Coal Point Absolute Water Waterfront

Dear Weekenda Booking Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation at 269 Coal Point Road, which I recently booked through your agency. Unfortunately, several issues have significantly impacted our stay: \t1\tBathroom Tap: The bathroom tap sprays water outside when turned on fully, indicating a plumbing problem. \t2\tStove and Gas Bottles: The stove is non-functional, and the gas bottles outside are empty, preventing us from using the stove. \t3\tFire Kindling: The house did not have any fire kindling wood, which was supposed to be provided according to the terms and conditions. \t4\tBug Infestation: The main bedroom located to the left front of the house is infested with bugs. \t5\tPull-Out Bed Condition: The pull-out bed in the lounge was covered in dog hair, suggesting poor cleanliness. These issues have caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request appropriate compensation or a resolution. Please let me know how we can proceed to address these concerns.
