up for breakfast. Would definitely recommend

I’m not sure how this place has a decent rating on here. Must have been fake reviews. Flooring was coming up, major tripping hazard. Plastic wrapped around the shower head. Towels were just thrown up on the shelves and hanging somewhat folded. Floor had piles of dirt, like someone forgot to finish. Locked out of room on the second day, had to go get our key reactivated. Breakfast area was a joke, only two tables and no way to move around, very tight quarters. Hard to read and adjust the heater settings, the dial was basically unreadable and we had to guess. If you moved anything around the TV and hit a cable, the tv went off. Really needs some more updating and upgrading by proper professionals.

The girl is very nice, but she was smoking pots, who's smell disgusted me because the key didn't work. Advertisement for “Continental Breakfast Included” was not true. She said, coffee and mini muffin! Well, do you think this is worth $100?

First off, the room was fine. HOWEVER, the ad on Hotels.com was very misleading. I was not expecting an old-style motel from the ad. I was instantly transported back to my childhood - not in a good way. The continental breakfast and the breakfast area were a joke. There were two tables squeezed into a corner in the bad-smelling lobby. The ice machine had a smattering of wood chips in it, but no ice. On the plus side, the room was fine (the floor was a little dusty). The shower was hot and strong. There was a refrigerator and microwave. To top it off, we were awoken at 7 am by roofers! I understand that work probably needed to be done, but I shouldn't pay $90 and get no warning of that at all.

the room was suboptimal by many standards, particularly when it came to cleanliness. The room light was hanging from its ceiling fixture, and there was a rather large number of dead bugs inside the fixture. The continental breakfast was not served and, in fact, did not appear to exist at all. When we went to use the coffee machine in the morning, we found that the coffee cups were used and dirty (soda residue in cups), which explained why they were not sealed and individually wrapped in plastic, as my frequent travel experiences have taught me to expect. Additionally, there appeared to be what looked like someone's bodily fluids on the pillowcase, which was particularly concerning from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. There was also no physical person available at the front desk to speak with. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to call a phone number. On a positive note, the property was quiet at night, and no one bothered us. Lastly, Maria was an absolute delight to work with.

Rooms recently upgraded and fine (except for the bathrooms). But the property itself, the carpet leading to rooms & walls, reception area etc are terribly dirty.
