Great Location. Manager very attentive to our needs.

Fabulous location.

Property is old and 'tired', stained carpet, broken shower screen, faulty microwave, dripping tap. Access instructions incorrect, showed upstairs when property is downstairs. Worst part is excessive noise from resident above stomping on the floor late nights and early mornings causing lost sleep! Had two week stay and owner required payment of $110 for linen change half way through stay.

Very close to the beach and an easy walk to the train. The super market is a bit of a hike on a hot day if you're on foot, but there are pubs, cafe's and restaurants just at the end of the street. We'd stay there again happily.

We did not have a good start at this property as the managing agents sent joining instructions for a different property ! Their instructions for finding this unit we also incorrect. Once in the unit we discovered there was no cooker despite the details stating there was one! Also there were no drawers or shelves for clothes, only hanging compartments. We were only left 2 bath towels and no other towels. Several phone calls to the agents later, we received more towels and the next day they delivered an Air Fryer oven and some hanging shelves. A great improvement. The unit was well placed for the beach and coffee shops and the location was what we wanted. An outside hanging area for drying clothes and towels would be an asset. Hopefully the unit is now better equipped than when we arrived !
