HIGH STANDARD Muito bom . Check in cheio mas o staff fez de tudo para acomodar e agilizar . Ótimos restaurantes no hotel. No Mahanakhon cube em frente, fantástico o Wine Cellar e os inúmeros Michelin estilo street food. Hotel limpo, silencioso, ótima cama, chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã muito bom com buffet e a lá carte incluídos. Stress free. Sem filas para o omelete. Em frete a estação Ghong Nonsi do SKY train, que te leva a qualquer lugar em BKK. Único ponto negativo é que o lobby fica no quarto andar. Há que se pegar sempre dois elevadores para chegar e sair .

A stylish and highly enjoyable stay I had an excellent stay at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon. My corner room was superb and flawless, with floor-to-ceiling windows, warm design, automated blinds, a capsule coffee machine, excellent rain shower and TOTO washlet. Breakfast was another highlight. The à la carte dishes were excellent and the staff very accommodating. The buffet itself was not very vegetarian-friendly and varied from day to day, but whenever I asked for something – papaya, pumpkin seeds, vegetarian som tam or stir-fried vegetables without fish or oyster sauce – the staff did their best to provide it. My advice to vegetarians: ask. The main-lobby and breakfast teams were consistently warm and welcoming. Service at the ground-floor entrance was more mixed; one evening I said “good evening” twice to a staff member and received no acknowledgement, which I found surprisingly rude for a five-star hotel. My departure experience there, however, was excellent. My other disappointment was that my high-floor request was not acknowledged and I received floor 10 despite guest floors above. The view was still good, but I would have appreciated an explanation. The pool area was lovely, the steam room effective, WhatsApp communication very convenient, and the complimentary Mahanakhon Sky Beach access with a drink was a great extra. The location is excellent, close to the BTS and many restaurants. Overall, a great stay. I would happily return.

We stayed for 2 nights and were quite disappointed. First, the view from our room was directly facing a cemetery, which really took away from the atmosphere. Second, we went down to the pool to relax and enjoy the vibe, but it was impossible due to loud engine noise from the neighboring building. While the hotel facilities itself might be high standard, these issues significantly impacted our experience

Maten på våning L var ingen höjdare, rekommenderar inte och personalen är förvirrade. Man skulle få en biljett varje dag för skywalk, om man vill gå upp för skywalk så ska man hämta den varje gång man ska gå upp!!! Varför gör dom inte ett system där dom ger kunder på en gång så att man skippa gå och hämta och slösa sin tid under resan!? (Obs. Hissen till hotellet och till skywalk är på olika platser)
