Facile d'accès, à coté du centre de Mulhouse, personnel professionnel et sympathique, petit dej copieux, rapport qualité/prix bon. Seul bémol c'est l'option parking lorsque j'y suis allé ou ils étaient en plein travaux mais possibilité de sa garer dans la rue sans trop de problème. Je recommande.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Innenhof (gedeckt) oder in der Garage abstellen. Das Hotel bietet nebst einem tollen Frühstück auch ein sehr gutes Nachtessen an.

Trevligt litet hotel på mysig liten gata nära kanalen och stationen. Mycket trevlig personal. Nyrenoverat av engagerade ägare. Bra parkering för motorcykeln på innergården. Vackert område med perfekt löpstråk längs kanalen. Spenderade två nätter på hotellet. Gick på tågmuseum och löptränade längs kanalen. Jag skulle gärna bo där igen.

Hotel très propre, avec du charme et moderne à la fois. Chambre refait à neuf, pas très grande mais très bien emménagées. Salle de bain moderne. La machine à café Nespresso, la carafe et le verre d'eau sont les bienvenus ! Literie tout à fait confortable (alors que j'ai des problèmes de cervicales, donc c'est pour dire). Enfin service au top avec des réceptionnistes très sympa qui vous emmène même jusqu'à votre chambre (tellement rare de nos jours !). Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé, près du centre ville et de la gare. Stationnement possible dans la rue.

Simplement le meilleur hôtel de Mulhouse. Les chambres sont parfaites, le petit déjeuner comme le dîner délicieux (local, cuisinés, frais, simple, bon), et le personnel adorable. Très bien situé, décoration locale (dont un papier peint Zuber !), à côté de la gare à pied, et facile de se garer.

L'hôtel est très beau et la déco est sympa, avec des tissus qui rappellent le musée de l'étoffe. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, des touches de déco seraient appréciables. L'eau de Mulhouse est potable et a très bon goût, le personnel nous incite à nous servir (une bouteille vide et un verre sont dispos dans la chambre). Un petit manqué de propreté (sous le lit) la première nuit, on m'a proposé de suite de me changer de chambre pendant la journée. Petit déjeuner sympathique, de bons produits.

Hôtel propre et calme bien situé à proximité de la gare , cependant la literie manque un peu de confort (matelas trop ferme) et la télévision possède une image de qualité sauf qu'on ne peut pas capter toutes les chaînes TNT ce qui est étrange (!) . La salle de bain est un peu étroite pas de baignoire mais avec une grande cabine de douche qui fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni dans une salle à l'ambiance sympathique , le personnel est sérieux et à disposition de la clientèle parfait.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in recently. The staff are amazing. You can tell they love what they do and they really care about the property and the guests. They don't treat their job as just a paycheck. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Perhaps one of the best features of this hotel is the restaurant. Definitely give it a try. It's small but beautifully decorated and the food is absolutely outstanding. I am definitely going to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse von einem kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr fein mit einer grossen frischen Auswahl. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Fussmarsch zur Altstadt kurz.

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

The hotel is well located being close to the station and to the centre of town. My room was quite compact and the bathroom was a bit tight but it had everything you would want and was quiet for sleeping. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The room is as expected: relatively small, clean, quiet. The hotel itself is much larger than one can tell from the picture, with rather complex but attractive layout. The crew are the most charming people one would expect in this business.

The room we had was small with one little window which made it feel even more cramped. The brown on one wall and the ceiling, the terrible scuffed walls that had been white, also made it feel dreary. We went to the "wine bar" which was in the lower level that was being used to deliver kitchen supplies so it was less than inviting. The high ratings were not reflected in our visit.

The breakfast provided choices so you can be as healthy or otherwise, as you wish. Staff are great. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a terrific bed! Clean, quiet. Good music sound track in the background over breakfast and dinner.

Tres bel hôtel situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Le service et l'acceuil est exceptionnel, la receptionniste m'a meme accompagnée jusqu'à la chambre. La formule dîner etait vraiment de tres bonne qualité, avec la possibilité de livrer en chambre. Tres bon petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet. Je reviendrais!

Toujours un excellent accueil et service irréprochable. Bonne situation, proche du centre ville. Très jolie décoration. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont bons et de qualité. Une très belle adresse.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem with our room and we let the front desk know about as we went out for the day and the problem was resolved upon our return. We definitely stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in recently. The staff are amazing. You can tell they love what they do and they really care about the property and the guests. They don't treat their job as just a paycheck. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Perhaps one of the best features of this hotel is the restaurant. Definitely give it a try. It's small but beautifully decorated and the food is absolutely outstanding. I am definitely going to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

I stayed at the Berti Hotel for a week and used it as a base to explore the region. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet neighbourhood. Super convenient for catching trains to Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel. Definitely worth considering staying here instead of expensive hotels across the border in Basel. Breakfast is mainly a continental offering with tasty breads and cheeses. Staff are super friendly and attentive - thank you! Highly Recommended

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse von einem kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr fein mit einer grossen frischen Auswahl. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Fussmarsch zur Altstadt kurz.

Tres bel hôtel situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Le service et l'acceuil est exceptionnel, la receptionniste m'a meme accompagnée jusqu'à la chambre. La formule dîner etait vraiment de tres bonne qualité, avec la possibilité de livrer en chambre. Tres bon petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet. Je reviendrais!

Simplement le meilleur hôtel de Mulhouse. Les chambres sont parfaites, le petit déjeuner comme le dîner délicieux (local, cuisinés, frais, simple, bon), et le personnel adorable. Très bien situé, décoration locale (dont un papier peint Zuber !), à côté de la gare à pied, et facile de se garer.

This is a charming hotel with friendly staff and a very nice breakfast. It is not far from Mulhouse station. It is not ideal for the elderly with luggage because of the steps, but my real objection was to the room. N° 32 in the extension is tiny. It contains a very large (and comfortable bed) but almost nothing else. Three coat-hangers on the wall are all there is for clothes. There are no drawers or shelves. If you want to sit down, you must sit on the bed. There is no desk or table and basically nowhere to put anything. You must live out of your suitcase! The long narrow bathroom is acceptable for the shower and wash basin, but sitting on the WC is not an easy operation. In short, the room is a single room which could take a single bed and have space for a chair and table and some drawers or shelves, but I suppose that if it is described as a double room it can cost more. A nice hotel, but I will think twice before going back.
