The Douillet by Demeure Hotels

It was a decent room for the price, but it took 2-3 tries to get the door open every time and the workout room wasn’t working. The staff went out of their way to fix our tv issue.

We stayed four nights in three room between our parties. Hot water was limited, pool unavailable, elevator broken multiple days. Shower door was broken in two rooms and no light above shower in . Two bathrooms.

The staff was great. Breakfast was alright. The room was clean. But it felt run down. And its tucked behind 3 other hotels and the parking lot felt dark and it just didnt seem like the nicest area.

This hotel surprised me on how clean and nice it smelled! Great price! My kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable

The indoor pool was not open, the TV in the room would not come on. The room was warm and the AC never cooled it off. Over all it was fine for the cheap price and we wasn’t there long.

I didn’t like that there was not a public restroom on the main floor. While swimming we had to go all the way back to the room just to use the restroom. Over all it was a present stay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would stay in this establishment again.

Beds were clean and comfortable, shower water pressure was great! There were areas in the shower that were not clean and had some mildew. When we parked and walked into the hotel to check in, there was a car parked in the very first spot, right next to the door and the couple in it were smoking weed, a lot of weed. My husband, 2 young kids and I had to walk through a cloud of smoke before opening the hotel lobby doors.

Beware! Do not stay at this place. When we walked into our room it smelled so pungent of mold and mildew coming from the AC. We turned it off so we could stop smelling it causing the room to get hot. We slept horribly from the conditions of the room. Then when we showered the next morning the shower had black mold in it. Y’all need to clean this up. It’s not right to allow ppl to stay in mold infested conditions. Do better.

The first night I had to kill a big cucaroach, and when I asked the attendance the next morning to please ask the lady to vacuum and give and extra clean, I was told that my room wasn't going to be clean that day anyway, becuase they were doing it every other day.

The floor in the room felt sticky or dirty. Pool was dirty for it to be empty. Very limited breakfast options. Seen a roach on the wall on our last night. Only like 2 outlets on the wall worked. When using the outlet on the lamps the charger overheated.

Wasn’t to bad except trying to close the door to our room had to slam it close, toilet after flushing wouldn’t stop till you jiggle the handle, bathroom door hardware looked like a crow bar was taken to it needless to say, couldn’t close the door. Lastly the overall cleanliness on a scale of 1-10 was a 2.

You get what you pay for, so this was priced fine. Internet was a challenge to get working, no ice machines, breakfast was ehhh, but everything else was ok

You get what you paid for. The prices are low but so is the quality of the rooms. We took two rooms for two families. As soon as you step in you realize that the place is worn down and badly needs upgrades. The rooms are dull, has a wierd smell, bathroom door locks were broken, ac not cooling well and the cover for the fire alarm dropped from the ceiling during our stay.

It was OK. They offered room service, but it was from an app that they must have paired with for businesses around the area. The room was comfy. The only complaint was that on One of the beds, the fitted sheets were pili (see attached photo).

We had kids running in the hall late at night. They should be put on the 1st floor. So that will not disturb people below them

The room we got was very nice and clean. The shower was VERY slippery and kind of an odd shape (hard to explain) and there were some issues getting the water the right temperature. The door for the bathroom was a sliding one and did not lock. But other than those 2 things this was an EXCELLENT room for the price especially.

The lamps in our room had no light bulbs inside. The hotel was fully booked up so the breakfast area was tight and crowded and there was no place to sit. Other than that, everything was good.

We had 2 separate rooms and neither one of the rooms had hot water for us to take a shower.

With one exception, everything was fine. The shower stall was a safety hazard - when wet, the hard plastic floor was very slippery, and for an older person, this is a non-starter. Although everything else was fine, this aspect will stop me from using the property again.

The customer service was not the best. I would ask something and it just seemed like they had an attitude. My toilet keep having problems had to call 3 times. Was told by manager we should not have gotten one of the room. The internet was bad.

Check-in was great. The lady at the desk was great and very friendly. I was traveling with a car hauler trailer so the lady at the desk had a very specific area for me to park so as to not impede their trash removal service. I parked where the hotel staff told me to park. When I walked back inside, the lady at the desk checked her cameras as I asked, "is that where you needed me parked?". She gave me a thumbs up and I went to my room. The next morning, as I was tossing my bags into the back seat of my truck, an older man approaches me and asks why I'm parked on "his grass". I let him know that I parked where hotel staff asked me to park so that my truck and trailer were out of the way. He stated "they didn't tell you to park on the grass." I repeated my statement. He then began going on a rant about the grass. This is a hotel that is surrounded by homeless carts and people, he's worried about paying customers parking on grass. He's berating a customer that has paid for the hotel services and parked where hotel staff asked. Im now very annoyed at about 6:30am as Im loading my truck trying to leave and some old man that never identifies himself, clearly on a power trip and yelling at me even though I followed hotel staffs instructions and verified with them the night prior...I tell him "look buddy, its far to early for this bull, I'm literally trying to leave right now". He replies in a very angry tone, "thats fine good bye" and he goes inside the hotel. Wow.

