Exceptional customer service! Stand out favorites at the B&B were Brandon and Matt. Very welcoming and were able to accommodate us with recommendations stowing of our bags until our room was ready (early). Breakfast was AMAZING! This menu has something for everyone. Poached eggs, shrimp and grits, syrniki (pancakes), oatmeal, potatoes, and yummy house cured pork bacon. PLUS an amazing assortment of specialty coffees and teas. My two favorites were the chai latte and citrus ginger tea. Included daily afternoon tea (3 - 5 pm) had some great scones and little sandwiches (petit fours). Plus those great selection of teas. You can actually get these 24/7 you just have to ask. Included daily champagne sabering/ toast was a lovely touch. I looked forward to 6pm for this fun spectacle. Please note that all the rooms are different so this review is for room 4. Brandon and Matt said that our room was their favorite. We splurged since it was our anniversary. Our room was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and most importantly had a comfy bed. The bedding was great and it had great AC that appreciated in the Savannah heat. The little touches matter: The fridge had still and sparkling water included. The bathroom had claw foot tub, hair dryer, hair flat iron, free feminine products, facial foam cleanser, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Large tv with Youtube/Pluto television. Evening fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left in your room.

Bellwether is a lovely B&B in a great location. Some changes took place a few weeks ago and we found it not quite as unique as our first sat of two nights earlier this year. THE WONDERFUL BREAKFAST is now a decent continental offering instead with a wide variety of offerings. The afternoon tea has been pared down, the bar is nonexistent and the 6 pm wine and cheese hello hour also no longer exists. What was unique then is no longer. The accomodations are still lovely though and if you didn’t know you might not miss what has been discontinued.

What a special place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The tea time was so fun. We really appreciated the free, convenient parking. The location couldn’t be better, walk two minutes to the famous park and turn down Bull St to walk all the way down to River St passing through all the beautiful squares along the way. Highly recommended!

The Bellweather was very cool. Its an old place made into hotel rooms. We had room 3 which was spacious, comfy bed, awesome tub, the shower was like stepping into the department of mysteries. I loved it. However it was not a quiet room. Noise carries in old places and general noise wasnt a problem but the room backed the wall of the bar and coffee area so you could hear the blender or grinder. Also the back patio was out the bathroom window. So it wasn't terrible but for room 3 just FYI, still a great room. The staff was great, all very nice people. The hotel had breakfast, tea time, champagne toast, they made coffee for us all day. It was such a cool place with so many fun details and amenities. We walked everywhere day, night and felt completely safe. I would 100% stay there again.

Property not what was listed when I booked. They still need to make changes to their website to reflect what you are really getting. I’d even suggest the previous company deleting past reviews; bc it’s like they are being slandered now they’ve been taken over my someone else. It false advertising. I read so many great reviews and they had listing of this wonderful home made menu based breakfast and afternoon tea. Even mention of a chef in house. I was looking for a five star location for a staycation, with chef cooked meals throughout the day; I was willing to pay of course . As my arrival date approached I started reading reviews that said everything had changed. I do not think the 1100 I paid for two.nights justified the experience. Parking situation awful, no instructions were given before on where to park etc., so I lugged my bags from the lot to the property, not fun and not five star. No one answers the phone when called, they don’t respond to texts when you text them but say that’s the best way to communicate. After the breakfast day one, I didn’t even waste my time to do the afternoon tea. The room was nice, but that’s really it. I wouldn’t stay again. Why ruin such a nice gem, obviously people are willing to pay for superb services and experiences.

Always quaint and comfortable. The only difference this visit is there was a change in ownership and they’ve gotten rid of their chefs, so the breakfast isn’t homemade nor are the tea bites.

Beautiful BNB, excellent friendly & helpful staff, delicious house made pastries & unique/yummy Indian-influenced breakfast. Don’t miss the Moca Espresso & pour over coffee. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway, or refreshing solo getaway. When other places are charging for every little amenity, The Bellwether is offering generous complimentary high tea, glass of champagne, waters, parking & full order-from-the-menu breakfast. The rooms have luxurious toiletries, & even provide facial cleanser. The essence of hospitality!

