ジョーダン駅目の前で、1階にはセブンイレブンもあり、便利でした。窓も二重ガラスで防音性も高く、良かったです。 ただ、ビルに４台あるエレベータのうち、動いているのは1台しかなく、エレベータに乗るのに待たなければならなかったのが残念でした。 エレベータが直れば、良い宿だと思います。

去年宿泊して、立地、サービス、接客、清潔感でコスパが良かったので、2度目の利用です。 お姉さんが、自分のことを覚えていてくれてとても嬉しかったです。部屋はセミダブル？のシングルルーム。最低限のアメニティは揃っているし、共有エリアに冷蔵冷凍庫、箸、歯ブラシ、マスク、ティーパック、コースターも用意してあり、痒いところに手が届くサービスです！また泊まりたい！

他の口コミを読んでいたのでエレベーターを待つ事など理解して予約したのでストレスにはならなかったが、着いた日からトイレの工事があり自分で水をタンクに入れるよう言われた。夜には直ると言っていたが2日目夜まで直ってなかったので、使用するときは手間だった。ただ、シャワーの水圧はとても良くすぐに熱いお湯もで続けた。ウォーターサーバー(冷水、熱湯がでる)、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が部屋出てすぐの所にあったのが本当に便利だった。スタッフは口コミ通りとても暖かい対応でホテルではなかなか味わえない距離感です。色々古いが掃除が行き届いているので不快感はまったくない。滞在してる人も静かで助かった。部屋も広く(シングルで取ったけどツインにしてくれた)窓が2つあり圧迫感がない。目の前が建物だったりすると結局カーテン開けられない事もあるので、この点は開放感がある。2日目からすごく小さいアリが上の階から窓の縁をつたって出始めた…。目についた時は持っていた付箋の粘着部分で駆除した(笑)トイレの件やアリ出現などこのような経験は初めてなので、まあこんなこともあるな。位に思える性格なので部屋の変更依頼するのは荷物をまとめる方が逆にめんどくさいのでしなかった。個人的には「この金額だし」で全て解決でした。エレベーターは地元住民も利用してるので待ってる時など話かけられたりして、住んでるみたいに滞在できると思います。

ビル入口の左側のエレベーターで11階まで行けます。 周辺は人通りが多いですが、11階のせいか静かです。 歯ブラシはありません。 タオルとコップとシャンプーとボディーソープはありました。 ハイセンスの43型くらいの壁掛けTVとChromecast with Google TVがあります。 TVのコントローラーで入力切替した後、Chromecastの画面が映ります。 基本的には受付カウンターには誰もいません。チェックアウトのときはカウンターにカードキーを置いて帰ります。

The location is ideal. Exit B1 red line Jordan Station has an elevator and once you exit make a right and on the left you will see a gold sign on the building that says New Lucky House. Take either two elevators on your left and not the one on your right, to the 11th fl and check in at the door that says Ocean Inn. The side that I was on had four apartments or rooms that shared a communal hallway and amenities. Also, two Airport Bus lines are less than a 5 mins. walk. Across the street on Jordan Rd. near the Kowloon Union Church is Airport Bus A22 which will take about 50 plus mins. and across the street on Nathan Rd. near Ning Po St. is Airport Bus A21 which will take over an hour, but comes more frequently. Or you can take the red train line to Central and walk over to Hong Kong Station to take the Airport Express Train. The Airport Express cost more and only takes 25 mins. Once you get on the train but you also have to add in the time it will take to get to Hong Kong Station so it may end up taking just as long as taking either Airport Buses. Ocean Inn rooms are safe, clean and they offer a communal washing machine with detergent and a place to hang your washed clothes, but no dryer. A refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water dispenser with hot and cold water dispensed and sink . They have thought of everything . Scissors and bottle opener on the refrigerator, tea cups and tea bags, extra toilet paper and garbage bags in the shared communal hallway . Didn't have a prob

Excellent location with hotel building being a few paces away from subway entrance. Airport coaches stop are close by. The hotel is quite well kept and I had a room facing inside, little natural light but quiet. My only complaint is elevator wait can be long at times due to hotel being in a multiuse building.

