Check in was fast but first room was so dirty and dusty like it wasent used in awhile . Gave me keys to another room before I got there the worker said that room smelled like mildew so then was moved to 3 rd floor room it was ok after my keys wouldn’t work 3xs the worker had to let me in . Breakfast Saturday was good and full then Sunday was empty and everything was burnt up and pancake machine was stuck nobody fixed it . After breakfast like 9 am my room key didn’t work had to go downstairs to get another key lady at desk said it’s no big deal and she didn’t know why the key didn’t work smh it was a big deal when u got little kids waiting to get in the room . Pool area was nice and nobody bothered us and was quiet all weekend but no hot tub !!!!Also charge a $250 deposit which is super high and takes time to come back on ur card … needless to say I will not be returning. The male staff were overly polite but the women workers were not . Highly would not recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel room was spacious with excellent lighting. The breakfast was great with several different varieties as as well as the soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dove which who doesn’t love dove

Everything about my stay went very well! Friendly staff, clean rooms..etc. I just wish I had got up early enough for the free breakfast 😩 😕 😆!

Booked this hotel because we had a blackout in our area overnight. 5 minutes after I booked, the lights came on at home. I called both the hotel and Expedia to cancel. The hotel didn’t answer and Expedia said they will take care of it so I get refunded in full. Days later, I get an email that says they couldn’t reach the hotel and even though I didn’t stay and promptly cancelled they would not refund me. I am beyond pissed and wondering if I should ever use Expedia again with this kind of service! Terrible! The hotel also lied and said they talked to me but no one ever contacted me.