We couldn’t have picked a more romantic backdrop than Bellwether House. From the champagne toasts and tea towers at afternoon service to the incredible breakfasts, every detail was thoughtful. The staff made us feel like honored guests in their home.

Lovely place to stay. Parking is not at the property which could be challenging for some. We did not receive the Expedia VIP gift…not a big deal. Colby was very efficient and pleasant.

Great part of town, nice breakfast and teatime plus coffee’s and teas offered all day. The softest sheets ever and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was lovely. Few things didn’t work in our room like main light, safe, fan in bathroom. There’s a cafe/bakery a few blocks away called Mate Factor that is darling, friendly and delicious and it was my favorite place on the whole trip.

Our stay at Bellwether was truly amazing. It was our first time ever at a B&B and it far exceeded any expectations. The property was beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff were all so wonderful it felt like we were staying with friends. We plan on returning and making this our go-to place to stay when in Savannah. Our one regret was not making it to afternoon tea during our stay! But we know we will be back. Thank you, to all of you at Bellwether for a memorable and relaxing stay for my husband's birthday!

We stayed in room 4 with the balcony and it was amazing. The place is really clean and we enjoyed the complimentary tea time, breakfast, and night time snack. During our stay we were able to walk to Forsyth park which was about a 5-6 minutes walk and we were able to walk downtown to Savannah’s shopping and eating area which took about 12 minutes to walk. We are local to the area but staying at Bellwether was an amazing experience and worth the time

The room was beautiful, with timeless furniture mixed with modern amenities. The room couldn’t have been cleaner. The staff worked together passionately no matter what they were doing, checking in guests, serving breakfast, cleaning, it was a study in teamwork. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!! When traveling in the area I’ll go out of my way to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Bellweather Inn. The historic charm of the inn was everywhere but the modern conveniences were not lacking. The bathroom was well appointed and laid out, the queen size bed was comfortable and the linens were perfectly soft. The included breakfast was delicious with many options, including gluten free amd vegetarian. We would absolutely stay again.

Overall, I must give this place a stellar rating of 20 out of 10! The staff was exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs. Kobe and Paul were particularly outstanding; they were incredibly friendly, easy to converse with, and simply fantastic! I chose the Bellwether based on the rave reviews, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The room was stunningly beautiful and cozy. The bathroom was simply breathtaking, with its captivating emerald green and gold accents that exuded an air of luxurious elegance. We're a sucker for a bed and breakfast. We had the most amazing stay at Bellwether House in Savannah! Outstanding service and some of the BEST food we've ever had! I had to share! Beautiful decor with all the most charming and thoughtful touches. This will be our only place to stay in Savannah!

We stayed in room 4 with the balcony and it was amazing. The place is really clean and we enjoyed the complimentary tea time, breakfast, and night time snack. During our stay we were able to walk to Forsyth park which was about a 5-6 minutes walk and we were able to walk downtown to Savannah’s shopping and eating area which took about 12 minutes to walk. We are local to the area but staying at Bellwether was an amazing experience and worth the time

The room was beautiful, with timeless furniture mixed with modern amenities. The room couldn’t have been cleaner. The staff worked together passionately no matter what they were doing, checking in guests, serving breakfast, cleaning, it was a study in teamwork. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!! When traveling in the area I’ll go out of my way to stay here again.

The Bellweather was very cool. Its an old place made into hotel rooms. We had room 3 which was spacious, comfy bed, awesome tub, the shower was like stepping into the department of mysteries. I loved it. However it was not a quiet room. Noise carries in old places and general noise wasnt a problem but the room backed the wall of the bar and coffee area so you could hear the blender or grinder. Also the back patio was out the bathroom window. So it wasn't terrible but for room 3 just FYI, still a great room. The staff was great, all very nice people. The hotel had breakfast, tea time, champagne toast, they made coffee for us all day. It was such a cool place with so many fun details and amenities. We walked everywhere day, night and felt completely safe. I would 100% stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic property and the location is perfect to Forsyth Park close to the main fountain (just a small walk away) - we arrived at night so the front entrance was tricky to find, however there is a rear entrance to the hotel property down an adjacent rear alley/street (E Gaston Lane) with a very convenient area to load and unload luggage, step through the courtyard and up the steps into the rear entrance of Bellwether. Room Four was amazing.

