We loved the location and we were so surprised by how peaceful it was while being so close to everything. Having a carpark space included with the booking made things so much less stressful. The apartment was spotless and well equipped and the e-info pad was really handy.

Appartment is fantastic. Modern, clean, all the facilities you could want...and a great location. Great service and communication from the Cosy Team. Will recommend and would certainly stay there if back in York. We had two grandchildren with us and they loved it too.

The apartment is pristine, perfectly situated and has everything needed for a stay away from home. A great location from which to explore the city.

The apartment was ideal. In a great location, just opposite the railway station and a short walk to the Minster and York city centre. The apartment was very well equipped, all you really need to bring is your toothbrush!A thoughtful welcome pack was provided. A convenient dedicated car parking space was provided. A lovely home from home. Thank you!

This is a difficult one to review because, on the positive side: (1) the operators were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive to any concerns, (2) the apartment is very well placed, outside the loud bustle but still within a 10 minute walk of virtually anywhere you would want to visit. On the downside: (1) they had a shower that would not drain such that each shower would cause a lake in the bathroom and the space between the bedrooms, (2) the water that you could get out had trouble getting hot, and (3) it is a real maze to get into, with fobs, keys, lockboxes and codes. It felt like you were being put through a Mission Impossible assignment to get into the (lovely) apartment. Mixed review I suppose.
