very bad smell of marijuana in the room and the elevator was damaged because the door stuck and it didn't work anymore

So I booked a room for two nights for memorial day let you know the rooms were nice. Good parking only issue I have with my room. Is that my shower had no water pressure The staff was cool and nice $100 cash deposit and when I left the room, I got my money back. Don’t read the reviews. There’s new management and the folks there talking about in the reviews isn’t there anymore and one more thing there’s a pool, but you can’t use it other than that, enjoy

Lift was horrible

Broken elevator and my wife was blind had to walk to the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient

I arrived and was assigned room a room and the desk clerk stated "jiggle the key card around and it\'ll work." After about 10 minutes of that, I returned to let her know the key card was not opening the door after jiggles. I was then given another room which opened immediately without a problem. I went to the ice machine and there was a huge sign on it which stated BROKEN OUT OF SERVICE, so I had no ice. I have frequented this place a few times and that sign\'s been up for over a year now. It\'s ridiculous at this point to have an establishment that offers rooms with no ice and janky locks. This must improve immediately. I went to the front desk to check out around 9 AM, no one was there. There was a sign stating BE BACK SOON. I waited and after 5 minutes. I knocked on the counter. No one came and I knew for sure that the door next to the office was the door to a room office staff accessed. I knocked on that door. A man opened it and yelled at me "DON\'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR! THIS ISN\'T THE OFFICE THAT IS!" AS HE POINTED ANGRILY TOWARDS THE OFFICE NEXT DOOR, LOOKING DISHEVELED LIKE I\'D WOKEN HIM UP FROM SLEEP. HE WAS BREATHING HEAVILY, AS IF HE WANTED TO HIT ME. HE CONTINUED AND YELLED "AGAIN DON\'T KNOCK ON THIS DOOR FOR ANY REASON!" AND SCOWLED AT ME AND SLAMMED THE DOOR. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE OFFICE TO ASSIST ME WITH CHECKING OUT. I LEFT. And for that reason, I\'ll never patronize this establishment again.

Safe parking. Slight run down. Definitely 2 star. One of bedsheets had stains that look like dried blood. Squeaky beds. Did not give me a wake up call. Only good thing is shower looks brand new

This place is dirty, showers aren’t scrub, towels were stain and dirty, old and dirty carpet, it smelled like mildew. Access pad doesn’t work for room key. Buttons on a/c unit were missing so you had to guess your temperature. Pillows were dirty and not fully fluffy as shown in the pictures you only get 2 instead of 3 pillows. Pool was empty and looked dirty. Poor maintenance. Beds are hard as a rock, sheets are dirty, head boards had holes, bathroom door had a punch hole and was dirty. pictures are deceiving so don’t trust that you’ll get what you see. Staff was ok. Will not be staying here again.

Nice area. Nice property just nasty pool but I’m sure it’s the weather and the leaves falling.

Everything was very easy Customer service was amazing. The only problem that I was bothered by was the poor couldn't go swimming & My kids was upset

Stayed 6 nights and only received maid service once after requesting. The elevator was broken so had to use stairs to carry luggage. Laundry room was broken. The AC/ Heater in the room was broken. Caught a cold because it was raining and freezing in the rooms.

Dirty, very dirty!

Leftovers sock from prior guests, which means they didnt vacuum but if you walk on the floor barefooted your feet become black from the damp squishy floor. Only gave us 2 towels and the door had major space around the doorframe. The atrendant was not even remotely friendly either. No "do not disturb" sign so they came in our room everyday and made beds.

the room had a smell of mold, there was blood on the door and mattress, it felt very sketchy but the lady in the front was extremely friendly and accommodating! very apologetic and understanding even though i ended up checking out after an hour.

Roaches crawling on bed under bed around the floor as soon as entered the room could not stay. Hotel refused to refund me my money told me to go through Expedia did not stay due to the horrible unsanitary conditions. Showed management the video if roaches she said have no other roomsavailable. Terrible customer service and did not refund my money still waiting for refund money. Worst experience ever booking rooms online

Towels were still dirty when I arrived. There were dry crusted nostril drippings on the wall that have been there for some time. Very dirty and worn furniture. I guess I got what I paid for…

The room I got was very old. The walls in the bathroom had holes or the wood was falling apart. The bed sheets had stains. And the room and a strong smoke smell. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I (Angela Dawson) got bed bugs from the hotel. We are on a road trip in a vehicle and I noticed itching the day we left the gateway on our way out of California I started itching more and we arrived in Las Vegas at my relatives home and I took a shower and asked my husband to look on my back and I had bites all over my back.

