Snow Valley Heights

I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent stay at Snow Valley Heights, located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The room provided to me was not the same as shown in the pictures during booking. The overall condition and hygiene of the room were below expectations and did not reflect the standards portrayed online. Additionally, I had booked a room inclusive of breakfast. However, I was still charged separately for breakfast, which was disappointing. The quality of the food was also not up to the mark and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel in this price range. Considering the high tariff charged, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and transparency in billing. I hope you will look into these concerns seriously and take corrective measures to improve the guest experience in the future.

This property far exceeding my expectations. The property itself is so gorgeous, very VERY clean, the rooms are so beautiful and balconies have amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. It was so much fun watching the monkeys everyday playing in the trees and rooftops all around the hotel. The sunrise and sunset views over the Himalayan mountains are the most amazing sunrise and sunset I have ever seen before. The sunset truly felt like I was in heaven. It is something I cannot truly describe in words. The bed was so comfortable and even the shower and bathroom was so nice, modern and clean. The entire room and property was so modern and very well decorated. Every single member of the staff was so kind, professional and respectful. The restaurant had AMAZING food and the wait staff was incredible! Manjeet was our waiter and he went so above and beyond to attend to us to make sure we were always happy and the food was delicious!! His service was so incredible!! I wish I could have this food on a weekly basis instead of having to return back to California in USA. I am so beyond impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Everything was amazing

Superb stay. Really good location if you require quiet strolling around the area with various shops and conveniences nearby. Hotel is very well designed and interior is stylish and welcoming Rooms are spacious some with balconies which was a must for us. Food was tasty and fresh and service great. Attractions are nearby. Very enjoyable stay and definitely recommend. If only time allowed we would have extended the trip.
