Ratana Hotel Chalong

Everything was great!

The room was very clean, spacious and recently refreshed, which made the stay really comfortable. The bed was great and it was very quiet at night, so I slept well. The pool area is nice to relax and parking was always easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Chalong is convenient for getting around the island, especially if you have a car. Overall, a very comfortable stay and good value for money.

Luktet konstant hasj i gangene. Personalet kunne vært mer hyggelig, og mer engasjert i gjestene. Lekasje på rommet, dryppet vann ned fra taket, ved døren til hotellrommet vårt. Harde senger. Skiftet ikke på sengetrekk, selvom det var skittent. Dårlig lokasjon, rett vet hovedveien. Eneste positive var parkering, samt bassenget og området rundt bassenget.

GREAT PARKING! If you’re looking for decent rooms in a great area with plenty of parking for a good price, this is the place for you. We were there for Christmas/new years time so there was too much traffic. At other times I imagine it would be fine.

The hotel is very low class... The area is not very pleasant
