Security of building was good, the area had many strip clubs & loud clubs with music going until 7-8 am…the management kept turning the air conditioning off so we had to open doors to get air in unit, no windows or fans & a bat came in & it was a terrifying horrible experience, which I know was a very random thing to happen & might never happen again but being put in that position was wrong of management to do to us…but the property & condition was very good, clean & nicely put together with all the basic necessities, the local ‘square’ was great too, overall good experience for the most part & beautiful views from the rooftop

This was my first time traveling to Greece, and my stay at this property was excellent. Before I arrived, I received an email the check-in instructions. It’s very clear and very easy to get into the unit. The property does not have a front desk. Inside the unit, there were lots of thoughtful touches that add to the experience. If you forget any toiletry items, it’s likely that this property has provided it in the room. This property has a fully functional kitchen and all of the things that are needed to cook a meal. One of the nights that I was there I decided to cook and then eat on the balcony and it was great. The views from the rooftop or from your balcony, depending on what floor you’re on are amazing. Again, depending on what floor you’re on, you can see the acropolis. The only negative that I can think of is if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best location. The area that the building is located in is clearly a party/club neighborhood. About two blocks away there are several bars/clubs that play music late into the night. This didn’t bother me at all, and actually was quite convenient to go out and explore Athens nightlife. But even if you do find the nightlife area to be a negative the property provided earplugs on the nightstand. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was a great experience.

Das Design der Unterkunft ist einmalig, sie ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist toll zum Entspannen und oben auf dem Dach befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsterasse, wo man die ganze Stadt betrachten und etwas sitzen kann. Insgesamt eine schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Da sie mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es natürlich etwas laut. Damit muss man rechnen, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lautstärkepegel erträglich.

Excellent accommodations for our family! Once the security system is figured out, you are on your way to enjoying a very welcoming, clean, spacious, well/furnished, well lit, apartment with A/C and every appliance you need, and very friendly staff ready to help if you need them. The area around the complex doesn’t sleep, so it it very noisy in the neighbourhood, but there are free earplugs for every guest if needed! A safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay! 5/5

Property is in a great location, near the metro and you can have a view of the Acropolis. Very clean and has a lift for your bags. A little noisy at night, it’s almost beside a strip joint and bars but quiet after 11ish or so. Would stay here again when I travel to Athens.

A very spacious and modern apartment, also very clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us were the extremely worn mattresses. It was impossible to lie in the middle on one of them because it was leaning extremely to one side. A second key card would also be an advantage. Despite this, we would definitly stay here again!

Fab stay, thoroughly enjoyed it! Cleaning was ace, loft was modern and had everything you could think to ask for and more, location was very central with lots of restaurants and bars off it and just 2 stops away from the the main syntagma square as well. You can tell the area is going through a regeneration scheme, so a mix of rough and modern buildings side by side but still was still okay. Only downsides for us were the fact that being so close to bars and clubs meant noise all night every night ( really can’t avoid that) and the bed was 2 separate singles pushed together which kept drifting apart from each other when you sleep so as a couple wasn’t comfortable for us. Otherwise really great loft with an excellent and ready to help host! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place despite above issues as was overall still a great stay.

Great location. The loft was wonderful. Having two baths was worth having the bigger space. The staff were great and responsive. The noise was a bit much, but I was able to sleep. Being so close to many restaurants and the metro made this location excellent.

Alles in einem sehr gut sauber und alles was man benötigt. Was mich bisschen gestört hat war dass es am Wochenende lauter war da daneben Nachtclubs sind. Man hört auch wenn die Nachbarn (Loft) sich unterhalten da die Türe nicht wirklich dämmt

I stayed from Monday to Saturday. It is a nice building and each floor has two rooms, and worth mentioning the two rooms are inter-connected, which took me by surprise. Though, it wasn’t a problem until a group checked in on Friday. TAV is surrounded by several clubs, and again it wasn’t a problem until Friday - until Thursday every night you could expect the music to be ceased by 02:00. I consider TAV good value for money, to certain extend I would say too good to be true. The room was well maintained and I did feel home away from home. My last night here went downhill, it was a nightmare. A group of guys moved into the connected room next door and I did not realise how poorly sound proofed the rooms were - I could hear every word of their conversation, phone notifications, laughters ….. then things escalated, there were clubs only open on weekends and the music was 200 times louder than weekdays, from 17:00 onwards! This really doesn’t help as I had early flight on the following day. I thought the music would cease at 02:00 but no, it carried on til 5:00 in the morning. The room was like right in the middle of the clubs, there is no chance ear plugs would be sufficient. Needless to say I could not sleep at all until 05:30. The poor sound proof for TAV is really a let down of such a wonderful accommodation facility. My experience last night here is really poor. I would still stay there during the week but will definitely avoid Friday and Saturday at all costs.