We stayed in room 316. The carpet had holes everywhere, there was hair still in the shower, and the bed sheets didnt even fit right. When we turned on the AC the room reaked like urine. The room is also advertised as non smoking but reaked of smoke as well. Tgere was even trash found under the beds in the room.

The hotel is located in a busy street too much noise through the night, bed very hard that made it hard to sleep and also made a lot of noise when you moved.

Cosmeticaly the paint, walls and bathroom needs painted and cleaned. Bed comforter was a paper like sheet coverlet and was not sufficent for comfort or warming. Outdated room

Overall, the condition of the motel/inn is pretty decent for an independent motel. The lady owner is very nice. The bed is quite comfortable. A few negatives are: (1) Low shower pressure, (2) Small and very thin pillows... Overall, a great stay for a few nights.

Standard motel style room layout. The room was a bit tired but perfectly fine for a night.

It's an average hotel that is good for a night or two. Beds are more firmer than I would like.

Room was spacious and cleaned. Bed was very comfortable.

The young kids that rented rooms were up all night and very loud. There was a man screaming out looking for someone else like it was their kicking it spot. The staff was helpful but if you want sleep this isn't the hotel to stop bye.

Everything was good but it could have been great if the pillows didn’t feel like they were run over by a cyber truck. Bed was a little too hard so sleep wasn’t as comfortable.

Very friendly staff and professional

Fire alarm would not stop beeping. Couldn’t sleep. Battery was dying. Front desk lady RIBA, said nothing could be done until next day in the AM. She then suggested I work on the fire alarm and try to remove it myself. Just unbelievable! Horrible stay.

Worst property ever never book here they canceled my hotel threatened to take my money and left me stranded in la after working 15 hours at a concert driving from Vegas on a fully booked night I had Expedia contact property for a late check in then at 10:18 at night they canceled my hotel never never stay here they are extremely unprofessional and a unsafe place to stay or book with u may be left with no room

We had to wait for awhile for someone to help us. The door was locked and we had to wait outside. We requested to go inside. They weren’t able to find our booking. Had to wait for another person to come back to help. The room had odor. There are stains and marks on table, foot, sink counter. Not enough towels. We had to wait for them to finished laundry to get another set of towels. Overal, felt uncomfortable for the stay.

Ruby at the front desk is the absolute BEST! I was having a problem with my key an she came from the office upstairs prepared with another room and key available for me. She went the extra mile and I appreciate it every bit 😉

Any property that checks you in through a jail small window is not safe staying in. First night I was cold with my kids standing outside looking around who may have worked around the corner. Agent telling me it’s unsafe to open the lobby or not opening the lobby even during the day in my 5 days of staying there is a major issue. Imagine if someone tryed something and the doors are locked! Where would I run for help ?

Wonderful area! A Casino, a park, Vons Market, 3 banks, 2 gas stations and at least 8 fast food restaurants.

Easy walking access to supermarket, pharmacy, food and Starbucks. Area seemed safe. Generally clean, but not well-maintained. Basic room with basic amenities- coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Fridge stopped working for 2 days. No safe. Lobby was never open and all transactions conducted through a night window. Not very professional. Had to request soap and cups before they were replaced. Not my first choice for accommodation on my return.

Any place You have to check in at the window at 730pm is not a safe place. Even during the day. Being told it’s unsafe is a joke. Where would I run to if anyone tryed to rob us.

it’s not all pretty like the pics and it doesn’t feel safe. lots of actives going around the block

Convenient location close to shops and food places

The place was loud, sketchy, and dirty. The room I booked smelled of homeless and Piss. We let the person at the counter know and luckily changed rooms, didn’t smell as bad but smelled like cigarettes. It was better and appreciate the person at the desk. Didn’t feel safe.

Easy access to the 110 & the 405 Freeways. Quiet, walking time of 5-10 minutes to Bank of America, Wells Fargo and CitiBank. As well as a major brand name Market Vons, US Post Office, 2 gas station a Casino, a park and at least 8 different fast food restaurants.

Disappointing. Heating in room did not work and breakfast room was shut down.
