Great staycation near Christmas.

Everything was great. I thought those who worked at the Vault weren't friendly. However hotels.com said our executive suite slept 3. It doesn’t. I called the hotel for confirmation and was also told it sleeps 3. It does not. They did bring a roll away. I hope the website corrects that

When checking in, the staff were extremely courteous! I had coordinated with a local florist to deliver a flower arrangement as a surprise for my wife and the staff placed the arrangement in our suite prior our arrival!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding night memorable. From drinks in the lobby bar, to champagne and strawberries in the room, to dinner at Stock and Bond, it was truly a perfect evening. The entire property is beautiful!
