The Chateau Grande Hotel

Beautiful! Grounds were gorgeous and well kept, staff was fantastic and great bed!

Unfortunately, despite reserving a suite room, I was given a standard, very low-quality room. It was not the experience I expected, and the price I paid was also much higher. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied.

Clean rooms and nice service.

F - We booked a King room through hotels.com about 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s day for a king bed standard room. Arrived on Valentine’s night after a 50 minute drive and they attempted to provide us with a room that had two double beds. After some checking, they said they were totally booked and could offer up to 20% off if we accepted the two double beds. We were told that booking through third-party apps and partners does NOT guarantee the room you chose at booking (I thought that was the point of a Reservation). Seems like their third party partners may like to know about that but I’m warning everyone else. Also, the food at Orchard Park was overpriced for what you get and mediocre at best. Never returning to either establishment.