We loved our stay at the Bellweather Inn. The historic charm of the inn was everywhere but the modern conveniences were not lacking. The bathroom was well appointed and laid out, the queen size bed was comfortable and the linens were perfectly soft. The included breakfast was delicious with many options, including gluten free amd vegetarian. We would absolutely stay again.

Exceptional customer service! Stand out favorites at the B&B were Brandon and Matt. Very welcoming and were able to accommodate us with recommendations stowing of our bags until our room was ready (early). Breakfast was AMAZING! This menu has something for everyone. Poached eggs, shrimp and grits, syrniki (pancakes), oatmeal, potatoes, and yummy house cured pork bacon. PLUS an amazing assortment of specialty coffees and teas. My two favorites were the chai latte and citrus ginger tea. Included daily afternoon tea (3 - 5 pm) had some great scones and little sandwiches (petit fours). Plus those great selection of teas. You can actually get these 24/7 you just have to ask. Included daily champagne sabering/ toast was a lovely touch. I looked forward to 6pm for this fun spectacle. Please note that all the rooms are different so this review is for room 4. Brandon and Matt said that our room was their favorite. We splurged since it was our anniversary. Our room was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and most importantly had a comfy bed. The bedding was great and it had great AC that appreciated in the Savannah heat. The little touches matter: The fridge had still and sparkling water included. The bathroom had claw foot tub, hair dryer, hair flat iron, free feminine products, facial foam cleanser, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Large tv with Youtube/Pluto television. Evening fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left in your room.

Property not what was listed when I booked. They still need to make changes to their website to reflect what you are really getting. I’d even suggest the previous company deleting past reviews; bc it’s like they are being slandered now they’ve been taken over my someone else. It false advertising. I read so many great reviews and they had listing of this wonderful home made menu based breakfast and afternoon tea. Even mention of a chef in house. I was looking for a five star location for a staycation, with chef cooked meals throughout the day; I was willing to pay of course . As my arrival date approached I started reading reviews that said everything had changed. I do not think the 1100 I paid for two.nights justified the experience. Parking situation awful, no instructions were given before on where to park etc., so I lugged my bags from the lot to the property, not fun and not five star. No one answers the phone when called, they don’t respond to texts when you text them but say that’s the best way to communicate. After the breakfast day one, I didn’t even waste my time to do the afternoon tea. The room was nice, but that’s really it. I wouldn’t stay again. Why ruin such a nice gem, obviously people are willing to pay for superb services and experiences.

Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! TV complicated and didn’t work. Loading dock in back in a dirty alley. Parking 1.5 blocks away and also dirty and unkept. Manager Joslyn didn’t answer my calls and after meeting her , she is clueless!!! That all said, Cobi and Bailey were exceptional and very responsive and helpful but were limited by the decisions made by new management. At $400/nt plus $35 parking- way better alternatives!!

We couldn’t have picked a more romantic backdrop than Bellwether House. From the champagne toasts and tea towers at afternoon service to the incredible breakfasts, every detail was thoughtful. The staff made us feel like honored guests in their home.

One of the BEST stays I’ve ever had anywhere. The property is lovely with all the historic charm, and modern amenities. Our room was beautiful, and the claw foot tub was an added bonus. The location was perfect for me and my husband, it was close enough to walk 15 minutes to downtown, but in a quiet, more distanced area from the chaos. And right next to Forsyth Park. The food is absolutely delicious! Do not miss their afternoon tea serving, little treats and finger sandwiches served with whatever you’d like to drink. Also, artisan coffee or whatever else you’d like is available at all hours. I got my fill of iced lattes while I was there. We’ll stay there next time we’re visiting for sure!

