There were multiple problems in this hotel that I disliked. There is only one door in the entire hotel that is accessible from the outside. The side doors are only accessible from the inside. Which means that you have to walk all the way to the front to get into the hotel. Ate breakfast in the morning and everything was cold, except for the cereal. Nothing was available and only a couple pieces of bread were available. Would've been better if there was a more variety at breakfast. Service was also terrible, heard a nearby employee joke about serving something during breakfast that never came out. Won't come back every again, never experienced a hotel as cheap as this.

The picture of the room on the site does not match the description. So wjen i inquired after check in the man at the counter did not want to diacuss it. I asked for a room in the picture. He gave me a hard time even though I said I would pay the difference. While did finally give us a new room, it was a double bed, not a queen and the carpet and couch had stains on them. The tissue box in the bathrrom had 2 used tissues in it. We have stayed at Microtels before and have never had an issue. I wouldnt not normally mention in a review, but since he was so rude, the pool and hot tub were closed and the side door had a sign that the keylock was broken and could not be locked. It was a disappointing experience.

Accessible room was awesome. Parking right outside the end door with a phone number to call to assist check in. Bathroom easily could accommodate full size wheelchair. Roll in shower, full size shower bench. Breakfast was lacking, preformed egg patties, microwave waffles, bagels, apples.

I would have loved to provide a higher rating for facilities, but the water was lukewarm at best. I let them know and hope it’s fixed by now. Otherwise, very good value. Also, the accessibility features seemed excellent, including a way in the parking lot to call far assistance. Best I’ve seen in a hotel.

Stayed here several years ago and it was a good place to stop while traveling. Recently the tons are dirtier and very poor air movement leading to mold and mildew. Sheets didn’t look to be overly clean either. On the positive side, staff was great and hard working. Breakfast was good. Price was great. If you need a run for a few hits to Sherri while traveling, it works. The property could use a good deep cleaning though.

The carpet was stained. The desk had a substance stuck on it that could not be removed.The bathroom floor had hair on it and needed to be cleaned. The toilet set was wobbly. The tub surface was slippery and there was only one grap bar just outside the tub. The breakfast was out juices.

The parking lot is very well lit. Staff (Chris) is very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling.

I have no idea how this place would get any positive reviews. First, the carpet in the rooms and hallway were extremely dirty and had a horrible smell. Every chair in the breakfast area was so stained they looked like they must be 30 years old and never cleaned. No water when we woke up...so no shower...no flushing toilets. Went to ask at the front desk and after the guy finally came out from the back room where he always was when you went to the desk...he said we hope it will be fixed in 30 minutes or so, if not a maintenance man should come to work in an hour. No coffee...thought it was related to the water issue, but no...after the water eventually did come back on, still no coffee...asked the same guy...hiding in the same place...he came over and opened the machine...which looked like it hadn't been cleaned inside...ever. It didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and after his efforts...still no coffee. Not a great start to our morning...and I would wish for my enemies to sleep in this pit. Mentioned these frustrations upon checkout...the owner will contact me...still waiting more than a day later.

I don't know how this hotel has such high ratings. 1. When we arrived, the front desk worker has stepped out to take the garbage out. For fifteen minutes. By the time he returned, there was a long, slow line of people checking in. 2. The sheets were all wrinkled where a person would have slept on them, and there was hair all over the sheets and pillows. 3. The charging port was sticky and dirty. The cushion on the window seat was stained and gross. 4. The lady refilling the breakfast was unfriendly and seemed angry to be there. We arrived super late and had an early morning. If not for that, I would have requested a new room because it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. The mattress was comfortable.

Service was great. Room smelled like mildew and surfaces had not been wiped down. I don't notice much but there were leftover spills from something on the table/counter. When I entered the room, no ventilation was on (a/c) which was strange. When I returned in the morning after going to eat, the room smelled overwhelmingly of mildew. I should have asked to switch rooms right away when the a/c was off and it really seemed musty. That's on me. I'm sure they would have accommodated my request

I left my necklace in my room and the staff showed their honesty by turning it into the front desk. The hotel kindly mailed me my necklace (I had to send a pre-paid envelope but that's fine.) Their helpfulness is very appreciated - especially when my necklace arrived at my home!

Well the lady at front was acting very sketchy, sweating profusely and acted like she had no idea what was going on. She put us in 1st room.. It smelled like sweaty socks/moldy, so bad we were all gagging. We asked for a different room. We got walked in on at 9pm where they gave another guest our room and keys. Then this happened to my Dad that had a room. She booked him with a room and when he went to swipe the key there was a man sitting in chair with clothes on the bed. Coincidental? Odd it happened 2 both of our groups in one day. We felt very unsafe here sincs this happened to us. We were glad this was a 1 night stay. Definitely wont be staying here again.

