Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grandview. The property is a modern, architecturally designed, well-appointed home with wonderful views in nearly all directions. The theatre room and pool table also ensure that guests can keep occupied even when the weather is not so good.

This property is amazing from the minute it comes into view, you might like to download an app to find each other when you first get there . Our get together was perfect. Despite some really awful weather for. A couple of the days we were there. There is space for everyone to do there own thing or to congregate in the dining area, the movie room, the pool room the kitchen. All of them are large enough to accommodate a large group. The views are just simply stunning. The only downside for me was the various levels on the ground floor, as a mobility challenged older person negotiating some of the steps caused some stress, however the entire time was worth the extra effort because family time is so precious and spending it in the serene surroundings of this property was simply amazing. Thank you for allowing us to share this space fora few days

Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing house and the view was beautiful from almost every part of the house.Enjoyed everything the house had to offer, cinema room, outdoor area with the bbq, pool table and comfortable bedrooms with decent bathrooms. Only thing to note is you need to drive into town and beaches. Parking is limited with a steep driveway and road doesn't have much space. We had a boat and jetski and it was difficult to keep out the front. Lastly, neighbours are close to the house so need to be considerate about noise. Would go again if available.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious with stunning views. Unfortunately when you pay over $1000 a night you expect the best quality but in this case the wifi didn’t work, the big screen tv in the cinema room had a black line through the middle of the screen and there were a lot of marks on the walls.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time however the property wasn’t as clean as it should be. Floors still had debris that we had to clean up, also mud marks still in the foyer and kitchen area. Some lamps were broken and a light fitting hanging out of the ceiling. Broken toilet seat and the best part was the joint we found in the kitchen drawer which our young children easily could’ve found it if we didn’t. Management was prompt in coming and removing it from the house. There’s no remote for the garage door, not the end of the world, but when you’re paying a premium for a luxury home you’d expect it to be there. In a plus, the view from all angles of the house are stunning and the theatre room was a hit for the whole family when some down time was in need.

The view was spectacular a shame the 3 days we stayed here we had extreme winds so we could not make use of the outdoor deck area . All bedrooms were a great size . A remote for the garage would have been handy . All in all I would recommend a stay here you would not be disappointed.

House was amazing. 4 families were in the home for a 4 day stay. It is quite a large home and divided very well so different things happening at the same time were not interrupting anyone else. TV in the theatre was very laggy to set up but great once something was put on. The kids left it and it kept them entertained/busy. Pool room, kitchen, rooms, house styling were all great. Did find the cleaning that had been done to be very visual/surface level cleaning though. We all chipped in to clean before handing the property back and found we were cleaning preexisting, dust, dirt, etc in the lesser visual locations.

The location and views were spot on. The house is designed beautifully but at over a Thousand dollars a night and being called Luxurious it falls way short. Chipped glasses, bowls. The exhaust fan over the stove had fat dripping onto our cooking and looked like it had never been cleaned. The container in the fridge for Ice and water had slime in it, the bath had to be cleaned before it could be used, the living area was full of cobwebs and my son in law had to kill a redback as it wandered down to the floor. I could go on but they have been made aware of the issues and we have photographs. They did offer to send their cleaners back but we were out as we were enjoying precious family time away. Would we book again, no we wouldn't as it was very disappointing for what was described as luxury.

Reviewer Comments: On entering the house you are surprised by its size and spaciousness.The house was more than enough for our big family.The master bedroom was huge with large floor to ceiling windows to frame the beautiful landscape.The teenagers loved the huge and comfortable Media room and the Pool room.The kitchen was adequate for the size of the house.A good feature was the the Filtered water tap on the bench. On the negative side the tile floor in the kitchen was very sticky underfoot and ea had to mop it again.Probably too much floor cleaning liquid.I feel that the kitchen stove and range hood need a good clean.The ice maker in the fridge does not appear to work.The Dyson vaccuum cleaner does not charge...either the battery or the charger.The Exhaust fan in the main bathroom downstairs is coming away from the ceiling and the shower head in same bathroom is faulty...water comes out of connecting pipe to shower head making it difficult to shower.The toilet in same bathroom has trouble flushing....slow to operate. The outdoor BBQ was excellent and it was a good idea to have a spare bottle og gas as the one hooked up to bbq was empty.OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