The loft was gorgeous. Loads of space, stylish, very comfortable. Great support for anything we needed. Friday night was loud but whitenoise On a speaker made it easy to sleep. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Property is in a great location, near the metro and you can have a view of the Acropolis. Very clean and has a lift for your bags. A little noisy at night, it’s almost beside a strip joint and bars but quiet after 11ish or so. Would stay here again when I travel to Athens.

Great location. The loft was wonderful. Having two baths was worth having the bigger space. The staff were great and responsive. The noise was a bit much, but I was able to sleep. Being so close to many restaurants and the metro made this location excellent.

This was my first time traveling to Greece, and my stay at this property was excellent. Before I arrived, I received an email the check-in instructions. It’s very clear and very easy to get into the unit. The property does not have a front desk. Inside the unit, there were lots of thoughtful touches that add to the experience. If you forget any toiletry items, it’s likely that this property has provided it in the room. This property has a fully functional kitchen and all of the things that are needed to cook a meal. One of the nights that I was there I decided to cook and then eat on the balcony and it was great. The views from the rooftop or from your balcony, depending on what floor you’re on are amazing. Again, depending on what floor you’re on, you can see the acropolis. The only negative that I can think of is if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best location. The area that the building is located in is clearly a party/club neighborhood. About two blocks away there are several bars/clubs that play music late into the night. Excellent accommodations for our family! Once the security system is figured out, you are on your way to enjoying a very welcoming, clean, spacious, well/furnished, well lit, apartment with A/C and every appliance you need, and very friendly staff ready to help if you need them. The area around the complex doesn’t sleep, so it it very noisy in the neighbourhood, but there are free earplugs for every guest if needed! A safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay! 5/5

I did not like the locking system, When pushing to exit the house, it may take up to 3x to get the door to unlock. If there was a fire and you you can't get out fast, you'll be in trouble. It's a huge safety issue that needs to be addressed.

Fab stay, thoroughly enjoyed it! Cleaning was ace, loft was modern and had everything you could think to ask for and more, location was very central with lots of restaurants and bars off it and just 2 stops away from the the main syntagma square as well. You can tell the area is going through a regeneration scheme, so a mix of rough and modern buildings side by side but still was still okay. Only downsides for us were the fact that being so close to bars and clubs meant noise all night every night ( really can’t avoid that) and the bed was 2 separate singles pushed together which kept drifting apart from each other when you sleep so as a couple wasn’t comfortable for us. Otherwise really great loft with an excellent and ready to help host! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place despite above issues as was overall still a great stay.

Very fun location in Athens "Gayborhood." Our host was amazing and our stay was fantastic. I like staying here because there were less tourist traps such as if you're in Plaka.

The place itself wasn’t bad but the communication with the host was terrible. We couldn’t find the place and even the locals never heard of it. We couldn’t get the door unlocked since no one was there. There was no hot water (warm water would have sufficed but it was cold). 20 very narrow steps to get to the bed. The nicest thing was there was an amazing view of the Parthenon from to top level which we weren’t even told about and found it on our own.

The accommodation is really lovely and to a high standard. Location is great plus views over the acropolis from our room. The room is very comfortable - only small issues was the shower pressure wasn’t great and whilst there was a kitchen area of sorts there was no sink so washing glasses in the bathroom etc. The biggest problem is the security set up. Essentially you are issued a code to get in (there are 3 security doors) then the code expires and you use the power fob as the security fob. What this means is that if one person wanted to stay and sleep the other person can’t go out (as otherwise no power or aircon for the person staying) as there’s no way to get back in if the person was sleeping. In short, you were forced to do everything together which was fine but created unnecessary inflexibility. I would really recommend the owners change this set up. Codes can be used so why not use them for the entire stay. It would solve this. Overall a good stay and the lady operating the rooms was lovely.