Facility was beautiful and calming. Food and service were excellent. Perfect location in easy walking distance to downtown Savannah dining, shopping, museums, and nightlife. Valet service was super convenient and eliminated any hassle of finding parking. Great experience! Highly recommend.

It was nice. It was more like a bed and breakfast than a boutique hotel. Not necessarily a bad thing but not what I expected by the description. It was a little pricey for what it was, in my opinion. The location was perfect because I wanted to stay in a residential area. Savannah is easy to navigate and walkable. It’s a beautiful town.

Bellwether is a lovely B&B in a great location. Some changes took place a few weeks ago and we found it not quite as unique as our first sat of two nights earlier this year. THE WONDERFUL BREAKFAST is now a decent continental offering instead with a wide variety of offerings. The afternoon tea has been pared down, the bar is nonexistent and the 6 pm wine and cheese hello hour also no longer exists. What was unique then is no longer. The accomodations are still lovely though and if you didn’t know you might not miss what has been discontinued.

Our stay here was perfect. The breakfast and high tea were delicious. Everything was amazing, I highly recommend this property. It is centrally located, easy to find. We could walk all over Savannah from this location.

This is a fabulous property. I absolutely loved my stay. The house is stunning, staff amazing and food excellent. There is excellent coffee 24/7. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful BNB, excellent friendly & helpful staff, delicious house made pastries & unique/yummy Indian-influenced breakfast. Don’t miss the Moca Espresso & pour over coffee. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway, or refreshing solo getaway. When other places are charging for every little amenity, The Bellwether is offering generous complimentary high tea, glass of champagne, waters, parking & full order-from-the-menu breakfast. The rooms have luxurious toiletries, & even provide facial cleanser. The essence of hospitality!

Enjoyed our stay here very much, breakfast was a little on the vegan side which is fine but would have enjoyed some protein with it. Coffee was excellent and staff very friendly

We couldn’t have picked a more romantic backdrop than Bellwether House. From the champagne toasts and tea towers at afternoon service to the incredible breakfasts, every detail was thoughtful. The staff made us feel like honored guests in their home.

Very diverse and healthy breakfast, clean rooms and dining rooms and interior of house. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Bar had wide variety drinks,wine and liquors.

Our stay at the Bellweather in Savannah, GA was absolutely first rate. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Afternoon Tea was a great experience and our room was large, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was better than you can even imagine….delicious and so much to choose from. I highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast and we will definitely return when we can.

Best ever. I will never stay anywhere else in Savannah if I can help it. The hotel itself is pristine. Renovated with 5star everything. Gorgeous and in perfect condition. Breakfast is more than elevated. Plus tea & champagne in afternoon? Come on? I feel like Alice in the looking glass. Simply amazing.

Everything about our stay was extraordinary! The staff were all so kind and accommodating, their tips and just see spots were all absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved the breakfast, afternoon tea and the champagne toast in the evenings. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and are already planning our next stay at the Bellwether House. Absolute perfection from start to finish.

We just had a little problem with the digital lock not working initially and confusion on what was booked when they offered to change our room. But after some time they were able to get the lock working properly and we got into our original room. Ocean, the staff person working was amazing and kind as he juggled many things while trying to deal with our unique situation. Everything else was fantastic and we hope to be able to go back someday.

The house was nice, and our room was cool. It is definitely not your traditional room, with brick walls and floors, but we liked it. The bathtub and shower were nice. The evening-shift concierge was wonderful. He was a very polite and helpful young man. The elevated continental breakfast was decent, but we opted for Clarys the next morning. The parking situation is awful. You have to park about two blocks away and walk to the property. Also, we did not sleep well either night because there were frogs or birds of some sort making extremely loud noises outside our exterior door all night long. Also, we heard multiple gunshots, and we later learned there had been shootings that week, which makes sense. Sadly, I do not think we will return here because of those reasons.
