Don't expect much here and bring your own soap, etc. as they provide bare minimum ie. soap dispenser that is empty. Also, the ice machine was broken and looked like it has been for a while. This was a major inconvenience since the fridge's freezer wasn't sufficient so even buying ice wasn't an option. Also, I didn't see where it said when making the reservation that I'll need cash for the deposit. Not cool!

Property is well taken care of.... The curtains in the lobby hide how nice this place truly is.

You're going to need to bring a towel if you're planning to use the shower, no towels big or small. Other than that it was a cheap stay and stood up to expectations. Also the ice is 25 cents per dump and it fills a large bowl worth.

Reasonable price! One of the jets wasn't working in the jetted tube.

Arrived to Hotel room card key upon entering room notice that it was not the room that I booked online. Also, front desk failed to tell me that until I went and brought it up to their attention, they stated the room was out of order. Therefore, I was downgraded to another room. They only offer for the inconvenience was, a discount for my next booking, which is not going to happen, I will not return Lastly, the man behind the counter had no experience and could not explain the situation he had me speak to a woman over FaceTime to explain to me the situation customer service, unprofessional, and unbelievable. Terrible experience the room smelled of mildew and cigarettes. White towels were stained with make up parking lot had granite countertops in parking spots from rooms being renovated, felt unsafe from the neighboring tenants constant sheriff presents because of the people renting rooms Seems like they were looking for someone. Worst place to book and terrible waste of money.

Needs professional cleaning company

It was dirty the shower curtain was very dirty towels were stained really bad with holes bed cover smelled bad shower was dirty

That’s the dirtiest place i ve ever seen. Yellow pillows, stained towels with hair in it. Soon as i checked in i ve checked out. They had trouble refunding the transaction. They refunded money on a different card but i still didnt receive it. Stuff tried his best to find me a better room but i was already disappointed with the cleanliness

The initial check in was smooth and quick. But then the room is dirty. The towels are stained and brown. The ac is so loud we can't even have it on because we can't sleep. The fridge did not work but the manager did replace it. There's gnats flying around. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here. The only nice thing is I haven't seen any roaches thank God.

Pros: everything was in working order, sheets and comforter were new and clean. Cons: the carpet and walls were filthy with spills and splashes of who knows what, there were several hairs in the bathtub

The hotel was unkempt and dirty, the towels in the room always had bad smells and stains.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. The room was decent but, the chair in the room had a couple of stains on it. The towels were dingy. There was only one face rag when I checked in and it looked like it had been used to wipe up oil. The dry towels were not too much better. Had them replaced and the replacements were not as dingy, but one towel had two lip stick stains. UNBELIEVABLE!!

The motel is clean and housekeeping maintain the room clean and replace all towels and cup.My only bad opinion is that their wifi is so bad that i cant do much of my work due to very slow and often poor connection of the wifi

The room and property had potential- nice jacuzzi, double shower heads and big room but we walked in blown away with cigarette smell. It reeked and opening windows didn’t help. If I had known it was a smoker room I definitely wouldn’t have booked. The room was cleanish but it needed a good scrub (the shower glass had so much grime build up). There was no plug for the jacuzzi drain and the jets didn’t work- just made a loud noise. $40 cash deposit at check in therefore forcing you to pay atm fees. Only one key, no soap or extras. With some overhaul it could be really nice but they obviously don’t care.

At first it was okay, but I didn't like how noisy the neighbors are in the night, especially in the morning. Definitely will not come back to stay in a ghetto environment, even when it comes to people who smoke.

Bed was very hard. Toilet didn't flush, had to manually fill the reservoir after every use. Every trash can on the property was overflowing!

The room smell like straight cigarettes smoke the ac vent were broken and when I turn on the ac the smell just got worst I woke up during the night choking and my throat fell itchy for two straight day

Bathroom not clean and mattress needs improvement

The Travelers Inn in LA located at 14808 Hawthorne Blvd, Lawndale, CA, 90260 United States of America, booked through EXPEDIA for August 16-18Th. They have rooms for $83 or A room with Jacuzzi for $140/night. First on the website, it clearly states that a $100 damage deposit MAY be required. Key word; MAYBE. When you get there you will be forced to pay a $100 Damage deposit IN CASH. Don’t have the cash on you? The desk will gladly point you to a ATM machine next to the front desk to get it - THEY WON’T ACCEPT a credit card. The room advertisement says that there’s a washer/dryer in the unit. Guess what? No washer/dryer in the unit. Oh, and you rented the room with the jacuzzi costing $140 rather than the $83 unit? No problem EXCEPT that you can’t fill it since the tub stopper doesn’t work. It also has hair in the tub drain. So you report it to the hotel manager - who says he needs to report it to the boss. You also report it to EXPEDIA. Both EXPEDIA and the manager claim it will be fixed the next day. Guess what? The manager claims he called a plumber who of course didn’t show up. He then try’s to fix the stopper issue with 2 new stoppers which don’t work. Want hot water for showering? Simple. Turn on the water for 10 minutes and you’ll get your lukewarm water if you’re LUCKY. And pray there’s no fire. Why? Because the room doesn’t have a smoke alarm as required by law. IN SHORT, failure on EVERY level

The bathroom lighting was very dim almost out. The heater takes a while to warm up. There was a party in one room and parkin lot till 5am

There was no one in the front office when we were checking in we were standing there for 30min before anyone can to help. There was a fee that wasn't told to Us the people wret rude about it it wasnt a very good stay

The room was clean but not well maintained. The smell of cleaning product was very strong and did not go away. They required a $40 cash deposit. I don't remember seeing that on the listing. I paid with my credit card before the check in so it seemed weird.

There was no soap in the room at all. 3 out of 4 bath towels were dirty and I mean soiled to the point where I took them to the front desk to prove that I was not just asking for extra towels. They request a cash deposit even though that is not stated online. It is a decent property but they have a few issues.

I REALLY LOVED MY STAY AND THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THE DESK MANAGER NAMED GARY WAS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND POSITIVE AND HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING I NEEDED OR QUESTIONS. I LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN AT SUCH A GOOD PLACE WITH THE BEST OF RATES!

The manager that checked us in was very helpful n kind . He did everything to make our stay a perfect one . We booked it cause it was close to Sofi Stadium 4 miles away The motel area had Lots of eating places , groceries stores all around and it’s walkable too

No microwave, overall, good place to stay for a few nights and close to sofi stadium good for anyone who wants to stay close by the stadium.
