Un accueil parfait et un pdj copieux, le côté piscine, spa et thermalisme au top. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur professionnalisme doublé d’une grande gentillesse.

Excepto la piscina con agua termal, el resto de servicios se han de pagar (chorros, jacuzzi,…) que en muchos hoteles sin ser balnearios son gratuitos. La media pensión correcta.

Very clean rooms and the spa was great

Great overall stay. The rooms were very nice, a bit on the small side, but nicely decorated and clean. The bed was soft, the shower was hot with good water pressure. The pool was AMAZING!!! The common spaces were beautiful. The food was just ok (personally) but they served 3 full meals a day on site. For less than €20 person (app, main & dessert). The town was soooooooooo cute!!! Plenty of places to eat, shop and hangout. The wifi was great! The hallways were outdated and run down (ONLY THE HALLWAYS) not the common spaces or the rooms. I had to trust the process with this! LOL

Bel hôtel mais vieillissant. Chambre propre, pas très grande (lit en 140) et manque d’entretien. Clim très bruyante, pas de lumière au dessus du bureau, pas de chaîne TV française par exemple. Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche de belle taille. Repas très bien, petit-déjeuner copieux. Les installations balneo sont aussi très sympas (dans leur jus) et la piscine extérieure toujours chauffée a au moins 32 degrés est tout simplement géniale. Le personnel est à l’écoute et agréable.

Even tho it’s 40 min away from Barcelona I think it was worthy staying there, it’s quiet, staff are friendly and tried to help in whatever we needed. I rented a car and there’s a free parking like 4 min walk from the hotel and yes the hotel has their own parking $11 per night but I wanted to save some money but I know I still had to walk from their parking to the hotel. I felt safe, I used to arrived to the town and hotel 5am, 4am or 3am and I felt safe to walk the town. They also have their own spa which I got to go and it was relaxing and cheap.

Hotel en medio de la nada, habitaciones normales. Aire acondicionado horrible, enfriaba poco y hacia ruido como una lavadora vieja. Todo de pago, parking, spa, etc….

Veldig vakkert hotell, med veldig fin beliggenhet. Bassengetområdet var supert. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Ekstra deilig at bassengvannet var termisk.

Es el tipico hotel que cobra por todo, una botellita de agua, 2,20€, el parking que aparecia como Gratutio, 12€. Habitaciones pequeñas

Room was ok, however the bathtub to take a shower wasn’t looking very clean( had marks). The staff is very friendly, 24 hour reception, with helpful and welcoming staff. However they charge €11 for parking a night which in my opinion should’ve been lesser or free for guests. The ac worked fine, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Nice professional staff, great location and clean room

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this hotel. We stayed in the family room which overlooked the peaceful garden and pool area. The room was big, clean, the beds comfortable and the room had air conditioning which was a must! The highlight of the hotel are the gardens and pool area, which are exceptional. I had read poor reviews of the staff but I found all to be very kind and pleasant. If you are wanting a bustling hotel in Barcelona this hotel is not for you - if you are wanting elegant, peaceful charm 40 mins bus from the main city this place is perfect. We loved the village, which had a great selection of restaurants. We stayed during the week of the major festival, Escaldarium, which was fantastic! We will be back, this hotel really is for those needing a peaceful break away from the crowds of Barcelona.

Durante el mes de agosto, me he alojado en 3 ocasiones. El lugar es ideal, pero hay ciertos aspectos en la pólitica del establecimiento que no comparto. Por ejemplo, la permisividad con los animales de compañía y los niños. Durante mi estancia me he quejado en dos ocasiones por los ladridos continuados de los perros. Por otro lado, creo que para ser un hotel, balneario, spa, no logras el descanso deseado en la piscina exterior, nadie supervisa el comportamiento de algunos huespedes... En cuanto a la limpieza en la habitación, diré que las toallas no están limpias y las sábanas de la cama tienen cabellos. Por todo lo demás, sigue siendo el lugar perfecto para encontrar la PAZ. ENJOY!!

Todo limpio y climatizado

Las habitaciones necesitan una buena puesta a punto. Se nota que tienen unos cuantos años a cuestas. Y una mejora de la insonorización, porque he podido escuchar la alarma del móvil de la habitación vecina sin problemas.

Liked spa and spa attendants. Front desk staff member Lourdes was very rude. Other staff members were great. Hotel was very noisy and rooms and hallway looked liked they'd been prepped for painting but not painted. Air conditioning did not work and one of the light fixtures in the room.

