トイレにお尻洗浄機能ごなかったのが、唯一残念な点です。

Needs refurbishing. Its a very nice hotel but its getting little old and needs to be refurbished. food is good, service is just ok, dont expect anything extra from them... they english speaking is low. cleaning ladies are very nice. Enviroment is ok.

Do not stay at this hotel. The internal management is a complete mess. I booked a room but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called the front desk, they assured me that a refund would not be an issue. Following their advice, I contacted the booking platform, but it turned out that a different department handles such matters, and the front desk failed to coordinate with them. This ultimately resulted in my cancellation request not being processed in time. I tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, and although they promised to call me back, they never did.

A good basic business hotel.
