This is an ideal cottage for families however people with mobility issues may find the house a challenge as it is spread over three floors and outside steps from the parking. With a short walk into Petworth, the cottage is ideally situated to access the local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Petworth town centre is a mere 5-minute walk away with its fair share of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and antique and boutique shops. Over the road is Petworth House and Deer Park, a 17th-century stately home now owned by the National Trust. It also has a beautiful deer park for wonderful country walks and a great coffee shop. The cottage is just a 10-minute drive from Cowdray (the Home of Polo) with a farm and coffee shop. The Weald and Downland Living Museum (location of the TV show 'The Repair Shop') is 20-minute drive away and is also dog friendly.