This property is amazing from the minute it comes into view, you might like to download an app to find each other when you first get there . Our get together was perfect. Despite some really awful weather for. A couple of the days we were there. There is space for everyone to do there own thing or to congregate in the dining area, the movie room, the pool room the kitchen. All of them are large enough to accommodate a large group. The views are just simply stunning. The only downside for me was the various levels on the ground floor, as a mobility challenged older person negotiating some of the steps caused some stress, however the entire time was worth the extra effort because family time is so precious and spending it in the serene surroundings of this property was simply amazing. Thank you for allowing us to share this space fora few days

They layout was great for 5 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the property was mostly clean there were some things that were not clean and we cleaned ourselves on arrival. Also the wifi/internet was not connected. But overall we would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: On entering the house you are surprised by its size and spaciousness.The house was more than enough for our big family.The master bedroom was huge with large floor to ceiling windows to frame the beautiful landscape.The teenagers loved the huge and comfortable Media room and the Pool room.The kitchen was adequate for the size of the house.A good feature was the the Filtered water tap on the bench. On the negative side the tile floor in the kitchen was very sticky underfoot and ea had to mop it again.Probably too much floor cleaning liquid.I feel that the kitchen stove and range hood need a good clean.The ice maker in the fridge does not appear to work.The Dyson vaccuum cleaner does not charge...either the battery or the charger.The Exhaust fan in the main bathroom downstairs is coming away from the ceiling and the shower head in same bathroom is faulty...water comes out of connecting pipe to shower head making it difficult to shower.The toilet in same bathroom has trouble flushing....slow to operate. The outdoor BBQ was excellent and it was a good idea to have a spare bottle og gas as the one hooked up to bbq was empty.OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

Unfortunately when you pay over $1000 a night you expect the best quality but in this case the wifi didn’t work, the big screen tv in the cinema room had a black line through the middle of the screen and there were a lot of marks on the walls.

We found fridge space limited for 10 adults self catering as there is just one fridge/freezer. When I contacted the management company to ask if there was a second small fridge elsewhere in the property I was surprised that the suggestion was for me to go to KMART and buy an Esky. We bought ice and improvised with a large plastic container one of the group had brought with them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time however the property wasn’t as clean as it should be. Floors still had debris that we had to clean up, also mud marks still in the foyer and kitchen area. Some lamps were broken and a light fitting hanging out of the ceiling. Broken toilet seat and the best part was the joint we found in the kitchen drawer which our young children easily could’ve found it if we didn’t. Management was prompt in coming and removing it from the house. There’s no remote for the garage door, not the end of the world, but when you’re paying a premium for a luxury home you’d expect it to be there. In a plus, the view from all angles of the house are stunning and the theatre room was a hit for the whole family when some down time was in need.

Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing house and the view was beautiful from almost every part of the house.Enjoyed everything the house had to offer, cinema room, outdoor area with the bbq, pool table and comfortable bedrooms with decent bathrooms. Only thing to note is you need to drive into town and beaches. Parking is limited with a steep driveway and road doesn't have much space. We had a boat and jetski and it was difficult to keep out the front. Lastly, neighbours are close to the house so need to be considerate about noise. Would go again if available.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the home but there were a few things that were needing attention.The dishwasher didn’t work (we suspect the previous guest had the same issue as a dishwasher tablet was in the bottom still.) We tried all the troubleshooting in the manual but no luck.The kitchen bins are a terrible fit and it was a struggle to open the draw every time, and near impossible to close unless you manually held one of the bins up so as not to catch on the base of the cupboard.We expected necessities such as salt would be available.The Dyson vacuum in the garage didn’t work.

Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing house and the view was beautiful from almost every part of the house.Enjoyed everything the house had to offer, cinema room, outdoor area with the bbq, pool table and comfortable bedrooms with decent bathrooms. Only thing to note is you need to drive into town and beaches. Parking is limited with a steep driveway and road doesn't have much space. We had a boat and jetski and it was difficult to keep out the front. Lastly, neighbours are close to the house so need to be considerate about noise. Would go again if available.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a lovely home and we did have a great time with the 10 of us. Lots of space to spread out and the Snooker table was a winner. The disappointments were the cleaning was not great, there was rubbish between all the cinema chairs, cobwebs in family room, 2 toilets had not been cleaned. 2 out of the 3 Smoke Alarms did not have batteries in them. Absolutely no pantry items like oil, S&P, clingwrap etc that usually get left by people to use. If cooking for large amount of people, there was any big fry pans or casserole dishes. There was also a leaking roof that dripped in the cinema room. Downstairs bedroom is only room in house that doesn't have aircon or a fan. It needs a bit of maintenance with various items. A couple of the door locks have chipped bare timber. Overall the stay was good, but if you paying for a luxury home, you want it in A1 condition and this was not up to standard.

We found fridge space limited for 10 adults self catering as there is just one fridge/freezer. When I contacted the management company to ask if there was a second small fridge elsewhere in the property I was surprised that the suggestion was for me to go to KMART and buy an Esky. We bought ice and improvised with a large plastic container one of the group had brought with them.

Reviewer Comments: On entering the house you are surprised by its size and spaciousness.The house was more than enough for our big family.The master bedroom was huge with large floor to ceiling windows to frame the beautiful landscape.The teenagers loved the huge and comfortable Media room and the Pool room.The kitchen was adequate for the size of the house.A good feature was the the Filtered water tap on the bench. On the negative side the tile floor in the kitchen was very sticky underfoot and ea had to mop it again.Probably too much floor cleaning liquid.I feel that the kitchen stove and range hood need a good clean.The ice maker in the fridge does not appear to work.The Dyson vaccuum cleaner does not charge...either the battery or the charger.The Exhaust fan in the main bathroom downstairs is coming away from the ceiling and the shower head in same bathroom is faulty...water comes out of connecting pipe to shower head making it difficult to shower.The toilet in same bathroom has trouble flushing....slow to operate. The outdoor BBQ was excellent and it was a good idea to have a spare bottle og gas as the one hooked up to bbq was empty.OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

The view was spectacular a shame the 3 days we stayed here we had extreme winds so we could not make use of the outdoor deck area . All bedrooms were a great size . A remote for the garage would have been handy . All in all I would recommend a stay here you would not be disappointed.

Our first impressions were good and the property was as we expected only negative of starter pack was only one sachet of sugar and no milk , we expected self catering so not a problem . Only other problem was sound bar not being connected to tv in cinema room and even with IT expertise proved unsuccessful but basic sound didn't spoil our enjoyment .Cooker and BBQ all worked well and crockery cutlery and cooking utensils were adequate for our party of 10 . The modern design of the property and very large windows meant the property was very warm for winter with no need for heating . Pool table got lots of use , a great rental for family group .

House was huge and perfect for multiple family stay. House cleanliness wasn't great, cobwebs in kitchen, would suggest a better clean for visitors for such a lovely home. Very spacious. Cinema room TV almost impossible to use, need to have Samsung account, not as simple as just connecting your Netflix etc. Cleanliness of kitchen utensils not great, there were items that we went to use that looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Condition of kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc quite poor. Stove terrible!!! Barely works and took hours to cook nuggets. Would highly recommend changing this, especially for the size of the home. It is a beautiful home and very spacious with great views, just the cleanliness and kitchen utilities/utensils lacked.

absolutely stunning location. Amazing views. So many sleeping options. Beautifully appointed with pool table and cinema. Endless opportunities to sit and relax a with a view at every turn. Wonderful locations for large family and friends catch up weekend. I Loved it and i would highly recommend

Toilet was dirty with rust marks, spiders and cockroaches. One crawled over my daughter whilst sitting on the lounge. Spider webs in every room, no air con or fan in the room downstairs. Theatre room under the chairs was disgusting. Windows were dirty and not cleaned properly. Glass doors would not unlock to be opened. Iron leaks, linen was stuffed into cupboards not folded.
