Stunning Modern Beach House with Swimming Pool and Spectacular Sunsets

This house was perfect for our needs. With 3 teens there was plenty for them to do. The game room was perfect and each was able to find space for themselves or be together. The beach is very close so they went there too even though it isn't beach season yet. The host, John, was great and very responsive to any questions we had. We could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Thank you so much for sharing this home.

Excellent vacation at a beautiful clean well kept cottage .. inground heated pool, all grounds and cottage wonderfully kept .. Everything for everybody that we needed ..

We were a multigenerational group, and had so much fun in this charming home. It was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels, comfy beds, and the best showers! The neighbourhood is quitet too. Goid shopoing close enough, but the house itself is nit near the terribly built up areas towards Wasaga. A beautiful family beach was a short pleasant walk away, though truly we could have stayed home and enjoyed ourselves fully! The pool was warm, and just as in pictures. The fenced-in garden was quite large and our little dog enjoyed zooming around endlessly. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality tools and a very complete pantry of oils, spices...everything you could possibly need. And the charcoal Little Green Egg made the best steaks and ribs. Well, i have to give my son the meat chef some of the credit on that one also. The games room downstairs was a blast! Our group enjoyed ping pong and Foosball, and there were more board games than i have ever seen in one place. John was a pleasure to work with, and was always available when we had questions We would stay here again without question.

Beautiful property. Well stocked. Close to the beach. Had a couple of questions during the week but had no response from John. My husband was able to address them. It would be beneficial to have an information binder since the house has the best features. Thank you

We needed a location that had all the flexibility to allow everyone from two young teenage girls to an 85 year old in a wheelchair. This cottage met all the requirements. Easy access to the cottage. The place was very clean and had all the fun things to do from a heated swimming pool to over 100 board games. There was something for everyone. To top things off it had a small pool table and table tennis. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utilities and plenty of spices for cooking. The host was always available by phone when needed. All in all I would recommend this cottage and would book again in the near future!