The guy named Paul at front desk was extremely rude and refused our check-in. We brought a service dog with license but he insisted that only ADA dog is allowed. There is no any related information on their page on Expedia. We took this dog with license to many hotels and flights but this is first time this happened to us. At last he yelled at us saying get out of here. Disaster experience ever.

Exceptionally friendly staff upon arrival. Nice clean spacious room. If I travel through the area again I’ll definitely stay here.

I booked a room with a tub, but apparently there are zero tubs in the entire building. I asked the manager for a late checkout, as I am a first responder for Oklahoma City, and the woman said that she would check with the building manager for me. A couple of hours later, the front desk woman/manager says that HER manager says that it is NOT possible for me to check out at noon, instead of 11a. I was pretty disappointed and irritated, as someone who’s been to this hotel, as a first responder who works overnights (4p-4a), that she denied me only one extra hour to sleep in, and blamed it on HER boss, who clearly had no idea what I was even talking about. If it was her call…she certainly could’ve told me at the time that I requested it, but she said that she would have to contact someone else. Once I asked her (in front of a big manager or maybe owner… she tried to say she never told me that it was someone else’s call. She DEFINITELY told me that she would need to ask her supervisor. But I’m still not sure why she passed the blame, once I tried to ask HER SUPERVISOR… I do NOT like being lied to, and I ESPECIALLY don’t appreciate being gaslit, as if she didn’t JUST tell me that she would have to check with her supervisor & look at the reservations on Monday (9/9/25) to see if it would be an issue, just to tell me (in front of her boss) that she never told me that. The beds are okay enough, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The most wonderful front desk staff I have ever had the privilege of encountering!

Stayed here from September 12th -14th 2025. Upon arriving to the hotel, I could tell it was a rundown part of OKC. There were homeless surrounding the blocks around the hotel.

I liked the location. While pretty much still on Meredian- it was quieter- more secluded. The rooms are a little out of date but service was good.

The room itself was decent. The area was dark and people outside were smoking (not cigarettes!)

The hotel was nice and clean. It’s in a good area with lots of shopping nearby. Pretty centrally located. The lady at the front desk was very nice!

This hotel was convenient off of I-40. It was great for the price and an overall great experience. It is starting to show some wear and tear on the hotel inside and out. Our room was clean, felt safe, everything in the room worked and staff was nice so I will stay again and recommend if you are looking for an expensive stay with a pool and breakfast.

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property locks the main doors at night which made us feel safe and secure. Great prices overall, it was an amazing stay.

Close to restaurants and other amenities. Seconds from I-40. Lots of hotels in the area.

Bed was comfortable & staff was nice. There were signs saying you were not allowed to bring breakfast back to your room. That's a bummer because I didn't want to sit with a bunch of strangers firat thing in the AM Also, the breakfast offered wa not good...basic Waffle makerbor bread for toast. No protien, no pastries, bagels, amd no protien options.

Great options for most people. My diet limits me to no sugar or grains, which were most of the options. I ate yogurt. I would have eaten a boiled egg if i could've peeled it myself

The front staff was friendly, but our room was right next to the elevator and it was insanely loud. The breakfast center was only drinks and fruit, nothing else to eat. The parking lot was dirty and dark with limited parking spaces.

Basic but effective. If you just need a one-nighter, budget-friendly stay, this us a good place. I will say the breakfast was disappointing and the coffee station was the worst. 6oz cups with powdered creamer is ridiculous especially since this place days their booked solid every week. They can afford to make their customers feel appreciated

My son and I stayed one night on Wed Oct 25th 2023. The Douillet By Demeure Hotels offers a warm, home-like ambiance, distinct from conventional hotels. The check-in and check-out processes were swift and handled by friendly staff. The rooms, notable for their cleanliness and comfort, featured comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. Although the air conditioner was a bit loud, it effectively masked external noises. Parking was convenient, adding to the ease of our stay. A highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which was varied and delicious. Overall, The Douillet By Demeure Hotels combines the comfort of home with excellent service, making it a highly recommendable choice for anyone visiting Oklahoma City.

This was a great property. The room was clean and comfortable and the location felt safe with plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was lacking with only waffles and some prepackaged items. There was cereal but no milk. There was one lonely boiled egg that looked like it had been alone for a while. Dont expect any protien. That aside, i still would have rated the property higher had it not been for the hidden "hospitality fee" upon check in. When i agree on a price upon booking, i expect that to be the price.