Ya habiamos estado anteriormente en este hotel y en su dia todo genial. Esta vez tuvimos problemas en la habitación que nos tocó donde el aire acondicionado era bastante antiguo y hacia bastante ruido. Mandaron a una persona de mantenimiento que pudo reducirlo un poco. Pero seguia notandose y cada cierto tiempo al moverse las aspas se notaba aún mas...

Nice hotel but dated. Bed was super hard, but maybe that’s normal? Breakfast bar pics looked great, but food underwhelming Area is beautiful. Pool was great!

Room was very clean and basic. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Breakfasted is poor Garden and pool are lovely but there is no way to get a coffee or drink while in the garden. Asking for a coffee outside of breakfast time is met with an adverse attitude by the staff. Other hotels are more expensive but worth the extra cost

Muito agradável, o hotel e a cidade. A alimentação deixou a desejar. A falta de frigobar é ponto muito negativo.

Schlecht einfach schlecht, Mitarbeiter können sehr wenig bis kein englisch, man könnte sich mit niemandem verständigen, wir würden auch abgezogen weil „Ausländer“ daher waren die Preise wie die lust und Laune hatten! Kommen nie wieder

My experience here was terrible. On the first day, the safe wasn’t working. I asked for someone to fix it someone came but didn’t know how. An employee told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should keep my documents with me. I had to carry my passport and papers at all times. The bed was small and uncomfortable, the bathrooms were old and in poor condition. They also charged me twice and now refuse to refund me. I feel like I was scammed. Don’t trust them.

Its away from the main attractions of Barcelona yet i liked it sooo much bcoz i got thr chanve to experience the spanish from very close

Jätte fint hotell med bra service. Frukoste. Var sådär, inte alls so mycket saker att välja på. Mysigt atmosfär. Det ligger dock i en liten by utanför Barcelona och det tar ca 50 minuter med buss,/bil in till Barcelona. Bra för den som vill ta det bara lungt på hotellet .

Away feom the city, quiet, good night sleep. Nice people, plenty of places to dine out. Just what we were looking for.

Nice hotel in small vist town with good possibilities for eating out in one of the many restaurants. Large areas as Well inside and outside for relaxing and possible to Meet and enjoy together if you are a group. Easy to get to Barcelona by car. We were 2 colleagues for 5 days on business trip and we were Very satisfied with the hotel.

Wow - this was something different in our travels - what a beautifu and historic hotel and town - felt like we moved back in time - wish I had more time to explore the village - a memorable experience

Très bel hôtel, chambre vraiment convenable. La restauration est variée. Piscine vraiment grande, couverte et non couverte. Plusieurs transats à disposition. L’hôtel est éloigné du centre ville, une voiture est indispensable, il y a malgré tout des transports à 10/15 minutes à pied. Il y a des petits restaurants à proximité qui peuvent dépanner pendant le séjour.

I have booked this hotel for a week thinking it was in Barcelona, however it turned out to be a small village in Spain, 40mins away from the airport. Luckily I booked it as full board. Upon arriving the staff were helpful and quick to check us in. We went straight to lunch and the sardine and the cod meals we had were raw. I wasn't sure whether this was intentional or lack of skill as I have just arrived in the hotel&country. We were then offered coffee. We went to the room and there was NO Facilities in the room. A simple kettle, sugar, tea bags/coffee sachet would be minimal however there was NOTHING,similarily in the bathroom except clean towels. We came down for dinner and it was another awful experience. The hotel had a spa facility, initially I was told that the spa was part of my package but then upon enquiring there is a fee of €38 for the sauna, indoor pool and everything else for 1hr use. On the same night I decided to stay another night and leave the hotel because we literally just had the facility of the room and the food (full board). The following day it was the same menu as the day before, so I asked if it was the same chef, which it wasn't, so I ordered another dish and the food came out outstanding, again I was offered a hot drink. In the evening there was new senior waiter, I ordered my food and after I asked for coffee. He asked me to pay. When asked reception they said ONLY WATER is free, coffee and Tea aren't. That made me more determined to leave.

Tres bonnes prestations pour la chambre et la balnéothérapie. Petit déjeuner et repas correct mais ne vous attendez pas a du fait maison.

Hotel toujours aussi fantastique pour qui aime l'Art Déco et le Modern Art. Seul bémol, je trouve que la clientèle a changé et est de plus en plus négligée. Sans doute est-ce dû au fait que le restaurant - si bon auparavant - est devenu un buffet.

Food was horrible no choice for English . Buffet is only at breakfast and it’s very little choice

Personnel impeccable, parlant français pour certains et sinon ayant la patience pour nous écouter nous essayer à l'espagnol. L'ensemble mériterait une bonne remise en état par contre - en respectant le superbe style art nouveau d'origine. Petit déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur, franchement pas terrible.
