Sehr nettes Personal, sehr Sercive Orient. Dir Restaurants haben ein hervorragendes Speisenangebot. Jeder Abend steht unter einem anderen Moto. An das Hotel ist eine gute Tauchbasis, die Dive Connection, angeschlossen.

Sehr schöne Anlage perfekt gelegen, direkt am Strand und über die Straße ist man am auf dem Golfplatz. Extrem nettes, aufmerksames Personal und super Essen, da ist auf jeden Fall für jeden was dabei. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Achmed und Mohamed (dann habe ich bestimmt keinen vergessen weil einen anderen Namen gibt es nicht :-)) Am Strand und am Pool gibt es jede Menge sehr bequeme Liegen (das Hotel war ausgebucht) man muss also nicht morgens um 8:00 Uhr die Liegen belegen und dann den ganzen Tag nicht hin legen so wie es manche Deutsche trotzdem machen (das ist das einzige was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, da können die Ägypter aber nichts dafür). Wenn man unbedingt was zu meckern finden möchte dann wäre das vielleicht die Einrichtung, die sollte mal erneuert werden.

Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de kite surf. Gros point positif: le club osmosis sur la plage avec un personnel hyper sympa. Hotel sympa au personnel souriant et aimable. Lieu sûr pour les jeunes enfants avec eau peu profonde et sécurité dans l’hôtel. Nourriture plutôt destinée à une clientèle germanique mais dans l’ensemble on y trouve son compte! Seuls bémols: la piscine parfois «\xa0un peu fraîche\xa0» et un Club enfant très très limité (personnel peu disponible, matériel en fin de vie, rares activités proposées) Au global: belle expérience dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions en tant que couple sans enfant. The hotel is in summary to expensive for the holiday experience. For going kite surfing you have to pay extra even if you use your own staff and don‘t use a storage for your kites. Also the massages are very expensive. All the day people (from spa, diving center, boat trips) want you to buy something. The food was delicious. You can have breakfast, lunch and diner.

Sehr aufmerksame und schnell hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Haben mir nach einem Tel.-Verlust sehr engagiert geholfen. Gehen auf jedes kl. Anliegen sehr rasch ein. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind grosszügig und absolut sauber, nur die Betten etwas hart. Super für Kiter. Die Surf-Station ist gut erreichbar, tolles kiten auf der Sandbank möglich.

La struttura non è modernissima ma è ben tenuta, curata e pulita. Il personale è davvero gentile e sempre disponibile, punto forte sicuramente le molteplici attività disponibili (spa, tennis, squash, gite snorkeling, sub, bocce etc)

Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Große Hotelanlage mit vielen Freizeitangeboten. Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Personal war immer höflich und zuvorkommend. Strände werden täglich gereinigt.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste und kommen wegen der idealen Lage des Strandes zum Kiten und dem Golfplatz bis a bis. Das Hotel ist bereits älter, wird aber sehr gut gewartet. Einrichtung einfach aber funktional. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Essen sehr gut. Personal ist höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl.

The staff was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiling! Service and cleanliness is top notch. And the beach was beautifully kept. I can’t believe the price for the great quality. And there is a stop right outside to catch very affordable transportation around the complex.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, wunderbares liebes Personal. Uns haben die Malzeiten beeindruckt. Die Unterhaltung ist ok aber eher für Deutsche ausgelegt. Was besser war als vor einem Jahr war das wir weniger aggressive Verkäufer hatten für Ausflüge. Was uns aber zu denken gab, so viel Personal, und keinem kommt in den sinn mal Schmutz, Plastik zusammen zu nehmen. Vor allem am Strand entlang wird keine 10 Minuten investiert um diesen etwas zu sauber für die Gäste zu halten. Leider konnten wir das keinem Verantwortlichen mehr erzählen und hoffen das es auch so was bewirkt

Room was lovely. Just what we needed. Always clean and water provided daily Only thing I’d change is the shower controls to a proper mixer tap and not have to blend manually with the hot and cold taps and instructions on how to use the airco.

Die Qualität der Speisen und. Getränke hat seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nochmals zugenommen. Man kann problemlos Wasser Eiswürfel, Salat zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, toller Garten, direkt am Meer und Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Club top pour une famille. Tout le monde est très sympa et très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse. Les repas étaient très bons et variés. Nous étions en all inclusive, et il est possible de ne pas dépasser son budget. Je recommande.

Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Achmed und Mohamed (dann habe ich bestimmt keinen vergessen weil einen anderen Namen gibt es nicht :-)) Am Strand und am Pool gibt es jede Menge sehr bequeme Liegen (das Hotel war ausgebucht) man muss also nicht morgens um 8:00 Uhr die Liegen belegen und dann den ganzen Tag nicht hin legen so wie es manche Deutsche trotzdem machen (das ist das einzige was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, da können die Ägypter aber nichts dafür). Wenn man unbedingt was zu meckern finden möchte dann wäre das vielleicht die Einrichtung, die sollte mal erneuert werden.

