Hotel Royal

The staff was extremely courteous. They helped us plan our days and better understand the culture.

MRT Novena st. and shopping mall is nearby, very convenient location. Only issue was internet speed. Could be depending on room, but the speed was around 1Mbps.

The facilites are quite old but clean, in good conditions. The staff was professional and kind.

The room was kept very clean. Housekeeping was great. Staff service was excellent! Loved our stay here!

As with much of Singapore accomodation Hotel Royal was only a few hundred metres from a metro station. This made travelling very easy. The hotel was good, however the absence of a concierge meant that you needed to figure most things, such as tours and attractions out for yourself.
