I do NOT recommend this property. You have to call long distance to just get your key and have to remove your shoes to go to your room. The walls are paper thin; we did not sleep at all with crying baby & door slamming. The breakfast area is cramped; we were too uncomfortable to eat there. We were promised a partial refund due to the inconveniences and the fact we did not even eat there as the breakfast is built into the price. We were told to contact expedia. We did this and they rudely hung up on the expedia agent. As such, no compensation, no sleep and dirty socks from the repulsive Orchy Bank House. As well, there is a terrible smell in the property.

Fantastic location on the river. You drive over the stone bridge and see the grounds and ducks. The room is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is top notch. Loved our stay!

The Hosts Nikolai and Melinda were extremely helpful and engaging. Rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, with very modern accessories. The grounds are wonderful with birds everywhere, a stream running next to the property and an ancient stone bridge nearby (the bridge is the access to the property from the entry road. Really enjoyed the stay, and could have easily enjoyed staying longer.

Really lovely couple of days stopover on the way to Mull, a brilliant find. Lovely rooms, the whole house has been beautifully renovated. Breakfasts were fantastic too. And such friendly owners too.

Our host gave us a quick tour of the house and showed us our room. The room and bathroom were both spotless. There is a lovely spacious lounge with TV and additional tea making facilities. Our pre-ordered breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. Our host gave us useful advice on where we could eat and suggestions on local places of interest.

Tout était nickel, chambre propre, les serviettes de toilettes étaient toutes moelleuses et sentaient super bon. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment top, surtout le pain perdu 😁. L'endroit était très plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! Et l'hôtesse, d'une gentillesse ! Adorable 😄

Fabulous place with helpful and friendly owners. The Orchy Bank House is exceptionally clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. Seeing a Pine Marten while having breakfast was a treat.

Amazingly clean with excellent breakfast and great hosts. Room was very comfortable affording the best night's sleep in a week. Beautiful setting. It is probably best visited with a vehicle but we managed by train and foot.

The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place.

Our stay was perfect - couldn’t have been improved on. The B&B is in a beautiful, quiet location, is beautifully and comfortably furnished, the service is exemplary, and the breakfast (including the coffee!) was delicious. Brilliant value for money too!

The Hosts Nikolai and Melinda were extremely helpful and engaging. Rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, with very modern accessories. The grounds are wonderful with birds everywhere, a stream running next to the property and an ancient stone bridge nearby (the bridge is the access to the property from the entry road. Really enjoyed the stay, and could have easily enjoyed staying longer.

Fabulous place with helpful and friendly owners. The Orchy Bank House is exceptionally clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. Seeing a Pine Marten while having breakfast was a treat.

Amazingly clean with excellent breakfast and great hosts. Room was very comfortable affording the best night's sleep in a week. Beautiful setting. It is probably best visited with a vehicle but we managed by train and foot.

Fullt oppgradert innvendig og autentisk utvendig. Ble møtt av vertinne som ga god informasjon om fasiliteter både på hotellet og i området rundt. Veldig stille og rolig område. Sov veldig godt. Fint utgangspunkt for fjellturer.

Close to Gencoe and Oban and great nature in general. Friendly hosts, fantastic breakfast, great room and living room...just excellent in all matters. Only be aware that getting to a dinner restaurant requieres a 20-30 min drive. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect - couldn’t have been improved on. The B&B is in a beautiful, quiet location, is beautifully and comfortably furnished, the service is exemplary, and the breakfast (including the coffee!) was delicious. Brilliant value for money too!

We had a very nice stay at the Orchy Bank House. Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with lots of space and a nice clean bathroom. A la carte breakfast freshly cooked which was superb (eggs benedict) We would definitely stay here again

Tout était nickel, chambre propre, les serviettes de toilettes étaient toutes moelleuses et sentaient super bon. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment top, surtout le pain perdu 😁. L'endroit était très plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! Et l'hôtesse, d'une gentillesse ! Adorable 😄

This place was incredible! The room was super spacious and the whole place was immaculate. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I was very pleased. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very good in showing us around the place when we arrived. Bonus was feeding the ducks before we left :)

Really lovely couple of days stopover on the way to Mull, a brilliant find. Lovely rooms, the whole house has been beautifully renovated. Breakfasts were fantastic too. And such friendly owners too.

The stay was amazing. The house itself was clean, quiet and had beautiful surroundings and free parking. The hosts were awesome; they were super friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast. They also accommodated a later check in, which was very kind. Overall me and my partner highly recommend this property. Just note that the house itself is a bit out of the way, so you do need a car to get there.

Really friendly staff, really nice clean rooms finished to a high standard. Loved the nice views from the room overlooking the river and the local ducks waddling past to say hello! The Cooked Scottish Breakfast was very nice, just to note if you want an evening meal you will have to visit the surrounding villages for a restaurant which i was unaware of when booking, but i didn't mind as there are some nice places to choose from. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again in future.