Dieses Hotel ist optisch in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber, unsere Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Da es immer windet kann man Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Essen empfanden wir als abwechslungsreich und wirklich gut. Das Frühstück könnte man verbessern. Das Personal spricht deutsch was wir toll fanden und ist sehr freundlich. Am Strand gibt es aufdringliche Verkäufer. Die kann man fern halten mit einem Badge für den Sonnenschirm. Die Animationen waren nicht unser. Kinderdisco bis 21Uhr und der rest war echt Ballerman Ägypt totale ausrichtung für Deutsche. Laute Musik ganzer Tag. Um 23 uhr jedoch ist Nachtruhe und das wird gut eingehalten. Zu empfehlen sind abendausflüge nach towntown und Maina. Supper einfach mit dem TukTuk für 1.50€. Unbedingt Euros mitnehmen. Am besten 5 euro scheine und viel viel einer und zweier. Ich würde kein Ägyptische Pfund mehr wechseln. Alles zahlbar überall mit Euro.

Room was lovely. Just what we needed. Always clean and water provided daily Only thing I’d change is the shower controls to a proper mixer tap and not have to blend manually with the hot and cold taps and instructions on how to use the airco.

Insgesamt war alles gut.Der primium sea view war nur knapper sea view.Das Zimmer war recht spartanisch möbliert,es gab keinerlei Schubfächer für Wäsche etc.

The staff was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiling! Service and cleanliness is top notch. And the beach was beautifully kept. I can’t believe the price for the great quality. And there is a stop right outside to catch very affordable transportation around the complex.

Tolles Hotel mit einem traumhaften Strand. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Das sehr freundliche Personal (von der Rezeption über den Zimmerservice bis zu den Kellern und Köchen) hat sein übriges dazu getan. Hoffentlich bald wieder - sehr zu empfehlen!

We arrived at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and were not informed in advance that the only restaurant open was a mandatory New Year’s Eve buffet. All other restaurants were closed. This left us with no alternative and we were forced to attend the buffet at a cost of 150 EUR per adult and per child, which felt unreasonable and poorly communicated. I arrived after a full day of travel with four children, and check-in took 45 minutes to almost an hour. The staff were initially unfriendly and inattentive. I had also been told that American Express was accepted, as I booked through Hotels.com, but this was not the case upon arrival, causing additional frustration. Only after I stated that I would write reviews did the attitude change noticeably. The managers then became helpful and friendly and tried to improve our stay, which I appreciated. However, this does not excuse the very poor handling by management overall, especially on such an important night. The rooms were worn down, and the entire hotel complex felt old, tired, and badly maintained. The general staff seemed unwilling to help, even with simple requests like clean towels. It was clear that only management made an effort, while the rest of the hotel was neglected. Overall, this was a disappointing and poorly managed stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Sehr aufmerksame und schnell hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Haben mir nach einem Tel.-Verlust sehr engagiert geholfen. Gehen auf jedes kl. Anliegen sehr rasch ein. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind grosszügig und absolut sauber, nur die Betten etwas hart. Super für Kiter. Die Surf-Station ist gut erreichbar, tolles kiten auf der Sandbank möglich.

Es war wie im Paradies. Unterhaltungsprogramm ist super, das Essen war super abwechslungsreich und lecker, Cocktails sind gut. Waren als junges paar im April für eine Woche da. Privatstrand. Da kann man in Ruhe ungestört liegen. 95% der Touristen dort kommen aus Deutschland, dementsprechend sprechen die Mitarbeiter grösstenteils auch deutsch. Man kann es als positiv oder auch negativ betrachten :-)

Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de kite surf. Gros point positif: le club osmosis sur la plage avec un personnel hyper sympa. Hotel sympa au personnel souriant et aimable. Lieu sûr pour les jeunes enfants avec eau peu profonde et sécurité dans l’hôtel. Nourriture plutôt destinée à une clientèle germanique mais dans l’ensemble on y trouve son compte! Seuls bémols: la piscine parfois «\xa0un peu fraîche\xa0» et un Club enfant très très limité (personnel peu disponible, matériel en fin de vie, rares activités proposées) Au global: belle expérience dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions en tant que couple sans enfant. Fantastic place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor, Cairo or Alexandra, or if you just wanna get some sun when the European grey kicks in after winter. El Gouna as a town/region has strict security so no street hawkers can come in and hassle the tourists. If you're only seeing El Gouna within Egypt don't think this is the real Egypt. Do recommend this as a part of a wider Egyptian trip. There isn't much around this hotel, but within the resort itself there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. If you're the type that likes to see the local area you might want to consider staying up in downtown el Gouna on the northern side of the golf course where there are some nice looking places to eat. That being said, a tuk-tuk is 10 minutes and £1/€1 to get there. We did all inclusive so it wasn't an issue for us. The food at Paradisio was the real highlight. Absolutely loved it. We've not been to Sharm but have had a few different friends who have and from what they've told us, fork out the little bit extra and hit up El Gouna. Make sure you check out some the extra activities like kayaking and snorkelling trips. Pro tips: - Organise an airport transfer to your hotel. We got ripped off by the airport taxi at Hurghada. - if you're getting a GoBus from Hurghada to Luxor, the local buses from El Gouna to Hurghada don't link up with the main bus station so factor that in to your travel time. Fortunately we have ourselves loads of buffer or we'd have missed our bus.