진짜 예산 아끼는 여행으로 추천합니다. 위치도 좋고 사장님도 친절합니다. 조던역 1분 거리 다만, 외부의 소음은 잘 들리는 편이에요. 건물이 오래되기도 했어서 숙소 가는 엘레베이터와 내부는 애매 할수 있어서 걱정 많은 분들은 다시 고려해보세요.

I highly recommend staying at Ocean Inn. It is literally outside the Jordan station, the place is quiet and clean, and amenities are comprehensive.

I liked the condition of the room and the toilet, building was also conveniently located just beside Jordan MTR and staff was helpful in allowing me to book an extra night when I rescheduled my flight to Hong Kong forward by one day. Main downside was there was only one working lift at the time of my stay and waiting time for the lift could be long

It was very compact room and very functional. Very friendly staff. It’s on 11th floor so you may have to wait for few minutes for the elevator. Very prime location.

The room is clean and tidy. The owener was kindly offered me a family room which is more spacious. Mr & Mrs Law and the staff are friendly and abke to provide immediate help. Location is perfect.

The beds were comfy and big enough! Room was enough to fit our luggage and bathroom was clean.

佐敦直結のような立地で便利。ホテルそばにはコンビニ、少し歩けば飲食店がいくらでもあるので困らない。 オーナーも、とても親切。部屋のサービスは最低限ですが、綺麗に掃除されている。 エレベーターがなかなかこないのが困ったくらいで、快適に滞在できました！

I like to wrap the blanket around my feet but I couldn't do that because the blanket is not long enough, and I'm only 5' 3". It may not be a problem for others. Also the A/C didn't stay in the "powerful" position for more than 15 minutes. It automatically turned to "econo" mode. It's fine with cool weather in Feb. But if it's in the summer, people might like it stay "powerful" longer. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. Thank you again.

Very disappointing ! I chose this hotel due to it’s good reviews but find out they are way not true. I want to avoid chungkings mansion and mirador in order to be in a descent place. I was wrong ! This located in big Chinese building and it’s terrible. One elevator is not working so you’ll wait 20 min each time you want to go in or out. It stops every floor and youll be crowded with 20 chinese in real hot. I couldn’t stand that. Also you hear everything from outside the room. Every talk or sound. Me personally. I would avoid all those big buildings who pretend to be hotel but it’s a big floor who turns into rooms renting business. Be careful from reviews specifically from the phillipines as they all fake and youll be surprised how the reality is different from what you’ve been told ! Stay away !

Excellent location with hotel building being a few paces away from subway entrance. Airport coaches stop are close by. The hotel is quite well kept and I had a room facing inside, little natural light but quiet. My only complaint is elevator wait can be long at times due to hotel being in a multiuse building.

Great host, good location, MTR station is at the entrance of the building. The A21 bus to and from the airport is quite close by on Nathan Road. Good aircon wifi and hot water supply. Rooms are small but it is the norm in HK.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights at the Ocean Inn and had a lovely time. The room isn’t big but has all the space and amenities needed - under bed storage for bags, bedside table, television, air conditioning, clean bathroom, and very friendly staff. It was in the perfect location to explore Hong Kong, with Jordan Road and Nathan Road at your fingertips, and nearby trains and bus stations so it was easy to get around, even to the airport. There is an elevator (it is on the 11th floor) which is a lifesaver with bags and after walking around all day. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hong Kong.

It was very compact room and very functional. Very friendly staff. It’s on 11th floor so you may have to wait for few minutes for the elevator. Very prime location.

Cozy hotel which was in such a convenient location, it was opposite the MTR station as well as near a few convenience stores and there was a Starbucks nearby. There was also an ATM around the corner which was handy. The hotel was easy to find and on the 11th floor accessible by lift. The family running the hotel are lovely and room was basic but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.

The subway, coin laundry, food stores, and airport bus are just nearby and convenient, and all the crew are friendly.
