The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even on check out. The lobby and breakfast areas were always clean and smelled great. The carpet in the hallways was dated and dirty. The room was very clean. Had plenty of towels and some toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was great! The blow dryer was terrible. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. I would go back if I came that way again. Just needs a little TLC :)

I loved the staff and the environment. This place is kid friendly with a pool and the shopping center is right across the private road. It’s quiet and safe. It’s an older building but it’s nice and clean. They keep up with the property. Also they offer truck and tractor parking if needed. Thanks for making my stay as comfortable as possible!

Curtain was off the hooks. Smoke detector battery was missing. They replaced when I told them. Breakfast was average. Make yourself Waffles smelled good. Pool was clean. Couldn’t keep the shower curtain closed. The rod was leaning. Staff were very pleasant. Swapped towels nearly every day.

Was much better than I expected. Check-in was quick & easy, plenty of parking, easy access (although I’m not sure if there was another elevator other than the 1 on the very end of the building where our room was), comfortable bed, decent breakfast & everything appeared to be pretty clean.

Every single staff person was polite and friendly. The room and breakfast area were clean. Breakfast, with scrambled eggs and meat, was average for this type of property. They never ran out of anything. Easy access from Highway. A good deal for the money.

Our room had water on the rug and smelled of dampness the minute we walked in. The water was coming from the air conditioner. When entering the room there was a mechanical fan trying to air out the wet rug. It got worse as the day went on. Front desk people looked at it but said the person in charge won’t do anything about it! It was true. I should be reimbursed for a room that had a terrible smell and completely wet rug.

Reading the reviews I was encouraged by the repeated comments stating the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. The room was dated and not very clean with stains on furnishings and the remote control looked like something spilled on it. Also, the deposit hold (for incidentals) was $100!! The lady at the desk told my husband it’s usually $250 just in case someone smokes in the room. We have stayed at 5 star hotels that simply hold $25-$50. Ridiculous!! Thankfully I booked this room for my husband and daughter for just one night so my daughter could attend a basketball workout in town. More than one night would have been a no go!

The employees we interacted with were pleasant and very nice but this was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed. The room smelled like a smoking room. There was a film on everything. The walls had splashes of spilled drinks all over them. Sticky drops on the floor before entering. Some sort of rubber mat thing in the bottom of the tub. This room hasn’t been deep cleaned in YEARS. It was truly disappointing as I read all of the reviews and thought I had made a good choice. The only way to remedy this is to gut the place and start over.

I liked that it was right off the main road and had a waffle maker. The hotel room was yuck. It smelled bad like mildew/moldy mixed with cigarette smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and the wall A/C unit couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. So rundown with wall paper coming off, damages everywhere, needs total revamp.

The walls between room and between bathroom and the rest of your room need sound deadening insulation. I could hear everything. Soft closing doors would help keep people slamming doors from waking me up. Bathroom in the room needs an update.

Stayed there multiple times over the last year. Staff and Managers were all very helpful. Room 130 needs some repairs and updating of furniture and bathroom sink etc. Ice maker unreliable and not convenient unless you are located on the west end of the hall . Breakfast buffet is just “ok” . Attendant very helpful !

Overall the stay was what I expected from the location. Check In was smooth and the customer service was great. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The only thing that was displeasing about they stay is while check out was at 11 housekeeping began knocking on and opening doors around 9:30 am, and continued to do so until I finally left at 11. While I understand that they have a job to do and want to turn over the rooms as soon as possible they really should wait until at least 11 am to begin cleaning rooms unless the occupants have checked out at the front desk earlier than check out time. I also understand that I could have put the door sign up but for those like myself that forgot it gives a feeling of being rushed out of a space that gives a set check out time.

Loved how inviting it was. The staff was was very friendly. They even gave us an extra room key. Thwy said if we had any trouble they would make it right. The only downfall was the ice machine. On the first floor was broken. Wonderful breakfast. They moring staff on Saturday went out of hos way to find me coffee creamer that i liked. They definitely went out of the way to chat and say good morning and have a good day. Its definitely a place i will go back to. Price was just right for the 3 of us.

We scheduled a late check out, but when we returned to the hotel to check out, we discovered my mother's luggage bag was thrown into one of the laundry baskets very messily. When I asked the front desk why they had done that, she said that she didn't see a late check out. Then, she discovered that it was on a page previous to the one she was looking at and she hadn't bothered to turn the page.

We scheduled a late check out, but when we returned to the hotel to check out, we discovered my mother's luggage bag was thrown into one of the laundry baskets very messily. When I asked the front desk why they had done that, she said that she didn't see a late check out. Then, she discovered that it was on a page previous to the one she was looking at and she hadn't bothered to turn the page.

Robin was great! She was the receptionist when I arrived. She was courteous and kind! The only thing that went weird was that an 18 wheeler drove through the building and we had to evacuate. Robin was amazing! She made sure everyone got out safely and that she made sure everyone was accounted for. Cudos for Robyn!

Loved how inviting it was. The staff was was very friendly. They even gave us an extra room key. Thwy said if we had any trouble they would make it right. The only downfall was the ice machine. On the first floor was broken. Wonderful breakfast. They moring staff on Saturday went out of hos way to find me coffee creamer that i liked. They definitely went out of the way to chat and say good morning and have a good day. Its definitely a place i will go back to. Price was just right for the 3 of us.

Stayed there multiple times over the last year. Staff and Managers were all very helpful. Room 130 needs some repairs and updating of furniture and bathroom sink etc. Ice maker unreliable and not convenient unless you are located on the west end of the hall . Breakfast buffet is just “ok” . Attendant very helpful !

My father and i stayed there for the first time. Check in was easy and fast. Room was great. Waffle maker was fun and breakfast was delicious. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Will definately stay there next year. Thank you.

Someone was smoking weed and the hallway smelled horrendous. The dining room was way to small for the number of people staying at this hotel. There was no where to sit. Also, no fresh fruit.

Curtain was off the hooks. Smoke detector battery was missing. They replaced when I told them. Breakfast was average. Make yourself Waffles smelled good. Pool was clean. Couldn’t keep the shower curtain closed. The rod was leaning. Staff were very pleasant. Swapped towels nearly every day.

Overall, got a bad day just for an overnight day will not stay no more than one day. The staff was nice, but the hotel needs more renovation due to an accident that happened to the hotel and it seems like they are moving slow with their renovations, you can see hotel piping just doesn’t feel safe

The lobby smelled of cigarettes and stale coffee, which should have been an indication of the cleanliness. The lobby had old furniture and stained carpet, which continued into the rooms. I cleaned the furniture and tabletops with Lysol wipes. The leather furniture looked as of it was never cleaned! The tub in the bathroom was stained and the drain didnt work. Imagine trying to get clean with water around your ankles... yuck! I will never stay here again and u wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family. They need to upgrade EVERYTHING!!