Die Qualität der Speisen und. Getränke hat seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nochmals zugenommen. Man kann problemlos Wasser Eiswürfel, Salat zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, toller Garten, direkt am Meer und Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Club top pour une famille. Tout le monde est très sympa et très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse. Les repas étaient très bons et variés. Nous étions en all inclusive, et il est possible de ne pas dépasser son budget. Je recommande.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr Sercive Orient. Dir Restaurants haben ein hervorragendes Speisenangebot. Jeder Abend steht unter einem anderen Moto. An das Hotel ist eine gute Tauchbasis, die Dive Connection, angeschlossen.

Ich komme immer wieder ins Paradisio auch wegen des einfach wunderbaren Essens. Toll, was die Köche jeden Tag auftischen, von ägyptischen und internationalen Spezialitäten über Fisch, Fleisch, Salate bis zum täglich enormen Dessertbüffet. Die Anlage mit den vielen Blumen und Palmen ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist leicht geheizt. Vom Hotel aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen zum Beispiel über den Golfplatz nach Downtown wo es einige Geschäfte hat. Dank an Xenia, die wunderbare Gästebetreuerin!

We arrived at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and were not informed in advance that the only restaurant open was a mandatory New Year’s Eve buffet. All other restaurants were closed. This left us with no alternative and we were forced to attend the buffet at a cost of 150 EUR per adult and per child, which felt unreasonable and poorly communicated. I arrived after a full day of travel with four children, and check-in took 45 minutes to almost an hour. The staff were initially unfriendly and inattentive. I had also been told that American Express was accepted, as I booked through Hotels.com, but this was not the case upon arrival, causing additional frustration. Only after I stated that I would write reviews did the attitude change noticeably. The managers then became helpful and friendly and tried to improve our stay, which I appreciated. However, this does not excuse the very poor handling by management overall, especially on such an important night. The rooms were worn down, and the entire hotel complex felt old, tired, and badly maintained. The general staff seemed unwilling to help, even with simple requests like clean towels. It was clear that only management made an effort, while the rest of the hotel was neglected. Overall, this was a disappointing and poorly managed stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor, Cairo or Alexandra, or if you just wanna get some sun when the European grey kicks in after winter. El Gouna as a town/region has strict security so no street hawkers can come in and hassle the tourists. If you're only seeing El Gouna within Egypt don't think this is the real Egypt. Do recommend this as a part of a wider Egyptian trip. There isn't much around this hotel, but within the resort itself there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. If you're the type that likes to see the local area you might want to consider staying up in downtown el Gouna on the northern side of the golf course where there are some nice looking places to eat. That being said, a tuk-tuk is 10 minutes and £1/€1 to get there. We did all inclusive so it wasn't an issue for us. The food at Paradisio was the real highlight. Absolutely loved it. We've not been to Sharm but have had a few different friends who have and from what they've told us, fork out the little bit extra and hit up El Gouna. Make sure you check out some the extra activities like kayaking and snorkelling trips. Pro tips: - Organise an airport transfer to your hotel. We got ripped off by the airport taxi at Hurghada. - if you're getting a GoBus from Hurghada to Luxor, the local buses from El Gouna to Hurghada don't link up with the main bus station so factor that in to your travel time. Fortunately we have ourselves loads of buffer or we'd have missed our bus.

Die Qualität der Speisen und. Getränke hat seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nochmals zugenommen. Man kann problemlos Wasser Eiswürfel, Salat zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, toller Garten, direkt am Meer und Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I liked everything about the property … the staff were great , helpful and sharing happiness all the time (so friendly ) , trying to keep you busy all the time with activities …. Room was lovely. Just what we needed. Always clean and water provided daily Only thing I’d change is the shower controls to a proper mixer tap and not have to blend manually with the hot and cold taps and instructions on how to use the airco.

Nice, big room and bathroom with instant hot shower water. With a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the a la carte restaurant is recommended. The day activities and the night show were really good. The marinas downtown are very nice with cosy cafes and restaurants and it's only a short ride with a tuk-tuk. Overall, a great experience!