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed here for multiple days. The rooms & hotel are clean & comfortable. However, it will probably be our last stay here. When we arrived, I was told the payment from Expedia was declined and the clerk asked if i wanted to pay with my credit card. He requested I call someone to straighten it out. I was trying to figure out who to call after 15 some hours on the road, clearly frustrated, when he offered to let us stay while he figured it out. I checked 2 days later and a different clerk told me it was declined because it was charged twice. She said that it is there problem to figure out, not mine. Later in our stay, I saw another couple, older with accents, arguing with the first clerk over their reservation. Is he running a scam or is he not properly trained? We never had our room cleaned during the stay. On our last night there, they came in during the morning, removed some bedding, all the towels, and left the door unsecured & open. Thankfully nothing was missing. I asked the same clerk about it when I went to get towels. He was "sorry", they must have been called away, and they were too busy to clean because the hotel was full the last 2 days. Seriously! Very disappointed.

We never had our room cleaned during the stay. On our last night there, they came in during the morning, removed some bedding, all the towels, and left the door unsecured & open. Thankfully nothing was missing. I asked the same clerk about it when I went to get towels. He was "sorry", they must have been called away, and they were too busy to clean because the hotel was full the last 2 days. Seriously! Very disappointed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the past three weeks. The front desk staff is superb, but they are let down by the housekeeping crew. The first time we were not given any housekeeping services and this time we only got new towels and trash takeout.

We have stayed at this property several times; this time we were disappointed. First thing that made us unhappy was that we asked for a wake-up call for 9:15 and it came at 8:15! I did not realize it until I was already up and noticed the time. Luckily it was an hour early and not an hour late. Things didn't seem as well cleaned as our past visits. A towel in the bathroom was SHREDDED on one corner; quite large. I don't have towels like that in my home; I don't expect them in a hotel. So, we were disappointed with this stay. May reconsider a different property the next time we stop in Cambridge.

I paid for this room 3 days in advance. Went to check in at 1:45 pm. Front desk said the room wasn’t ready however we can check you in and give you your room keys. Took my wife out for her birthday and came back to an another man sleeping in our room. Turned out they gave our room to someone else. We couldn’t get any other room in the area so we had to sleep in my truck. Not happy at all about this experience. This was the microtel hotel in Cambridge Ohio.

the food looked old, bananas had spots, the gravy container look like it was days old on the inside, there was mold around the bath fixtures, there was a line on dirt on both sides of the hallways where the vacuum didn't get along the baseboards, the elevator floor was very dirty. not what we expected!

Really the place is so-so now. Our room showed wear and tear while missing a shower curtain. Breakfast was meh and needed to be restocked when we got down halfway through service. They had run out of bagels and so my son had to choke down plain Cheerios. This is definitely about a 6.5 hotel at best.

The continental breakfast was the same crap sausage and briskets for 4 days! They ran out of coffee on Monday morning! I got locked out of my room twice during my stay. The key lock to the hotel back door (near the MAIN parking) lot was temporarily broken...the very same alert sign still in the door that was there last May when I stayed there! Temporary is a long time there!!! Just a constructor's hotel that I won't be back to and I travel there often!

The manager at the front desk was so very helpful with all of my needs and request from changing into a larger room and then needing to extend my stay. All staff that I encountered were very pleasant. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the breakfast. Both mornings there was very little hot food and no gravy for the gravy and biscuits. We ended up going out gor breakfast both days.

The hotel was located close to a lot of food options and easy access to the freeway. Unfortunately the breakfast options left much to be desired, we settled for toast and eggs and unfortunately the eggs were gritty and dry “pucks”. Luckily there was a Dunkin down the road but for a cross country trip we had hoped a continental breakfast would help us get on the road a little easier. The room itself was not horrible but it did remind me of an RV.

The guy at the counter was very friendly and was always there doing literally everything. My only complaint was that the breakfast was not great. They were out of everything and had to wait. When they finally brought the eggs, they were round eggs that were heated up in a microwave and still ice cold in the middle. He was working very hard but breakfast could have been better.

It's nothing much, really. Not much different from your typical "express" type hotel. It's a bed to sleep in, a bathroom, and an acceptible breakfast. But it's a reasonable price for an overnight stay.

Pretty much as expected for the price. We had an issue with the room and the front desk guy quickly assisted and moved us without issue. Breakfast was the standard for a hotel.

The stay was so so, we had a issue with the air, we wanted constant fan but for some reason the AC doesn’t do that. If there is no movement in the room the Constant fan would stop and it would be hot when returning from work each day. Then on Friday when we came in from work asking for an extension since we are Millwrights working on an outage we found out that our room was already rented out for the next day. When we go out for our Outages we never know how long our stay would be. Luckily we thought ahead and I called ahead to Baymont and even received an extended stay total. Which is an amazing price knowing that we don’t know if we will be working for 2 more weeks or 3 months. So Thank You Baymont Wyndham for taking care of Blue Collar workers instead of only worrying about events in the area.
