The lady at the front desk had lovely customer service skills. It was really quiet, clean, and the sheets were so soft. There's a restaurant called the Hitch, it has the best poutine we have ever tasted. Definitely will be comfortable ng back.

It was really good stay! Clean, breakfast was pretty good! Scrambled eggs and bacon. We asked for an accessible room for my husband and it worked out great! Restaurant and lounge attached was nice too! The only thing that I would comment about is the need for floor Reno’s. the hallway floor sounds like it might break if someone jumped up and down. It creaks so loudly. Otherwise we had a lovely stay!

I am a trucker. I use the travel lodge in Fort St. John for my 36 hour reset s. The beds are nice very comfortable, newer TVs up on the wall so you can see it from the bed easily. Included Morning breakfast are good. Restaurant meals are hit and miss.

All you coild need for an overnight stay. A convenient location with easy parking. Room was spacious and clean and shower worked great. The complimentary breakfast was very goid and it was great that it was available early. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This property should not receive any positive reviews. I felt unsafe as soon as I pulled up. Cars everywhere with people standing around. There is a liquor store and karaoke bar on the main floor which was busy and loud. They put us in a smoking room, didn't even know those existed anymore. I refused to stay but they would not refund my money. I didn't feel safe personally and certainly didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot.

Well managed property. Breakfast was spot on, plenty of options and plenty of coffee. My favourite part - SANITARY. Unique building, fairly old - but the hotel is well cared for and serves the purpose of a FSJ stay perfectly.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The key cards did not work very well. We had to keep trying them to get in our room. The beds were very uncomfortable (maybe time to replace them). There was a lot of noise that woke me up at 11:30 pm and then someone was knocking on our door at 12:30 pm.

check in was very fast and stuff was knowledgeable. the pull-out bed on the room 201 is broken. no leg/ leg is broken on the middle. we supposed to use but we couldn't make it work. end up not using. went to breakfast in the morning around 8:30am. as per front desk breakfast service till 9:30. buffet was almost empty. there were only 3 slices of transparent and dry bacon, no sausage at all (dish left empty). eggs were dry. and almost empty. There was one more dish completely empty and no tag probably potatoes but not sure. Otherwise housekeeping did good job on making bed, keeping towel properly on the washroom. washroom was clean too. only my criticism is the box tissue had only 2 Pices tissues left. it is not a complain just passing my comments to improve and better future.

Rooms were excellent, clean and easy to access. Handicapped bathroom worked great. Room was very hot and could only be kept at a reasonable temperature by running the AC constantly.

There is a liquor store and karaoke bar on the main floor which was busy and loud. They put us in a smoking room, didn't even know those existed anymore. I refused to stay but they would not refund my money. I didn't feel safe personally and certainly didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot.

The lady at the front desk had lovely customer service skills. It was really quiet, clean, and the sheets were so soft. There's a restaurant called the Hitch, it has the best poutine we have ever tasted. Definitely will be comfortable ng back.

check in was very fast and stuff was knowledgeable. the pull-out bed on the room 201 is broken. no leg/ leg is broken on the middle. we supposed to use but we couldn't make it work. end up not using. went to breakfast in the morning around 8:30am. as per front desk breakfast service till 9:30. buffet was almost empty. there were only 3 slices of transparent and dry bacon, no sausage at all (dish left empty). eggs were dry. and almost empty. There was one more dish completely empty and no tag probably potatoes but not sure. Otherwise housekeeping did good job on making bed, keeping towel properly on the washroom. washroom was clean too. only my criticism is the box tissue had only 2 Pices tissues left. it is not a complain just passing my comments to improve and better future.

Third time I have stayed at the Travel Lodge. Room was exactly like the picture- spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good, lots of bacon. Overall it is the best place to stay in FSJ for the price

All you coild need for an overnight stay. A convenient location with easy parking. Room was spacious and clean and shower worked great. The complimentary breakfast was very goid and it was great that it was available early. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is definitely a crew type motel Some of the negatives for us was the parking lot was full of potholes and in the rain this was very inconvenient. There was no covered parking to unload bags or even get close to the front door Our room was on the second floor ( my fault for not requesting ground floor) and no elevator. Our room AC did not work and room was extremely warm ( again, on me for not asking for another room) Free breakfast was from 5am-9am ( again, for crews, I'm guessing) Hot breakfast had been on for a long time by 8 am On the upside out room was very clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful We just needed a room for the night passing through and booked because of the great rate. In hindsight we probably would have spent a few dollars more for a bit more convenient place I'm in no way trying to bash the hotel, I'm just trying to leave an honest review based on our experience
