Pars apartments - Melbourne Quarter- unique View of city and Yarra

Room was great good location very happy with everything

We had the two bed room apartment, amazing view. There is total 2 bathrooms so it helps a lot. The non-en-suite room without air con, there is a fan inside. Overall clean and the location is excellent.

Close to shops and dining. Parking on site was easy.

Pretty good spot although it’s noisy with the trains and the apartments lack basics (salt, pepper, ironing board cover etc). Check in and out a hassle. Rooms a bit small.

Our stay here at Pars Apartments was excellent. Communication couldn't have been any better. Everything was just how we wanted it. We took the train to Melb, which is a 5 - 10min walk from Souther Cross Station. Everything was within walking distance, with the City Circle tram just outside the apartment lobby. It was such a great place to bring family, my elderly grandparents had such an easy way around the city with little struggle at all thanks to the location of this stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us! We will be back again for certain.
