The place was fine and generally lived up to the pictures. The check in process was a real hassle with the link sent to manage the electronic door lock and the electronic door lock not working. We had multiple issues with that, no TV remote, non-working coffee pot. Each time we contacted the host the first reaction was to tell us we were doing it wrong for two days before finally sending maintenance and confirming there was an issue with the electronic door lock and both the tv remote and coffee maker had to be replaced. This all took 3 days of our trip and, in fact, was a big hassle but there was no urgency to believe us or fix it. Didn’t make for a great experience and could have easily gone so much better.

Unfortunately, the high humidity and actual MOLD in the bathrooms took away from the quaintness and charm of the apartment. If you don’t mind breathing mold while you sleep, then the location of the apartment was very convenient. We would not recommend to our family or friends.

I love the check-in process. the place is nice. It has a rustic charm to it. I will definitely stay here again and it’s in a great location.

The space is super cool. It’s in a lively part of town, with private access directly on the street. It can be noisy at night but worth being in the mix. It is on a side street so really just patrons walking to and from establishments. The space was clean and well furnished. Great art, not the usual short term rental junk. Awesome shower pressure- which is huge for me. Two things to note: it might be my ineptitude but I had a really hard time making their links work. They have a separate platform from VRBO. This caused me to double book and double pay. Instead of the management cancelling the second charge, I had to work through my bank. Similar issue when checking in. You open the apartment door through a link you open on your phone. The link wouldn’t work on my my phone, which was stressful after a long trip. There is someone who responds fairly promptly around the clock, so they try, but all in all it was cumbersome and stressful. Second thing- a strong smell comes from the downstairs bathroom (or did for us). Best to keep that door closed. Despite those two issues, I would absolutely stay in this place again. It is a total gen in the heart of La Latina.

One of the best stays we've had, great place, great locatiion with tons of room. The only drawback is a musty smell in the downstairs bedroom. Would gladly stay again.
