The stay was good overall. Stair hallways were under construction and we had to ask for clean towels even though the housekeepers were on our floor going door-to-door but some how skipped us. The front desk told me they were operating under modified conditions where they five you clean towels every other day!!!!

Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Lobby and elevator have an odor that is really bad. Elevator sounds like it is going to crash every time. “Bar” never appeared to be open.

Disappointed in this property, not living up to Marriott flag nor as represented on Expedia. Property lobby under major construction, no amenities available and not disclosed at time of reservation. Pool, fitness and spa unavailable. No breakfast provided as described in property listing. Front desk staff was not courteous or professional. For the price I was charged I felt like I got robbed. I used to be a loyal Marriott customer and actually worked for a full service Marriott hotel years ago. I will be using another brand for my travels from now on, IOW, check in somewhere else

Marriot does not offer housekeeping. No clean towels, no bed made or trash emptied and no explanations. Apparently they want me to go back to Hilton which does all of the above and on a regular basis.

We had ants take over our room on the first floor. Had to request room changed and throw away pizza/bread sticks we ordered. We were told breakfast was open until 10:00am when we checked in. We ended up missing it because it closed at 9:30am

The room smelled horrendous. The A/C only slightly worked and not at all from the wall thermostat! The room wasn’t cleaned and the staff (manager) was extremely rude & unhelpful! I recommend this place to anyone. The worst Courtyard by Marriott I’ve ever been to in my life. Poor service, poor amenities, poor quality… I have nothing good to say about this place!

Attendant at the front desk was rude upon check in. We reserved a king and were given 2 double beds. Man at desk said “well we are full sooooooo idk what to tell you”. He could have been more professional. Instead blaming it on me for using Expedia instead of the hotel itself. I didn’t pay over 500 for two nights to be ridiculed at the desk for my booking. Also the shower u had to straddle to stand because it was doing like a v thing u couldn’t stand flat. He also tried to argue that I would have to pay again even though I paid through Expedia, because he didn’t understand the code that Expedia sent him. Again completely unprofessional and rude.

Disappointed in this property, not living up to Marriott flag nor as represented on Expedia. Property lobby under major construction, no amenities available and not disclosed at time of reservation. Pool, fitness and spa unavailable. No breakfast provided as described in property listing. Front desk staff was not courteous or professional. For the price I was charged I felt like I got robbed. I used to be a loyal Marriott customer and actually worked for a full service Marriott hotel years ago. I will be using another brand for my travels from now on, IOW, check in somewhere else

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this stay was the staff were so nice. When we checked in we got to our room and there was only a king size bed when we booked a room for 2 queens and a pull out bed. We have 5 people. After sometime the manager was able to get us the right room. Got to our room and it smelt horrible, spider webs all over the windows, rubber band under the TV stand/desk and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the pool was under maintenance, which would have been nice to know. The beds were so uncomfortable as well. Not a great time considering we just drove 6 hours with 3 kids and this is what we got. Honestly if it wasn't for the nice staff I would have given this hotel 0 stars. The hotel itself was dirty as well. Trash over flowing in the hallways and dirty floors everywhere. No continental breakfast, you have to order from their little cafe/bar which is over priced. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice stay. I especially appreciated the safety bars in the shower! Was disappointed that a complimentary breakfast was not available as the night before I had stayed at another courtyard Marriott and had a very enjoyable breakfast.
