Loved this hotel! Very nice newer, clean, beautiful. They even thought of some liiitle things that other hotels don’t. Comfortable Seating areas in the lobby, large covered patio with fireplaces and comfortable seating. Many tables and chairs out there too. A small pond with swings and chairs to enjoy outside as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Definitely a new favorite!!

It is a wonderful hotel, very clean and like new!! The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We saw smiles from them all! It is quiet and yet close to stores and all the beauty of the city.

Really bad. The carpets were dirty- the place needs a thorough cleaning. The staff fails to tell you that housekeeping must be requested but seems befuddled when you ask for service. This hotel is an overpriced mess!

The sheets are not being properly cleaned with hot water and disinfectant or The bed and pillows themselves, half absorbed body, odors, and oils and need to be replaced! Very disappointing because we loved everything else about the hotel.

My favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Friendly staff, nice rooms. The nice gal at the desk placed me in a great room. It seems like it almost time for new sheets, and mattresses. Getting lumpy and the sheets were pilled and not as soft. My only complaint

This was our second time staying at this well managed hotel in Petoskey . Such a nice property . Well maintained with professional courteous staff. The room was very nice with comfortable queen beds for the family . It was located close to the downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops . Little Traverse Bay was easily viewable . We will return .

Comfort issues associated with the lack of drawer space for two adults was very disappointing. The water quality of the shower and sink was shockingly SOFT to the point where I felt I was showering in OIL. Excellent front desk support. Excellent service at the lobby bar.

You pay high season , premium prices for exceptionally little. The staff exerts minimum effort. I stayed for four days and asked for service each day- my bed was never made nor my towels picked up. DONT STAY HERE- ever!

Beautiful, comfortable property with a great assortment of amenities. I also can’t say I’ve ever met a more helpful or friendly staff - shout out to the night crew on Aug 26 for assisting us with our 10 pm Ramen fix! Wish the location was a little closer to downtown but it did provide a quiet home-like atmosphere after our days exploring.

Nice hotel. Very clean and modern. We stayed here for a ski trip and it was centrally located. It was disappointing that they did not have a free breakfast. For the price a minimal continental breakfast would have been nice.

This was our second time staying at this well managed hotel in Petoskey . Such a nice property . Well maintained with professional courteous staff. The room was very nice with comfortable queen beds for the family . It was located close to the downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops . Little Traverse Bay was easily viewable . We will return .

It is a wonderful hotel, very clean and like new!! The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We saw smiles from them all! It is quiet and yet close to stores and all the beauty of the city.

Very clean and modern. Had a convenient Bisyro downstairs for breakfast and late night dinner and drinks. Conveniently by restraints and grocery stories. Room and Tv and bathroom were modern and great.

Nice hotel. Very clean and modern. We stayed here for a ski trip and it was centrally located. It was disappointing that they did not have a free breakfast. For the price a minimal continental breakfast would have been nice.

Staff was wry friendly and helpful. Accommodations were nice and clean. The only downside was that the food, drinks and snacks were all a bit pricey. In all, we had any good stay!

Comfort issues associated with the lack of drawer space for two adults was very disappointing. The water quality of the shower and sink was shockingly SOFT to the point where I felt I was showering in OIL. Excellent front desk support. Excellent service at the lobby bar.

My wife and I were celebrating our 13 year anniversary. From the time we arrived to we left we had the best customer service from the front desk and all the staff there we will definitely go back. The facility is very clean quiet and comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing.

Staff was friendly, great amenities including a washer/dryer, bottle fillers, indoor pool, beautiful outdoor space, and in close proximity to many of sites by car. The hotel seemed short staffed. Hours were limited for busy season with cafe and cleaning was limited to every other day—the latter being my biggest issue with the stay. It’s one thing to offer this every other day service for business travelers, but not for families visiting the various beaches.

Clean room, nice amenities, good location, but the hallway had a strange odor and the bathroom didn't have a fan, which I found odd for a nicer hotel. Breakfast is not free either.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, except a couple of things. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available for most of our stay which was disappointing. Also, the person working the cash register at the bistro was pretty rude when we corrected her on an order after she herself made two mistakes on it. Like we were inconveniencing her for her own mistake. Not the older woman. She was sweet! It was the younger woman. Christine or Christina I believe. Like, maybe quit if you hate your job so much.
