Golden Hotel

Allora al mio arrivo il 25.12 mi è stato chiesta una tassa per le festività natalizie di 240 dollari per 4 notti e 2 persone cosa che non ho trovato scritta e applicata da nessuna parte. La stanza era bella come anche l hotel e potevamo usufruire del canary spa lì di fianco per la colazione , pranzi e cene. Avevamo l all inclusive anche quest ultimo molto molto confusionario ognuno che arrivava ci provava a spiegare la modalità una diversa dall altra , a buffet il cibo era terribile mentre alla carta non era male . Ho apprezzato molto la spa c era una ragazza Cristina straordinaria prezzi ottimi . La piscina del golden un po piccolina mentre quella del canary bella grande.

Do NOT trust the description on Expedia app eg On beach. No it’s not on the beach…that’s 3-4 minutes walk away and you have to walk through a DIFFERENT hotel to get to the beach. The WiFi was so poor that it did not reach our room. So no internet or calls if you don’t have an international cell. Their internet also ran the TV in room so no internet - no TV. Here’s a big issue for my wife - The patio door did not lock for security. Every time the cleaners opened the door, as they could not lock it, they just left it open. The staff were not bothered than we wanted security for our belongings, just telling us ‘it’ll be fine. The safe buttons did not work - they had to give me a staff key to use. The reception staff were not interested in addressing anything part from one lovely young man doing the night shift who tried his best to fix the internet to no avail. The manager just made a ton of excuses and bordered being just rude. And no chance for a relaxing drink at the ‘bar’ or enjoying a nice chilled glass of wine at dinner. This is a ‘DRY’ hotel. No alcohol is served on the premises. Which is fine, just not mentioned anywhere before one books! As a seasoned traveller, the is not a 4 star hotel, barely a 3! If you want a cold beer or refreshing mojito, you have to walk to the nearest bar a few minutes away - where the staff there were awesome. Shout out to Nungwi Park Resturant and Bar.

Goed hotel,aardig en heel behulpzaam personeel , comfortabel, op loopafstand van strand,en winkels en niet te vergeten de ATM,is naar mijn mening zeker een pluspunt. minpunt: slechte wifi.valt vaak zomaar uit,of de snelheid gaat als een JoJo heen en weer.

Personalen va helt underbara, så gästvänliga. Städningen va super. Ok frukost. Mindre bra va att de glömde alltid att fylla på toapapper och våra utemöbler bytte de 3 ggr på en vecka. Musiken i baren va otroligt hög och vi hade vårat rum precis där. Lakanan var noppiga och täckena va knöliga.
