The hotel facilities are very good. The room was clean and comfortable with a large walk-in rain shower. The furniture is average - but it has a nice couch with chaise and a desk and sitting chair. The balcony was great - watching the parakeets in the tree below was amazing. Breakfast was very good and the service was very welcoming. There is an area to sit outside weather permitting. The hot tub on the roof did not seem to be heated. What sets this hotel apart are the reception personnel. All of them are incredible, very helpful with ideas for sightseeing and restaurants, and go out of their way to help make reservations. In all my years I have never seen such enthusiastic and helpful staff. This is the reason the hotel is so highly rated. A shout out to Adrian and Serena, and the rest.

Palo Santo is everything a boutique hotel should be and after years of being disappointed by boutique hotels and going back to big names, I’m so glad I tried Palo Santo. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed myself so much. A few things to note: the hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff really pays attention to details. I am paranoid about bugs of any kind and check mattress seams etc and Palo Santo was impeccable! I even checked under the bed (like I said, I have very high standards) and it was spotless. Cannot say enough good things about this. The rooms are big and the balcony is great. I got a deluxe room and got room 43 which faced the courtyard (rooms ending in 4 and 3 seems to face the courtyard) so it was very quiet. I can’t speak to the street facing rooms but considering it’s a small street, I suspect the noise level should be fine. Breakfast was good. Selection is small but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s to be expected. Omelette was great, fruits were delicious and the service was great. Reception staff went above and beyond. You can text them with questions, they will give you personalized suggestions and when you go in and out of the hotel you get greeted by name. It is everything a boutique hotel should be. Location is good! It’s a bit outside of the general hubbub of Palermo SoHo since the hotel is in Palermo Hollywood but still good. I did a lot of research when looking for my hotel and I’m so glad I went to Palo Santo.

Lovely hotel in Palermo Hollywood, in a convenient location close to transport, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was quite spacious and clean and so was the bathroom, with a big shower. The bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely sleep. The breakfast offered a good choice of savoury and sweet options. I would have appreciated sourdough bread and unsweetened yoghurt but other than that it was really great! Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights at Palo Santo and really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed. The a/c worked well and wasn’t noisy at all. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The bath towels are big and soft. For breakfast, they offer several delicious and healthy items, so we ate there everyday. The hotel is well located, near good places to eat. The hotel is ‘green’ and beautiful and everybody who works there just do an excellent job! We hope to be back soon! Thank you, Palo Santo, for your hospitality!

Overall an outstanding hotel. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The courtyard garden was lovely, and breakfast buffet is full and fresh every morning. The neighborhood is unbelievable - I highly recommend taking one of the free bicycles out. The only minor down notes were that the room temperature control is minimal (it is an eco hotel after all), and the pool is more of a bathing pond. Again, neither was a very big issue, even though we were there in summer (mid December). Highly recommended.

Hotel muito bom,instalações novas / renovadas.Equipe muito gentil e prestativa. Quartos bonitos e bem equipados. Cama razoável, um pouco mole demais,travesseiros medianos, ficamos com dor no pescoço nos primeiros dias. Café da manhã fraco para o nosso gosto, porém segue o padrão da maioria dos hotéis em Buenos Aires. No geral, nota 8/10.

I had a great stay at Palo Santo Hotel last week. The rooms feel very new, sleek, and updated, and there was nice attention to detail, including water dispenser in the lobby, turndown service, and well-designed bathroom. The breakfast service was great, and the front desk staff took the time to learn my name and greet me by sight when arriving in the lobby. I am sensitive to noise and the street traffic below was a bit loud, but manageable. There are rooms that face their courtyard in the back, which I would imagine would be a bit quieter. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

It was disappointing to arrive late at night with lots of bags and for the staff behind the desk (4 metres away) to watch us struggle to open the doors - and not to assist. The suite was fine - but to charge for every single nespresso coffee is crazy when you're paying $400 a night for the room. The bed was comfortable BUT very noisy when moving around - the mattress and wooden bed frame both made lots of noise with every turn.

The staff are SO kind! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the early check in after a long flight. Everything was wonderful. Such pretty, spacious, comfortable, and bright rooms! Delicious breakfast as well. I really appreciated that I could refill my water bottle too!

#1 LOCATION- BA's Best Neighbored Palermo Hollywood. Lots of restaurants, cafes, well located to public transport (underground and buses); #2 BREAKFAST - Fresh fruits, selection of amazing meats and bread, eggs cooked on request, coffee is made on site - not machine. So good. #3 EMANUEL (PM shift) and CAMELO (AM shift) at front desk are both amazing. So considerate, helpful, go out of their way (football match, recommendations, friendly). Excellent service is not dead - it LIVES at Palo Santo. #4 ROOMS - First rate. Comfortable beds, large rooms, all amenities, including refrigerator, TV with lots of channels (but why stay in at night when you're staying in Palermo Hollywood (so named because lots of media companies based here). #5 Hotel Palo Santo is a work of art. Mostly constructed of Palo Santo tree wood, waterfall in lobby and THE FIRST URBAN GREEN HOTEL IN ARGENTINA. Built to LEED standard as defined by U.S> Green Building Council. Environmental friendly in all things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! WILL RETURN. The BEST.

Lots of restaurants, cafes, well located to public transport (underground and buses); #2 BREAKFAST - Fresh fruits, selection of amazing meats and bread, eggs cooked on request, coffee is made on site - not machine. So good. #3 EMANUEL (PM shift) and CAMELO (AM shift) at front desk are both amazing. So considerate, helpful, go out of their way (football match, recommendations, friendly). Excellent service is not dead - it LIVES at Palo Santo. #4 ROOMS - First rate. Comfortable beds, large rooms, all amenities, including refrigerator, TV with lots of channels (but why stay in at night when you're staying in Palermo Hollywood (so named because lots of media companies based here). #5 Hotel Palo Santo is a work of art. Mostly constructed of Palo Santo tree wood, waterfall in lobby and THE FIRST URBAN GREEN HOTEL IN ARGENTINA. Built to LEED standard as defined by U.S> Green Building Council. Great hotel, walking from Palermo Soho but at the same time far enough so you don’t feel like you’re in a touristy area. Palermo Hollywood where this place is actually very pretty and nice. If there is one area this hotel can improve, it’s the front desk. Camilo has to be the nicest and sweetest person in the hotel. The rest can and should learn from him. The lady at the front desk during the day is absolutely incompetent. I asked her a question and she was so unhelpful that a fellow guest pulled me aside and provide me with advice. The rooms are large and well appointed. Coffee in the room comes at a cost but it’s very cheap. Water needs to be refilled by the guest (filtered tap in the lobby) but that’s also ok as they’re a green hotel and I appreciate the sustainability. I’d stay here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing a dinner and tango show for us and also a late check out with airport shuttle. We also needed a sewing kit in a hurry and they had one there for us in the appt . They were simply the best!!

One of the best hotels ive stayed at hands down. The staff were very attentive and almost member of staff remembers every guests' name! Adrian and Camilo were so awesomr with recommendations and help with reservations to exclusive restaurants. Highly recommended

Palo santo was the best choice we made for our girls trip. The hotel was located in a convenient neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The room we had overlooked beautiful greenery, and it was also comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included daily which was convenient and delicious. If we ever needed anything all of the staff was so attentive and kind. We were extremely lucky upon check in to meet Candela at the front desk. She gave us multiple recommendations for bars, restaurants, and shopping centers and all of her recommendations were excellent. We will definitely be returning to Palo Santo for our next time in Bueno Aires.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every area. There is a reason that so many reviewers consistently rank it so high because there are a lot of details and care that they take in the room and in the staff making sure that you have a great experience. The room is clean spacious and has all the amenities that you would need. The location is in a residential area of Palermo that is conveniently located to many local sights. It is not in the central part of the city so you would have to take a taxi or Uber to get to that part. The front desk staff With whom interacted, Adrian and Jose were really helpful and friendly. Overall, we are great day, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the place.

Great location with safe walking distance to the mighty charming Palermo area. Very nice common areas and such a delightful staff. The room was simpel in a good way. Perfect. All you need with a decent balcony. We loved it.

Lovely hotel in Palermo Hollywood, in a convenient location close to transport, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was quite spacious and clean and so was the bathroom, with a big shower. The bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely sleep. The breakfast offered a good choice of savoury and sweet options. I would have appreciated sourdough bread and unsweetened yoghurt but other than that it was really great! Thank you!

The hotel went above and beyond when our flight was canceled and rebooked and they helped secure transportation from the airport at the last minute. Also, their breakfast was excellent!

The hotel staff are wonderful, addressing questions and requests immediately and without hesitation. It’s a sophisticated small hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The location in Palermo Hollywood was perfect for me - 10-15 minutes from the bustle of Palermo SoHo but in a quieter area. Great suggestions provided for Buenos Aires’ many renowned heladerias (ice cream) and restaurants. Great breakfast with tons of choices - however know carbs for gluten free folks. Even instant oatmeal would have been nice to pair with all the fruit, cheeses, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. But I’d be back anytime I visit the City. Professional, classy, and well run.

I had a great stay at Palo Santo Hotel last week. The rooms feel very new, sleek, and updated, and there was nice attention to detail, including water dispenser in the lobby, turndown service, and well-designed bathroom. The breakfast service was great, and the front desk staff took the time to learn my name and greet me by sight when arriving in the lobby. I am sensitive to noise and the street traffic below was a bit loud, but manageable. There are rooms that face their courtyard in the back, which I would imagine would be a bit quieter. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

A academia é pequena e poderia ter mais opções (elásticos, step, anilhas etc). Palermo é mais caro que a média da cidade, mas é uma região bonita e gostosa de caminhar. A única observação é que nunca vi um checkin dar tanta explicação detalhada sobre o hotel, em geral quem chega quer chegar e se instalar, se tiver dúvida pergunta depois, não tem necessidade de explicar o funcionamento de tudo, mas não é um defeito, é só uma observação.

I can not fault this place, to the extent that we rebooked it on our return to Buenos Aires after travel to another city. The staff were outstanding - knowledgeable, friendly but never intrusive. The property was beautifully maintained and decorated, with all the amenities available to guests. The location was excellent, short stroll to many cafes, restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation.

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast is nice. Room is super clean. Slept good in here. Bed is super comfy. Lots to do. And lots of coffee shops around. Camillo, Victoria and other receptionists have been so helpful from general questions, things to do and room questions, etc.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable. Jose and Victoria were lovely to deal with, very friendly and accomodating. Any question we asked, they were more than happy to help. Breakfast was limited but enjoyable. Only thing to consider is on a weekend during the night, it’s very noisy, kept us up. Not sound proof rooms.
